Aggression
Aggression is a state of heightened tension in readiness to attack or defend: the muscles tense, digestion is put on hold, the energy stands ready “for action”. In measure that is natural. At the Kyborg Institute we consider the theme additionally on a soul-related level, expressly as a personal, worldview-based view.
Our reading
If someone cannot work it off, the provided energy turns, in our reading, inwards. If a person is lastingly under pressure and without inner peace, aggression can become a permanent state – this we connect with tension, high blood pressure, stomach and digestive complaints. Earlier, a person could work it off in hunting and physical labour; in office everyday life this outlet is often missing. (That environmental factors such as trace elements play a role too is discussed – we do not present it as a secured cause.) These are suggestions, no claims about causes.
What does that mean in practice?
- Use healthy outlets: movement and sport break down tension.
- Group and martial arts can foster social behaviour – with martial arts, good, also inner guidance counts.
- Have persistent tension, irritability or high blood pressure clarified by a doctor.
Note: This article renders a personal, worldview-based view and is not medical advice. It replaces no medical diagnosis or treatment. For health questions please turn to a doctor or pharmacy; do not discontinue prescribed medication on your own initiative.
