The House of Scientists in Halle
Autor: D. Harald Alke
A standpoint, not a lexicon entry. A personal experiential account by D. Harald Alke. Background knowledge: the lexicon entry Reincarnation.
In 1994 I had business to attend to in Halle. The city was overcrowded because of a congress. The only place to sleep that could be arranged for me was a bed in the venerable but somewhat run-down “House of Scientists in Halle”.

When I saw this house, sensations came over me as intense as those in 1980 at the old monastery near Schönbrunn. Here too I had already been once before!
An encounter as if a hundred years ago
The next morning at breakfast I met an old, emeritus professor from the USA (Oswald F. Schuette, 78), who told me that around 100 years earlier there had already been a meeting similar to the one now between the two of us. He spoke of an encounter of his teacher with a biologist and pastor named Harnack. This natural scientist and pastor too was – like me – in search of the secrets of life and of a union of the natural sciences and the humanities. What Schuette told me about Harnack resembled my own aspirations and my problems with narrow-minded scientists so closely that I recognised myself in it. I consider it possible that in an earlier life I had to do with Harnack.
Professor Schuette (a physicist) encouraged me to walk my path and to make the energy pyramids known. He had no fear of contact and knew very well that significant innovations are always fought at first, until they manage to prevail. Although all the hotels were overcrowded because of the congress, the two of us were the only guests in the house – so we were able to philosophise in peace.
Courage for the further path
In 1994 I was in a crisis of conscience: I wanted to make the energy pyramids known, but even my own yoga students scarcely found access to this energy. Schuette encouraged me to carry on – a teacher-like role similar to the one that Lanza del Vasto had earlier, who had encouraged me to found a Kundalini Yoga school of my own. A few months later a Viennese businessman put me in touch with a contact for the production of the energy pyramids – and from then on it finally began to take off.
The visit to the old monastery near Schönbrunn and the encounter with Schuette at a second place that I apparently knew from before gave me the certainty that I can trust my visions. Two rediscovered places of reincarnation thus had positive effects on my present life’s task.
When we are ready for it, life appears to us in ever larger contexts. And that is what I call the expansion of consciousness. Detailed accounts of such experiences are found in my book „Energie für Millionen” (Energy for Millions); a recollection of a life on the Dutch coast I worked into my CD „Thule – Stadt der goldenen Tore” (Thule – City of the Golden Gates).
