Alchemy
At the Kyborg Institute we understand alchemy as a hermetic art – an old way of grasping the world as a connected whole. This page shows how D. Harald Alke ties in with it: via the doctrine of correspondences (the background of the Horus rings), the power of an image and traces in the magnetic field. It is a personal, worldview-based view – not a promise of healing and not a scientific statement.
Light from the East
Ex oriente lux – “light comes from the East”. For centuries the alchemists had a hard time in Europe; many were persecuted in the age of the Inquisition (think of Giordano Bruno, Galileo, Kepler, Paracelsus). In May 1999 Harald Alke visited the Czech town of Znojmo, where alchemists worked some 400 years ago; the town’s landmark – two interlocking tower spires – reminds him of the energy pyramids. In a nocturnal vision he saw, according to his account, an earlier life as a master builder of that time. Reincarnation is to be understood here as a personal, spiritual conviction (more in the encyclopedia: reincarnation).
In a channelled message it is said that Alghimista is “the way that leads out of the I into the nature of things … the restoration of the wholeness of the human being”. “Healing” here is meant in the spiritual sense of becoming whole – not as medical healing.
The doctrine of correspondences and the Horus rings
The old doctrine of correspondences holds: things of the same material are inwardly connected. On this the idea of the Horus rings is founded: from the stainless-steel tubes (159 mm Ø) of the first 9-metre energy pyramid (9-metre project), rings were cut that are placed as a steel band around acrylic tubes. In Harald Alke’s interpretation, small models thus come “into connection” with the large installation in the Pyrenees.
Reports from users (for example of an amplification with C models over great distances) are personal, worldview-based experiences – not a measured or physically proven effect. You will find the Horus rings in the accessories.
The power of an image
Even a photo of the great row of pyramids next to your own energy pyramid can – in this view – establish a connection. Anyone who wishes can also place the photo of a person in their pyramid and send them good thoughts – only with that person’s knowledge and consent and expressly as a spiritual, personal practice, not as a healing treatment and not as a substitute for medical help. Do not place too many objects in it at once; less is more.
A magical mishap
In 2006 Harald Alke had glass spheres for the Irminsul mirrored in Slovenia. The craftsman took an A model with him into the workshop; his next ordinary mirror “went wrong” – in the middle two bright cones appear. He attributed this to the presence of the energy pyramid and gave the “failed” mirror away. A nice anecdote – we present it as such, without explanation.
Traces in time – Goethe and magnetism
From archaeology it is known: hidden walls, wells or hearths show up from the air in the colouring of the grass – and likewise as anomalies in the magnetic field of a site (magnetometry). “The trace of our earthly days cannot perish in aeons,” wrote Goethe. Harald Alke sees in this a parallel to his work: that fine, magnetic structures, too, have a lasting after-effect. That the energy pyramids “change” the Earth’s magnetic field is here his spiritual interpretation, not a measurement result.
Hidden order in old texts
Harald Alke also points to the structural research of the linguist Peter Raster, who described striking numerical regularities in the Rig Veda (there are similar observations on other old texts). We refer to this as a stimulating, disputed observation – not as a proven fact; the interpretation is left to each reader.
