Fertility is the capacity to conceive or beget offspring. With an unfulfilled wish for children, gynaecology and reproductive medicine are the places to turn to. At the Kyborg Institute we consider the theme additionally on a soul-related level.
Soul-related factors
From our view, fertility is co-determined by the inner feeling of security too – tension and pressure can have an effect. An unfulfilled wish for children is never “self-inflicted”.
A speculative side note: rhythms and the cosmos
In a grounded-spiritual tradition, a connection between the female cycle and natural rhythms (such as the lunar cycle) is surmised; there are individual, disputed studies and astrological readings on it. We report this as an interesting, unproven view – not as a method of family planning. Whoever wants to prevent conception or plan a child relies on reliable methods (see contraception & conception regulation).
