Flatulence
Flatulence denotes an increased accumulation of gases in the digestive tract, felt as a feeling of tension in the belly and through the passing of air. Mostly it is a matter of diet and digestion. At the Kyborg Institute we consider the theme additionally on a soul-related level – expressly as a personal, worldview-based view.
Our reading
In our reading, flatulence can be a hint that someone has not “digested” something – that they turn it over inside and expel it again. Sometimes we also read in it the wish to “puff oneself up”, to be taken as bigger and more seriously. That is a pictorial observation, no claim about causes – the most obvious thing is and remains the look at the diet.
What does that mean in practice?
- Attend to a balanced diet, plenty of movement in fresh air.
- Have persistent or severe complaints clarified by a doctor.
- Ask oneself what lies “heavy in the belly” right now.
