Provision illnesses and autonomic dystonia
The term means the idea that the body provides energy in the case of a problem, in order to act. If this energy is not broken down, it can – so the image – be “pushed around in the body” and cause diffuse, changing complaints (such as stomach, digestive or head complaints, migraine, itching). “Autonomic dystonia” is an older collective term for this. At the Kyborg Institute we consider this additionally on a soul-related level, expressly as a personal, worldview-based view.
Our reading
In our reading, it often affects people who cannot work off their tension – such as in a subordinate position, where annoyance can be expressed only with difficulty. If the “provided” energy stays unused, it seeks, according to this image, an outlet in the body. Helpful is therefore to break down tensions consciously and healthily, instead of pent up or taking them out on others. That is a suggestion, no claim about causes.
What does that mean in practice?
- Have diffuse, persistent complaints clarified by a doctor first.
- Break down tension through movement and relax regularly – such as with autogenic training (see also stress).
- See to balance and a good outlet in everyday life.

Frequently asked questions
What are provision illnesses / autonomic dystonia?
Meant is the idea that the body 'provides' energy under strain; if it is not broken down, diffuse, changing complaints can arise (such as stomach, head or digestive symptoms). 'Autonomic dystonia' is an older collective term; complaints belong to be clarified by a doctor.
What helps from the view of the Kyborg Institute?
We recommend breaking down the pent-up tension deliberately – such as through movement and relaxation methods like autogenic training. That is a personal view and replaces no treatment.
