The Horus pharaoh’s chair is a spiritual art object for meditation: a chrome-plated seat with a crystal axis and a Horus energy pyramid above the head. It is inspired by the seat cube of the Egyptian pharaohs. It is an object of art and experience; what people experience on it is a personal, worldview-based experience – not a therapy and not a medical effect.
The idea: the pharaohs’ seat cube
In the early period of Egypt, it was traditionally customary to create a sacred seat for the pharaoh from an alabaster cube with inscriptions. In the teachings of the initiates, the cube is regarded as a symbol of the earthly realm. Its edge length corresponded exactly to the length of the pharaoh’s lower leg: he sat upright, without a backrest, his legs at a right angle, his feet flat on the ground. This is why the chair had to be created anew for each new pharaoh.
Construction and symbolism
The Horus pharaoh’s chair takes up this idea:
- An upright seat (acrylic cube on a chrome-plated tubular frame) that encourages a straight posture.
- A crystal axis along the line of the back.
- Above, over the head, an Energy Pyramid Model A (Model B on request).
- Material includes copper tube, nickel-plated. In Harald Alke’s symbolic assignment, copper stands for Venus, nickel for Uranus – a frame of meaning, not an assertion of fact.
The A pyramid can also be placed beneath the seat; the impression differs depending on whether the flow of energy is felt “from above” or “from below”.
Use
Sit with an upright spine, your hands resting loosely on your thighs. Breathe calmly and evenly, your head straight, your eyes almost closed and directed slightly downwards. After about a minute, close your eyes and let your thoughts go – immerse yourself in quiet meditation. If inner images arise, simply observe them.
Many people experience the chair as an intense place of gathering; some report inner images, a feeling of connection or impressions that they associate with earlier lives (reincarnation). These are personal, worldview-based experiences. If two people sit opposite each other, it can be a calm setting for shared conversation and reflection – for example in a partnership or between teacher and student.
