Pregnancy
A pregnancy is a special phase of life – for many people one of the most fulfilling of all. At the Kyborg Institute we see it at the same time from a personal-soul-related perspective.
A fulfilling phase of life – our view
We experience pregnancy as a time in which new life grows and parents grow inwardly. Inner calm, confidence and a loving environment do expectant mothers and fathers good. An attentive handling of one’s own energy and moments of relaxation can accompany this time.
Accompaniment in pregnancy
The regular antenatal care with a gynaecologist and midwife accompanies the development of mother and child, recognises possible risks early and gives security. Birth preparation, relaxation and movement come in addition.
What does that mean in practice?
- Make use of midwifery accompaniment and birth preparation.
- See to rest, good diet and a supportive environment.
