Bone problems
The bones give the body hold and form, protect the organs and form the red blood cells in the bone marrow – they are our load-bearing structure. At the Kyborg Institute we consider bone problems additionally on a soul-related level, expressly as a personal, worldview-based view.
Our reading
In our reading, bones touch on the hard core we carry within us – the handling of one’s own inner structure and of authority, of old structures and conservatism. If we come into conflict with this inner structure, that can, according to this image, “strike us to the bone”. As the most important basis for healthy bones, a feeling of contentment in practical life appears to us – and enough rest: whoever does not constantly overwhelm themselves but grants themselves free space for recovery creates a good basis. That is a worldview-based suggestion, no claim about causes.
What does that mean in practice?
- Have bone and joint complaints, fractures and osteoporosis clarified by a doctor and treated.
- Do not overwhelm yourself, deliberately plan in recovery.
- Attend to movement, good diet and enough rest.
Note: This article renders a personal, worldview-based view and is not medical advice. It replaces no medical diagnosis or treatment. For health questions please turn to a doctor or pharmacy; do not discontinue prescribed medication on your own initiative.
