Bone problems
The bones give the body hold and form, protect the organs and form the red blood cells in the bone marrow – they are our load-bearing structure. At the Kyborg Institute we consider bone problems additionally on a soul-related level.
Our reading
In our reading, bones touch on the hard core we carry within us – the handling of one’s own inner structure and of authority, of old structures and conservatism. If we come into conflict with this inner structure, that can, according to this image, “strike us to the bone”. As the most important basis for healthy bones, a feeling of contentment in practical life appears to us – and enough rest: whoever does not constantly overwhelm themselves but grants themselves free space for recovery creates a good basis.
What does that mean in practice?
- Do not overwhelm yourself, deliberately plan in recovery.
- Attend to movement, good diet and enough rest.
