Cosmic Harp
The Cosmic Harp is a gilded spiritual art object of the Kyborg Institute – in D. Harald Alke’s understanding one of the most powerful oscillating circuits he has developed. It consists of three slightly curved “wings”, each with five lateral openings, and rock-crystal spheres (a larger sphere at the top centre). It is especially suited to group experiences and meditations. Like all objects of the institute, it is an object of art and experience; what is described here are personal experiences, not a medical or physically measured effect.
Origins
D. Harald Alke developed the first Cosmic Harp in 2005. In his account, it arose from a strong inner inspiration – “the whole universe began to vibrate”. The construction proved surprisingly simple: three curved wings, each with five openings, and a central crystal sphere.
Experiences (a personal view)
When the first harp was finished, a few friends gathered in a circle around it. Harald Alke describes how the group experienced an intense “energy flash” and that many felt something – even people with little meditation experience. At later gatherings there was usually something to feel for those involved, though to varying degrees.
Important and honestly said: “I cannot claim that it will always be like this.” What someone perceives depends on the moment and on the people involved. These are subjective, worldview-based experiences – not a guaranteed effect and not a proof.
Use
Place the harp in the centre and direct your attention (and, if you like, your hands) towards it. In our experience, this can harmonise a room and “tune” it well for a shared meditation. For groups, the Cosmic Harp is especially suitable.
