The roots of Europe’s modern intellectual culture lie in the Languedoc. Anyone who has ever been on vacation in the south of France knows for sure that this region has its own special charm, which hardly anyone can escape. This is the cradle of our own race. Around 32,000 years ago, the slender, tall Cro Magnon people appeared here, seemingly out of nowhere. Scientists do not know where they came from. It is speculated that they came from Africa via Lebanon, because supposedly “the cradle of mankind” is in South Africa. But the oldest bones of Cro Magnon were found in Spain and southern France, older than what has been found in the Near East so far. Let’s start by saying that it’s a matter of luck what fragments are found somewhere after thousands of years!
The Cro Magnon replaced the supposedly more primitive Neanderthals. Until a few years ago, Neanderthals were portrayed as a kind of ape-men. It is now known that they not only lived in caves, but also built entire large villages. They were therefore an alien race, but we probably still carry their genes within us. Neanderthals and Cro Magnon lived side by side for many thousands of years, and they were obviously compatible. They were able to have children together.
In fact, the Cro Magnon had more “culture”. But they had lost almost everything. Spiritual seers agree that the new race came across the sea from Atlantis, from an island archipelago of which only the mountain tops remain today, namely the Azores, the West Indies and the Canary Islands. Before Atlantis perished, many of the Atlanteans fled to the continents, to North Africa, Spain, Portugal and France.
If you would like to read more about the development of European culture, from the Cro Magnon, to the megalithic culture of the Celts, the cultural flourishing in the Middle Ages under the Cathar princes, the minstrels and the Knights Templar, then read my book “The Pyramid Man”. I have dedicated an extra chapter to this cultural development.

Loarre, the royal castle of Aragon, Spain
I think it’s great that my large pyramid installation has found its place in this region, which is steeped in history and has seen so many cultural flourishes!
The last and most important center of the Cathars was the castle of Monsegur, formerly a sun temple of Belenus. The castle was conquered in 1244 after 9 months of siege. 240 people were burned alive on a huge pyre. (4 photos)

The Qataris, for all their love of peace, had also made a mistake. They spread the opinion that this earthly world was the devil’s creation. The brutal and perverse social situation, where violence and exploitation were the order of the day, suggested this. The terrible atrocities committed by the Crusaders then proved in practice that the Cathars had been right in their fears.
The culture of the minstrels had developed parallel to the religious movement of the Cathars. The minstrels had also emerged from a Celtic tradition. They succeeded the bards. They traveled through the country, captured important events in poems and songs and spread these messages. The bards, scalds and minstrels were something like singing journalists.

Monsegur, the holy mountain of the Cathars, in ancient times a sun temple of Belenus, the Celts’ god of light.
The messages of the minstrels contained worldly and spiritual messages. Attempts were made to pass on the spiritual experiences of certain people in the form of poems and songs. They tried to cultivate people.
The European center of the minstrels was Puivert Castle (Green Well), where the European meetings and competitions among the best singers took place every summer. This castle could not really be defended. It was more of a commercial and cultural center. It was ruled by a woman. It was conquered by the Crusaders, plundered and all the inhabitants were massacred, men, women and children.
The only castle that supported Monsegur at the time was Rocefixade. It was a castle run by men who threw the crusaders down the slope with fierce determination when they tried to storm the castle. It is well worth visiting these ancient places of power, preferably out of season!

The search for the Holy Grail was of crucial importance in the history of this region. That alone is an extensive story, which I will go into in one of my books.
Horus 24.9.02 “The Grail is real. It is a kind of neutral center that can activate incredible amounts of energy. You can accomplish anything with it. The Grail serves the people and the gods. It is a link, a piece of history, a force that moves everything and yet does nothing. Its existence changes the world. … In the mountains you will find what you are looking for, where it all began, long before the dawn of modern times.” Read more in Pyramid Man!

Monsegur is presumably the mysterious Monsalvache castle of legend. The attempt by the Knights of the Cross to conquer this mysterious chalice failed. The night before the conquest of Monsegur, four young men abseiled down the cliff face and escaped with the Grail along forest paths to the sacred mountain massif of Pic Barthélemy in the territory of the King of Aragon. From there, the Grail was taken to the secret abbey of St. Juan de la Peña in the Spanish Basque Country.

Even though this country was treated badly, the spirit of freedom was never completely extinguished. After the destruction of the Cathars, the Order of the Knights Templar emerged, which in turn maintained important stations in southern France, establishing increasingly close and friendly relations with the Arabs, until it was finally destroyed in the same way 300 years later by the Vatican and the French king as a “devil’s club”.
The first Rosicrucian Order, which also originated down there in the land of Belenus, the god of light, was founded in the 13th century alongside the Knights Templar. The first was followed by several new Rosicrucian foundations. Today, all these different orders have their “religious castles” in the French Pyrenees.
Over the past 30 years, thousands of people from the northern countries have found a new home down there. The land was cheap, the soil often barren, many farms abandoned, so it was just right for dropouts who wanted to find themselves again on the fringes of society. You could buy castles, palaces, farms and land there relatively cheaply (until 1985). In the meantime, the land is no longer so cheap, thanks to the EU and the great demand from people from Germany, the Netherlands, England and Switzerland in particular.
The chance to start again with a neglected farm is not exactly easy. Most of the dropouts throw in the towel within a few years and go back to the cities. Nevertheless, it can be said that this region has become a kind of self-experience playground for refugees from civilization.
In trying to do everything differently and better, many people gain valuable life experience. Attempts to live in small communities again usually fail due to the bad habits of individual participants. But even if these attempts come to an end at some point, the experiences are valuable. Some people, however, go on. They do not despair of everyday life as farmers and artisans, break up with unsuitable friends and develop their own lifestyle.
The drop-out experiments are basically self-therapy on a social scale. You can see from the faces and behavior of the dropouts that they are reliving memories and emotional burdens from previous lives on earth at some distance from the city in order to cleanse their souls, heal their old wounds and start anew. Only when we take the fact of previous incarnations into account and realize that our life is not limited to one epoch do we also recognize the hidden programs according to which our life plan runs.
It is certainly no “coincidence” that life experiments have been undertaken with great continuity for thousands of years in this very area. Again and again people come together to found a movement that is supposed to lead us to the light. The outward manifestations may be different, but the content always remains the same. One could assume that Belenus, the god of light, is still influencing this region.
I think it has to do with the great leyline. The magnetic current of the largest European leyline activates the creative power of creation. It repeatedly attracts sensitive people who feel drawn to the message of light.
I lived there myself for 10 years in the region. At Le Braquet, I practiced Kundalini Yoga and mantra meditations for 3 hours a day and had a wealth of unusual experiences. I worked through my past. I was there several times, 22,000 years ago with the Cro Magnon, with the Cathars in 1244, in the Middle Ages around 1540 and in other eras.
A secret inner force prompted me to build the first wooden pyramid 450 cm high on the Leyline in the spring of 1983. That was the beginning. Exactly 7 years later the channel messages from Horus began. He sent me the construction plans for the 7 energy pyramids. 16 years after the 1st wooden pyramid, I erected the large energy pyramid as a sign of a free spirit.
There are forces that we can hardly describe in words, but which give us impulses. Personal perception is better. I see my work primarily as a work of art that can inspire people. Every person who engages with the energy of my large pyramid installation and the leyline on which it stands will gain their own experiences. I would like to encourage visitors to broaden their perception. The future will show what else is possible with this large installation. All 7 models of the energy pyramids of Horus stand here in a row, fed by the energy of the Leyline. Let us be surprised!
