The “hard cholesterol front” is softening!

We have been bombarded with false information for 40 years now, and in the last 15 years in particular, anti-fat advertising has increased massively. I have always opposed it because it is simply a scam. If you don’t eat fat, you develop general feelings of frustration and can even put on weight. For years, I was the lone voice in the media landscape.

On April 17, 2013, I heard statements for the first time in a “health show” on TV that “completely abstaining from fat makes you fat because you eat too many other things out of frustration. The body simply WANTS and NEEDS FAT! And if we deny it, we simply eat more, simply too much, because the body tries to get out the traces of fat that are still in there somewhere.

In the TV magazine “auf einen Blick” No. 17 from 18.4.13 there is now a report that German and Austrian scientists have come to the same conclusion after a long series of experiments. A group of test subjects were given 500 g of natural yoghurt a day to eat for 3 months – and they all put on weight! They “took in more calories”.

In contrast, the comparison group ate the same yogurt with an addition of olive oil. This group did not put on weight! Their endogenous energy balance, body fat percentage and weight remained constant.

The test confirms my reports from the last few years, see also my “Health Lexicon” from 2006. If we deny our body fat, e.g. through diets and fat-free foods, then we gain weight! If we give our body a healthy amount of fat, e.g. butter, sunflower oil and olive oil, we maintain a better balance and can even lose weight.

A few years ago, I described the experiment conducted by a BBC TV group in the Czech Republic: A man ate as much fatty roast duck and goose as he could every day. After a week, he had lost several kilograms and his cholesterol levels had dropped significantly!

11.5.2013 News from the cholesterol front: A new self-experiment from England was presented on ZDF Neo 12.30 “Ißt Du gesund?”. A young woman ate 4 eggs a day for 14 days, which are known to contain a lot of cholesterol. The result: Her cholesterol values showed value a) zero change, value b) minimal change, test person completely healthy, no significant changes.

You can find a lot of positive reports online that confirm my theses. Listen to your body and eat what is good for you! See also Goethe’s quotes below!

Here is another positive report from Deutschlandfunk on 22.12.09:

This report is also good: http://www.conspiracy.nebelbank.de/cholesterin.html

It is reported here, among other things, that there was another such conference in 1990 to set cholesterol levels. Thirteen doctors were involved, and although an average value of 260 mg/dl had been determined shortly beforehand in a mass examination of 100,000 people in Bavaria, the value was arbitrarily set at 200 mg, and once again thousands of healthy people were made ill at the stroke of a pen!

Conclusion: You can eat as much cholesterol as you want, your body decides for itself how much it absorbs! And: If you consume a lot of fat and are otherwise healthy, you are more likely to lose weight than gain it! The body regulates itself!

25.1.15 I once again had my blood enzyme values determined (laboratory analysis) I like to eat fatty things like butter, an egg with every breakfast and my cholesterol values are actually very low! I don’t follow any diets, I eat what I like.

“We must always repeat what is true, because error is always being preached around us, not by individuals but by the masses, in newspapers and encyclopedias, in schools and universities. Everywhere error is on top, and it is comfortable and cozy in the feeling of the majority, which is on its side… But then I saw that science is only something to most people in so far as they live from it, and that they even idolize error if they derive their existence from it.” Goethe to Eckermann

“No one is more a slave than he who thinks himself free without being so.” Goethe, Maxims and Reflections, posthumous 1833

“Man in himself, provided he makes use of his healthy senses, is the greatest and most accurate physicalmost precise physical apparatus, that there can be. And that is then the greatest disaster of the new physics is that the experiments have been separated from man and only recognizes nature in what artificial instrumentsinstruments show, indeed what it can achieve, thereby limiting and wants to prove.” Goethe in Wilhelm Meister’s Wanderjahre

“Only he is free who no longer desires liberation!” Yogavasistha 786 A.D.
