Reincarnation

In the past, hardly anyone was aware of the topic of reincarnation. It doesn’t come up in a Christian education. However, we are supposed to be taken out of the grave by Jesus at the end of time and resurrected, so there is something there. In the Catholic Church, relics have also been worshipped for 2000 years, which are said to have miraculous healing powers. That can’t come from a piece of bone. It only makes sense if behind this relic there are still the magical, otherworldly powers of the deceased saint that can supposedly be transmitted through this bone. Basically, this is an extremely primitive conception’, which can be found in every shamanistic nature religion. It is therefore all the more surprising that the Catholic faithful consider themselves to be better than, say, the voodoo priests in Africa or the faith healers in the Philippines.

I was as ignorant as everyone else here in Germany until I started Kundalini Yoga. After just a few weeks, I had experiences that brought me into mental contact with complete strangers whom I didn’t even know, but who probably thought and felt similarly to me, or who had sent out a request for help in their thoughts. So the first phenomenon I encountered when I started this mysterious Kundalini Yoga was telepathy, or empathy (the perception of other people’s feelings).

Soon afterwards, my dreams began to change. They became more vivid, more intense, more realistic. It wasn’t long before I saw myself from time to time in previous earthly lives! It was only then that I began to take an interest in this subject. My yoga teacher (a student of Yogi Bhajan) had no idea about it. He only taught me the exercise programs. My dreams and visions in meditation were so realistic that I was sometimes blown away.

It’s amazing when you’re sitting here on your yoga mat, kicking away, and suddenly you come to, on swaying ground, trying to find your footing, looking around, sword in hand, fighting for your life, – as a Viking on the planks of your ship, sometime around 1300. You experience being stabbed again and then you’re back here and your chest hurts from the sting. After some of these events, my asthma, which had plagued me for many years, began to disappear. So the memories had a practical use. I was working through my karma!

From then on, my interest was truly piqued, and after these drastic initiations that rose up from the depths of my soul, it slowly became clear that I had lived here on earth countless times before (but not only on this planet), and that I had only come back to life here once more to fulfill a certain plan. Sat nam!

Over the following years, I became increasingly involved with this topic, and after a few years I also offered reincarnation therapy using Kundalini Yoga, helping many people to gain insights into their past lives with great success. But you shouldn’t just do it as a game. For me, there had to be a good reason why a person should be helped. If not, then everyone is free to throw themselves intensively into K.Y. and reactivate their experiences themselves!

My God! We carry everything within us that has ever happened to us! It’s all there – and you just need to get it out! And if that interests you, then DO IT! I stopped doing these therapies a few years ago because they cost me too much time and energy (when people come to me unprepared) and because it no longer does me any good personally to always open up curious, sick people with the help of my energy in this way. It is really better that those who think they need it do it themselves! Activate this energy yourself. I can only tell you: it works!

Of course, I sometimes wondered whether I was just fantasizing. How much is there to these memories? After about 4 years of K.Y., my desire to find proof became more urgent. Then, after I had been entertaining these thoughts for some time, I suddenly dreamed of a situation where I was living as an abbot in a Benedictine monastery, with vivid images of a house with a certain staircase, then the name “Schönbrunn Castle”, sometime in the 16th century. How to find it now?

In a second meditation, the number 7106 appeared. What did that mean? It was the zip code of Schönbrunn. My subconscious had given me a valuable tip. I went to Germany and visited 3 places in the region, 2 of which meant nothing to me, but the 3rd had a very strong effect on me. But this castle was clearly not the place I was looking for. However, when I looked down from the castle wall into the valley, I felt completely sick. Down there was the mansion that I had seen in my visions a few weeks ago! In front of the house I found the staircase from my dreams.
