This is now the 8th newsletter and 8 is the number of Saturn in numerology. Saturn conveys spiritual powers on earth. It is the number of prophets, magicians and mystics. I have therefore compiled some information here about the weather and the gods and about how we humans interact with the forces of nature. This also led to a short astral excursion into the history of the earth’s origins, including a contact with Sirius. I was repeatedly asked what I know about these cosmic connections. That would be too much for a newsletter, but you can find some reports on this in my book “Energy for Millions”.
The following is a short report on a “changed perception”. I think my reports can give you pleasure, and those who allow themselves to become involved with the powers of their soul can further develop their spiritual understanding of the world. Everything is energy and everything is interwoven.

The weather and the gods
The summer of 2018 was extremely hot and dry, especially in northern Germany. This caused major damage to agriculture. There were numerous forest fires. Of course, there were once again calls (IPCC) for global warming. Incidentally, the IPCC consists of bureaucrats and politicians who suppress critical research reports. See https://youtu.be/wsaPBX2xnQY But in the same summer of 2018, it was colder than normal here in the south of France, sometimes up to 10º below normal. Only a few days up to 35º, but numerous rain and hail storms from the end of May. The cold and hailstorms with “ping-pong balls” were so violent that holes were punched in the plastic gutters. And, of course, immense damage was caused to nature and agriculture in the area of the hailstorms. Bushes and trees with soft leaf material looked as if they had been plucked. Despite irrigation, the corn grew much slower and worse than usual this year, and the sunflowers in the fields were also much fatter than usual because they lacked the heat. I have already pointed out several times that there are completely different connections in the great natural world, completely different cycles, and I am convinced that we have been experiencing climate shifts for some years now, but that we cannot really speak of global warming. Perhaps the earth’s axis has shifted slightly. It rotates on its own axis anyway. Perhaps the numerous smaller volcanic eruptions play a role. These in turn are a consequence of shifts in the liquid magma masses in the Earth’s interior. We still know very little about these processes, but among the TV reports on global warming, there was a single small but very authentic report that supports my assumptions about climate shifts. While ice has indeed disappeared in large areas of the Arctic Ocean, new heavy snow accumulations up to 500 m thick have formed on huge areas at the South Pole! So we would do well not to fall for the scare stories about global warming. Nevertheless, it is of course possible that there will be severe regional weather reactions, as the corrosive heat in northern Germany all the way up to Scandinavia and the relative coolness in southern France this summer prove. So we will have to live with weather changes and probably also with unusual regional catastrophes. In ancient times, people were aware that their own behavior could influence the weather. Medicine men and women could predict the weather and call for rain. In this respect, the most we should do today is point out to people that their eternal moaning about heatwaves has finally been crowned with success. Those who constantly focus on global warming because they are afraid of it are helping to ensure that the climate changes accordingly. When the IPCC (“Climate Council”) scares millions or even billions of people, this becomes a “whish fulfilling prophecy” and questions have been raised as to whether climate change is man-made. Yes, but not technically. According to my mental observations, the Americans with their HAARP project to influence the weather were not involved this time in the heat in Germany and the coolness with lots of rain and hail in southern France, but the masses of people were! In the past, we often experienced that the weather changed after one or two days of intensive energy training. If it was dull and rainy before, we got bright sunshine after a great session. If we had had beautiful sunshine before, we could also have spontaneous rain showers. These weather changes were therefore normal and regionally limited when a group of people connected to natural phenomena with the help of energy training according to Harald Alke or Kundalini Yoga according to Yogi Bhajan. Read also my report in Energytraining Volume 1 p. 199 on how Yogi Bhajan and his followers unleashed a rain front in southern England in August 1976.in July 2018 I had an exchange about these questions with my friend Mats Björkman in Switzerland. He was just there in the mountains in severe drought, I was in the south of France with unexpectedly heavy rainfall. Our pond was full to overflowing for the first time in about 15 years. “Hello Harald, yes you are certainly right that the people themselves are involved and not this HAARP project. Dark clouds have just gathered in the mountains, thunder and lightning, a little downpour and another double rainbow. It’s good to cool down. Kind regards, Mats” When Mats, who regularly does energy training, got involved in this mental attitude, a small thunderstorm and the longed-for downpours occurred spontaneously, although not very much because he was only involved alone. This is good school from the tradition of ancient Kundalini Yoga. Mats comes from Sweden. Perhaps he is the reincarnation of an ancient druid. They could also make weather and hurl lightning. They drew their powers from Odin and Wodan, the wind and storm gods. This shows that for the ancient Celts and Germanic tribes, the forces of nature were associated with the existence, powers and abilities of various deities. Other earlier peoples also related to the forces of nature in the same way. The events of wind, weather, storms, thunderstorms, the powers of the sun and moon are expressions of higher beings. My wife Verena also has a good relationship with the rain gods. She looks after our large garden with the pyramid plant with enthusiasm, and when she has planted new bushes, it almost always starts to rain shortly afterwards, even if the meteorologists have not predicted anything.

Rudolf Steiner, the founder of anthroposophy, was of the opinion that the weather conditions are made by angels and archangels who influence people in entire regions in this way. He believed that the angels are beings who are one step above us in evolution, that they observe and look after us until we reach their level and they rise one step higher, to the level of the archangels. Every person has their guardian angel, every people has a guiding archangel who influences their development. This influence will not always be fun. Severe weather fronts can be a kind of correction, of “punishment”, so that certain affected groups of people are stopped in their worldly routine. This is how karma is resolved. Right now, at the beginning of November 2018, Italy experienced very violent storm fronts. Italy is terrorizing the better-off, better-off EU countries with its zero interest rate policy (Dragi). Germany in particular is being exploited through monetary losses. Now the storms are causing billions in damage, especially in the mafia-controlled south, with unjustly acquired assets. This could be seen as higher justice. And if you want to hear another old example of the regulating influence of weather fronts on human events: Napoleon moved to Russia… and then winter came! Hitler’s troops went to Russia…and then winter came! You would think that the Russian nature spirits were protecting their country and people from occupation. To bring another example of the “punishment of God” through weather disasters, I would like to remind you of the regular hurricanes in the eastern USA and the regular bad forest fires in California. The whites conquered the land of the Indians and abducted millions of black slaves, and now they are being punished by higher powers year after year until their karma is balanced.
Steiner therefore assumed a hierarchical world structure in which different beings are at different stages of cosmic development. Steiner’s views were perhaps somewhat mechanistic at times, but in principle I agree with him. He was far ahead of his time. He saw things and spiritual connections that other people did not understand. Steiner was truly a spiritual seer, a mystic.Steiner believed that the body, the material being of the angels, is closely connected to the element of water, that it serves us, so to speak, in that we absolutely need it to live, just as all organic life on earth once rose from the water onto land, is based on water, still needs water, but that the angels are primarily based in the rain clouds. From there they rain down on us, change our minds, control our harvests, or cause a region to dry up because they no longer go there, and perhaps 1000 years later such a “region abandoned by all good spirits” awakens to new life. The angels themselves, however, are embedded in the element of air, a force that is one step above them in evolution. According to Steiner’s conviction, these are the archangels. Storms drive the masses of angelic forces to where they are needed, where they can discharge their fertility. In alchemy, too, the element of air is superior to water. The air element transports the water element to its destination. We can see this purely mechanically or physically, or on a natural, magical, mystical basis. You see, in this way the whole world becomes increasingly magical. The whites conquered California from the peaceful Indians living there and left only scorched ground. And this spectacle is repeated in a terrible way almost every year. The shamans speak to the gods in the wind and weather, and the nature spirits respond very well to a direct invocation. After these explanations, we can therefore assume that the invocation of the weather gods in the various cultures can be equated with an invocation of the guardian angels and archangels, if we use Christian terminology. The differences are really only based on the language and religious beliefs used. We would do well to recognize, accept and respect the spiritual life in nature again, just as nature people do. See my report below and “The play of light and shadow.” We should really learn to use the forces of nature again by consciously accepting and observing them with all spiritual consistency. If we lose sight of this aspect, it will disappear. Modern man turns away from the good spirits of nature. We only stare at the problems, at disturbances in the fabric of time, which we have often enough caused ourselves. We are hypnotized by meteorological graphics and no longer see nature and the gods behind them.
Indians are totally excited as they wait the last few days and weeks for the monsoon. It is actually a rainy disaster, and yet everyone is happy and eagerly awaiting this fertile energy! They celebrate festivals and have lots of sex. This animalistic enthusiasm is justified. Water is life and life means fertility. The first living creatures emerged from the water ages ago. They acquired a more or less solid shell to protect them from drying out, but their sexual organs are still moist today when they mate, and the sperm cells only find their way to the egg cell in the fluid of excitement. So from the very first second of preparation for fertilization, we are connected to the element of water, to the gushing moisture of our sexual organs. If we no longer look at the fertility and life-giving function of water, then we dry out. Young people are flexible and their bodies contain 87% water. Their growth and soon their fertility are great. Old people dry out more and more. Their vitality and fertility diminish and eventually dry up completely. Their bodies eventually contain only 78% water. 9% water lies between life and death, and if we focus our attention on problems, then the problems grow. We get what we sow. We have to reap what we ourselves have caused. Do we live with nature, or against it? Do we live with joy, fun and fruitfulness, or are we becoming increasingly stubborn and harsh due to today’s living conditions? In recent years, it has been easy to see that people are following the big advertisements. There was a lot of talk about a hot summer, and then it turned cold. Why? Because many people were afraid of the extreme heat, that the earth would dry out and that they would suffer as a result. In 2006, a very cold winter was forecast, and it turned out to be extremely mild! Who wants to spend that much on heating! But no winter at all? In the fall of 2007, there was talk again that we wouldn’t get another winter because of global warming, and yet it came! People are taking countermeasures. They are victims of mass propaganda, but they also have a mind of their own. If a larger number of people become aware of these circumstances, then we have a real chance of a positive life with relatively mild weather conditions. In October 2009, winter even began on October 14, earlier than at any time in the last 50 years. Of course, a logical consequence of global warming, right? The hole in the ozone layer filled the mass media from 1998 to 2007, but practically nobody has talked about it since then. Has it disappeared again, or has it just become boring? Or did it just serve an industrial lobby to retrofit refrigerators worldwide in order to boost sales? In the course of the general global warming campaign, it also became known that the earth has gone through several mild cooling and warming periods in the last 200 years. One cooling period was caused by violent volcanic eruptions with mass emissions of ash. The ash then circulates in the stratosphere and reduces solar radiation. We are only now emerging from the shadow of the Krakatau eruption of 1883. And numerous other major eruptions followed, so this could be one reason for “global warming”, namely the return to normal solar radiation!
The clear statement of a few honest-looking researchers is that so far everything is still within the norms of the last 200 years. There are still no unusual deviations that weren’t already there 150 years ago, and back then without car traffic! I just remembered that around 1970 we were warned “of an impending new ice age”. Then came the acid rain that was supposed to destroy the entire German forest, but fortunately it is still standing. And then came the hole in the ozone layer. In January 2010, I was able to research on the Internet that the hole in the ozone layer had shrunk by 15% compared to 2008. Surely also due to global warming? As early as December 2009, there were increasing indications that global warming was once again a staged show. We had the harshest winter for 30 years, since 1978/79! And then it came out that despite this “global warming” the seas had not risen by a millimeter, but had fallen by 2 cm. For a few years now, radar satellites have been able to determine this precisely on a daily basis! So please be careful! Don’t rush into these general catastrophe scenarios! If you want to shape your own life with a clear head, then the first thing you have to do is exclude yourself from these public advertising campaigns. Take note of it, but rather laugh about it and go your own way. If we all live in our own world, then the sea level will not rise in mine, and besides, my two properties in Germany and France are both at 340 meters above sea level. Concentrate with conviction that the weather in the future will be the way you want it to be! You have to understand that the scientists constantly want new money for their immensely expensive weather research stations and satellites. Who should give them all that money if not the politicians? And how are the politicians supposed to justify these investments? The best way is with the alleged threat to the safety of all mankind! To put it simply: meteorologists make a lot of money with fear scenarios. They can make a good living from it. Basically, they are no better than the shamans of old, who were given enough to eat so that they could predict the weather for their tribe or call the rain clouds. The only difference is that the shamans were cheaper for the tribe than our gigantic weather research. The question is, who are the bigger charlatans? And the technical industry is rubbing its hands and enthusiastically using the global warming gambit for more and more direct and indirect technical developments. It boosts the economy. And maybe that’s even okay. Anyone who can escape the threat and fear actually has a pretty good life these days.
Cycle of the elements
Back to Steiner and the natural elements. If the angels are in the water element and the archangels in the air, what happens next? Rudolf Steiner was convinced that the fire element is superior to the other two, and I agree. That is the reason why we can call the sun through Kundalini Yoga or energy training. That’s why the sun can dispel wind and rain and create new weather. Kundalini yoga, energy training, is a path into the light. It leads beyond everything else. For this reason, we can come closer to the light through KY and ET. We practise exercises that increase our concentration on the light. With a training group, our energy becomes very focused. This is communicated to our environment. The weather reacts. And if we have done it well, the sun shines afterwards! According to Steiner’s terminology, these are the powers of the fire spirits, the Elohim, which we invoke in the process. For this reason, people have gathered around fire since time immemorial. At first, people were afraid of fire, just like the animals. But at some point they learned to control fire. That was the total revolution, and it was probably the beginning of our rising culture. Mastering fire opened our minds to another level of perception. On the one hand, people realized that animals killed by a steppe fire, for example, tasted delicious and were easier to digest than raw, hard-to-catch live animals. Then there was the fascination of controlling some of the fire’s energy. You could make it hot when it was cold, you could overcome the climate and the darkness! That was the beginning of our civilization. Of course, for the first humans, fire was something magical! Somehow, fire was part of the sun, and this small part of the sun was now available to humans for a short time. The prehistoric people were not entirely wrong. This attitude may seem a little strange to modern people, and yet these people were closer to the truth than a modern atheist. The primitive people observed their environment very carefully, otherwise they would have had no chance of survival. When an animal was caught and died, its breath and some water left the dying animal along with its urine. The fire spirits that animated the animal remained invisible. Only when the animal or a dead person was burnt did the fire that had captured the dead creature in its life process become visible if there was enough heat. Sugar burns. You could say it contains a lot of solar energy. We take in food and, to put it simply, turn sugar into meat. So we use the energy in sugar in a chemical combustion process. So the fire of the sun is in us, in every living being here on earth. And as we know from the studies of Dr. Kiontke and others, we radiate more energy than we will ever eat. It is actually fire energy from the sun, cosmic radiation and prana that makes up our lives. And when we die or are incinerated, the fire energy is released again.

And the flames do not rise by chance! They want to return to the sun from which they came. The fire in our cells can be passed on forever in small doses, from one living being to another, through nutrition, digestion and reproduction. But when someone dies, part of their energy returns to the sun. When a corpse decays, its energy continues to circulate in the bacteria and fungi that decompose it. It is not lost. These are the cycles of life and this is the hierarchy of the spirits of nature and their elements. Minerals, crystalline substances, water and liquids, air and gases, fire and energy, not forgetting ‘the 5th element, ether’, which permeates everything. This is the magic of life and light! Just as I am revising this section, a report comes on TV about new findings in solar research. The scientist says that the sun contains a “gigantic dynamo” that constantly generates magnetic fields and makes them circulate. This leads to local “disturbances”, the sunspots. These generate the gigantic solar flares and the solar wind. They release huge quantities of atomic particles. And these in turn determine the Earth’s climate. He says that at the moment nobody can honestly say whether the climate changes are really caused by humans or by the current sunspot activities, which are completely different today than they were 100 years ago. Once again we have a group of critical scientists who harbor doubts about us as the cause. It is certainly a good thing if people take measures to protect the climate or the environment instead of continuing to destroy it. But no one can honestly say whether these claims about CO2 are correct. It could very well be that even the politicians and their gurus know that cars have nothing to do with climate change, but it provides a credible cause that’s good for business and maybe the right thing to do. Do you understand? Of course there is some climate change, winters have been milder for a few years. Maybe some of the polar ice caps really are melting (I wasn’t there). But while the ice is probably really melting at the North Pole, huge new snow deposits have formed in parts of Antarctica, which are said to be up to 500 meters thick. You can tell us a lot. In any case, there is huge business to be made out of fear and new technology. Perhaps some of the new technological steps are wrong, but perhaps they are still causing the right changes without the “makers” even knowing what is really happening. In any case, the highly developed industrialized countries are telling the developing countries that they need to slow down their growth. Anyone who understands this complicated interplay in nature and in society begins to think magically!
The origin of life and the spirits of fire, the Elohim
How is it all connected? Where is the magical part of this story? Back in 1993, in my book “Energy for Millions”, I described some of the insights I was able to gain during my astral journeys through space and time. Eternity ago, or more precisely about 4.3658271 billion years ago, the earth was still molten. But that was not the first period of life on our planet. As far as my spiritual insights can tell, this solar system has already experienced 4 great ages or epochs. Each time anew, the earth turns from a glowing sphere into a cooling planet. For a few billion years, living beings of various kinds develop on it, and at some point this life also comes to an end. It survives. After each solid, cooled natural epoch, a new pralaya appears, the great dissolution. Then, at some point, the sun undergoes a change. The sun goes nova. It inflates and the inner planets up to Jupiter are sterilized. Their surface becomes molten. And then, some time later, the great game can begin all over again. According to the traditions of the Indian seers, we already have at least 3 pralayas behind us and are now heading for the 4th. It will come in about 3 – 4 billion years. We are therefore in the middle of a great epoch of life, a year of Shiva.
In my 1993 report on the origin of life on Earth, I also described the gigantic fire beings living in the sun, which are presumably to be equated with the Elohim of Jewish cosmology. In any case, when the earth began to cool down a little about 4.365827119 billion years ago, huge dark red clouds emerged from the sun and migrated to the earth. At least one of them entered the Earth and merged with it, just as a sperm cell fertilizes an egg cell. These cosmic beings took the form of gigantic paramecia. At least one of these beings has descended into the earth and keeps its atomic engine running. This is why the earth still radiates more energy than it receives from the sun! (See also the following chapter on Enceladus!)We carry a spark of this in our 3rd chakra. And that is why we radiate more energy than we eat. Dr. Kiontke and colleagues have discovered this. What we call the “source of life”, the life energy within us, is a descendant, a splinter of these gigantic heat sources that came to earth from the sun. Seen in this way, we really are all “children of light”, children of the sun. Another Elohim drifted away into open space and after a few thousand years reached the star Sirius. For this reason, a humanoid culture very similar to our own developed on a planet on Sirius. This culture developed somewhat faster than we did. And for this reason it was possible for the Sirians, genetically speaking our brothers and sisters in space, to visit us here on Earth 184 million years ago. The “genetics” of these cosmic beings refers to energetic patterns, not DNA. But the energetic patterns of the Elohim later cause the processes for the creation of living beings. And for this reason, the DNA patterns here on Earth and those on Sirius are very similar. We are compatible, spiritually and energetically related to each other and can father children together. More on this elsewhere. The Elohim themselves are practically immortal. They retain the spiritual genetic information of all living beings in the solar system. As far as I could perceive, our sun has already turned into a nova at least 3 times, sterilized its planets and then inseminated them anew. And the Earth is now carrying a culture of living beings of all kinds, including us humans, for the 4th time, as has also been the case in a slightly different form in previous cultural epochs.
So how do the life processes work? I have already explained in the health lexicon that the father and mother must be prepared to sacrifice some of their own life energy at conception. They have to give up some of their life energy in order to give the egg and sperm cells a boost of energy when they unite, so that this united cell becomes viable. For this reason it happens again and again that two people sleep together without contraception, are fertile, but still do not conceive a child. If only one of the two really refuses to take responsibility, then no child is conceived, then he is “infertile”. He then denies his energy. Personal, often subliminal fears and other differences are the most common cause of childlessness despite diligent efforts. The ancient Romans knew this and recommended that if it did not work out with the spouse to conceive a child, simply sleep with the slaves and acknowledge the child. This practically always worked. So when living beings grow here on earth, they store some of this fire or light energy directly (green plants) or indirectly (all other living beings). The green plants get their light energy directly from the sun, all others from other sources. But if Kiontke is right, then we also absorb some of the radiation that comes from the sun. For example, our body synthesizes vitamin D under the skin using solar radiation. This gives us feelings of happiness. That’s why most people like to be out in the sun! And those who spend most of their time working underground in basements become grumpy and cheerless. And if we follow the studies of Kiontke and other scientists, then even all living beings absorb the cosmic radiation that comes to us from the sun, not just the prana, in order to do “something” with it.without the energy of fire or light, there would be no biological life on earth. Of course, the same applies to other inhabited planets in relation to their sun, unless cross-fertilization is taking place, as in the case of the Sirius planet. The yogis from India, for example, say of hot spices such as chili that they are “hot spices”, i.e. hot spices and not hot. They believe that hot spices have much more solar energy than other plants. Since Kundalini yogis strive for light, for enlightenment, it is good to eat hot spices. It increases our life energy. So the fire, the life energy, is in all biological material. And even when animals and plants die, some of it remains stored in the biomass. For this reason, dried up biological material can be burned. During combustion, the fire energy is released again. This is why the flames of an open fire fascinate us so much. It is a wonderful experience when we sit together around a fire and watch the flames rise to the sky. Scientists say that the flames rise because hot air is lighter. But does that get to the heart of the matter? There is another way of looking at it: The fire or life energy stored in the biomass rises to the sky because, after a period of use and storage in a biological system, it wants to return to its source, namely the sun. Every fire ceremony is therefore a process in which some of the stored fire energy is released. Part of the life energy used on earth returns to its source. This is the reason why people have been fascinated by fire since time immemorial. When the flames leap up, it has something to do with the release of bound solar and life energy. The flames also seem to be alive. Anyone who has ever sat around a campfire knows very well that we can recognize figures and faces in the rising flames. The purpose of a ceremony is to focus the mental powers of all the people involved on one goal. Through traditional ceremonies, the people involved gather their energy and attention and direct it together towards a goal, e.g. a change in the weather, a good harvest or their own health and fertility. The modern world has almost completely lost such rituals, and an Oktoberfest or similar is unfortunately just a date to let off steam together and indulge in gluttony and boozing. But the chance of liberating sex after a party is also quite good. As part of your magical development, you won’t be able to avoid working with the element of fire at some point. In earlier times, I lit a fire at every solstice, just like our ancestors did. In the south of France, this was still possible without the village police coming running and shouting. But in 2014, a decree was issued banning open fires, supposedly to protect the environment. The ban on open fires in Germany is not only due to population density. The deeper reason for such bans is to prevent any shamanic and spiritual activity. What is the difference between burning a few pieces of wood and twigs in a stove in the house or in the garden? Any barbecue is allowed, but burning a few twigs pollutes the environment? In the last 20 years, barbecue-o-mania has increased to such an extent, especially in Western Europe, that charcoal is no longer only being supplied to Germany and Western Europe from the Eastern Bloc countries, but is also being produced for us in South America, Africa and Indonesia. This is just as harmful to nature as coconut oil, see Newsletter 7 (October 2018).wood firing is booming because the oil is so expensive, but burning garden weed is harmful to the environment? What nonsense! This is about banning all primal actions that connect people with nature. Conscientious forces find this repugnant. So it is all the more important to practice this somewhere from time to time. Of course, it’s also about money again, because if you register a garden fire and pay a fee, you’re still allowed to do it. It really reminds me of the Middle Ages and the indulgence trade. “The coin in the indulgence box rings, the soul jumps out of purgatory!” For those who don’t remember: back then, you could buy your freedom from all sins by making donations and continue to break the commandments, and now I go for a little break in front of my open fire on my farm in the south of France and watch the flames. It always inspires me!
Some people wonder why Germans in particular are so keen on shooting off firecrackers and fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Wasted energy? Not at all! It’s an outlet for some of our natural needs. It is a substitute for the missing solstice fire on December 21, from which the industry can earn a lot of money. That is the only reason why it has not yet been banned. Even if it costs money and apparently “doesn’t have to be”, and even if the fireworks are a huge environmental mess, such fireworks can have a very liberating effect. And what do we learn from this? When I explained earlier that we obviously emit more energy than we eat, I also mentioned that humans are obviously adaptable to radiation. So we shouldn’t exaggerate the fear of cell phone masts etc., but we shouldn’t ignore it either. You can get upset about the waste of energy and money on New Year’s Eve, but you can also see the liberating aspect and join in! And I guarantee you: If you come down from the eternal moaning about all the things you shouldn’t and shouldn’t do and start living with more joy again, you will become more vital and healthier. If you can do what you feel like doing, it is always positive. Nature is much more likely to speak to you if you live joyfully and join in, instead of limiting yourself in every nook and cranny and stifling all kinds of old, magical actions. If you deny yourself all sorts of things, you will be pinched, what else! Horus once said: “Achievement means a lack of energy, joy is a surplus of energy!” So if we only talk about achieving more, we already have a lack of energy. If we talk about joy, we have a surplus of energy – just take a look at the esoteric scene! There are so many lovely, well-meaning people running around who want to improve things – fine. But they are constantly restricting themselves, constantly telling each other what you can or cannot eat and drink, what you must or should do, or what is forbidden again. Many of these well-meaning people now consist of more prohibitions than fresh vitality and joy. Surely that can’t be the case. I found it refreshing when I said in my seminars “There are no food rules here. You can eat whatever you feel like for lunch today. You can drink what pleases and invigorates you, not what your mind tells you.” Once there were two old ladies of 75. Well off, they had been to many seminars. They heard this in the restaurant opposite me, looked at each other, started laughing and then ordered a small schnitzel and a glass of red wine. They were totally happy that they were finally allowed to eat something that was good for them, that they felt like eating and not their heads! This is exactly what is spiritual, when we do what we enjoy and what we feel like doing and what doesn’t harm anyone. If you deny yourself everything, you become stifled. They may become ascetics, but that is compulsion and far removed from joy. So love your life and you will be much closer to the great spirit in nature than ever before! Of course, everyone can eat what they want. If you eat what gives you pleasure and is good for you, then you will flourish. If you constantly impose some kind of compulsion on yourself, then you are constantly out of balance and that distances you from God and nature. And what does the Indian tradition of the Mundaka Upanishad say? “From joy springs all creation!” Not from asceticism.

Enceladus – a cosmic breeder?

The material of the geysers consists of water and hydrogen gas and also contains hydrocarbon compounds. These fountains are involved in the formation of Saturn’s rings. The theories of astro-researchers that such small moons can only be lumps of rock and are cold are therefore invalid. Enceladus must have had a magma core for hundreds of millions of years. Is this perhaps also an elohim that keeps this small satellite hot and incubates protobiotic molecules here? Old theories are being thrown out the window again. Maybe everything was completely different after all. Perhaps all the planets are different living beings with different functions in God’s wider creation. This way of looking at things can broaden our horizons! I myself had an encounter with Saturn’s rings. On one of my astral journeys in 1982, I was drawn into the rings of Saturn and I realized that the countless chunks of ice are reservoirs for latent life. When people here on earth can no longer progress in their development and need a break, their souls and spirits can take a rest in the ice chunks of Saturn until they have recovered from a violent death, for example. This is probably also the reason why Saturn is known as the planet of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Those who have come to terms with their suffering will then return to Earth from Saturn to impart cosmic wisdom. The dramatic victim of war becomes a prophet. In his time, I was much occupied with the life and death of the Cathars in the early Middle Ages. In one of my incarnations, I was an English knight in search of the Grail, who eventually found his way to Monsegur, where I supported the defenders and died with them at the stake (1244).The Cathars had created a kind of stargate that circled the earth with their prayers. The gate sorted the souls according to their maturity. Some were sent directly back to Earth, others were sent to higher planes, and a significant number were “stored” in the rings of Saturn. Have you ever wondered where all the billions of souls and spirits that are incarnated today come from? 70 years ago there were only one billion! The interplay of light and shadow
This summer, as every year for the last 20 years, we spent a few weeks at the “Braquet”, my old farm where the large Horus energy pyramid complex has stood since 1999. After I started Kundalini Yoga in January 1976, my whole life changed. My sensitive perceptions became stronger. Unusual events became more frequent. My dreams were filled with prophecies. I had no suitable interlocutor for my perceptions. The followers of Yogi Bhajan were exclusively fixated on their yoga and none of them had such special visions as I did. When I told my teacher about my first spontaneous astral journey, he said, “forget it! It’s only your mind!” Forget it, it’s only your mind! In plain language: you’re crazy! I knew then that he had no idea about the spiritual worlds. He was just a good trainer for yoga exercises that Yogi Bhajan had sent me to Hamburg because he suspected that he would be needed there. 3 days after I had trained with KY, it was already clear to me: “This is my path!” For the next 14 years, until 1990, I continued to train for 3 hours a day, practicing mantra meditation and silent meditation. Based on my findings, I came to the conclusion that I had to get out of the big city of Hamburg, that I wanted to have children and raise them in the countryside. I needed to get away from “normal” industrial society, I gave up my job in the laboratory at the University of Hamburg (Institute for Microbiology) and got myself a student card. On the one hand, I wanted to look into different courses of study, and on the other, I wanted to earn money with odd jobs. This worked out so well that I was always able to put money aside for my own farm. I took on jobs that others didn’t want to do, hard, dirty, piecework. Soon I had a number of regular clients. At the same time, I was learning French with the help of my wife and the TV. During this time, I got my hands on the first 3 books by Carlos Castaneda. I didn’t find parts 1 and 2 outstanding, as CC himself hadn’t yet understood what they were about, but “The Journey to Ixtlan” and later “The Ring of Power” are really useful writings for spiritual people. Dive into the world of shamans! Many unusual perceptions and experiences that I had recently known from my life with KY were described in detail by CC, and I would like to emphasize that I only ever got my hands on the books after I had already had these unusual, magical phenomena! The events were real, and CC knew them too! I was spiritually guided, by whatever force. It was always good to receive such confirmation so that I would not be persuaded to doubt by some ignorant people who had perhaps studied psychology. In 1978, I bought an old small farm in the south of France, in the Ariège. Prices were particularly cheap there at the time. Why am I writing this here? 40 years have passed since then. And although I had no idea of my connections to Horus in 1978, this farm became the site of the large Horus energy pyramid complex. When I saw the large meadows and fields for the first time, I felt a special energy. And when, two years later (1980), I sat down for the first time directly on the spot where I had first erected a 450 cm wooden pyramid in 1984 and where I was to erect the 9 m energy pyramid 15 years later, I was spontaneously swept into a bright green glowing stream of energy. I had taken a seat right on the largest European leyline. It was almost like an astral journey! In 1980 I had already had 4 years of KY experience and my first personal encounter with Yogi Bhajan. My soul was pulled out of my body and followed the magnetic field currents racing around the earth in the leyline. If you know how to do it, you can even use this powerful current as a means of transportation. And suddenly I realized what the seers of the Middle Ages were talking about when they spoke of a “green lindworm” that the knight was supposed to seek out and defeat on the way to the Castle of the Holy Grail. The great leylines resemble writhing dragon worms. The best representation of this are the Chinese dragons, thin, long, colorful, with small feet (branches), more giant worms than dinosaurs. And once you get inside, you have the feeling that a dragon is devouring you. It is precisely in this first second of the encounter with the magical green lindworm that most people get scared and the process is interrupted. They protect themselves from extreme perceptions from the Otherworld. Mythology and fairy tales therefore tell of magical phenomena that actually exist. And if the seeker, the knight of the Grail, got fully caught up in this current, he and his horse could be swept away and spat out a thousand kilometers away. He had searched for the Grail Castle and had perhaps been there briefly, but he would never find his way home again. He had landed in a world that was alien to him. This is exactly what CC describes with his journey to Ixtlan. If you want to get a feel for these forces, you can find inspiration in Carlos Castaneda’s two books. And with a little patience and intuition, you can immerse yourself in the events of the Otherworld, in the world of medicine men and alchemists. This is exactly what I was confronted with again this summer on the Braquet. On the one hand, I perceived the large pyramid complex differently every day. After all, it stands on the large leyline. It uses the energy of the leyline, and it uses this magnetic field energy. It is a kind of generator, a tap from which we draw some of this energy to bring it over into our world. Every day the energy of the individual “taps” felt different. The flow of energy was constantly changing. And when I was just nearby, my perception began to change. And now I finally come to the title of this article:
The play of light and shadow!
When we enter this state of perception, the world changes. You look somewhere and suddenly you no longer see the branches of a tree, but the shadows and light reflections of the sun in between. And in the shadows and reflections of light you can recognize energy beings, faces, figures. For a short time, you can put aside your “normal” perception and gain insights into the other world. Sometimes you can even photograph these faces. At this point I remembered that I had finally, after a long time, once again immersed myself in the perception of the Indian shamans. It may be particularly easy down there with the large energy pyramids, but basically you can use any Horus energy pyramid as a relay station for a special, altered perception. It is favorable when the sun shines into the pyramid, and when you look relaxed with very relaxed eyes at the play of light and shadow in the surroundings of your pyramid, when perhaps a few plants are still visible, on the windowsill, the balcony, or in the garden. A little bit of nature favors this perception and there doesn’t even have to be an energy pyramid nearby. We can also evoke the special perception of light and shadow in nature when we look at nature in a relaxed and passive-receptive way in a park or forest. The best way to do this is to stand in partial shade and observe bushes and trees where the sun is shining through. And if you want, you can easily make a mental connection to your own energy pyramid at home. And in this relaxed mood you also have a good chance of perceiving fairies and other nature spirits. They love the Horus energy pyramids, and they love meditative moods and spiritual people, so I can’t say whether reading “Ixtlan” will help you. Back then, 40 years ago, it was a completely different time. It was the time of the hippies and the urban Indians. But this energy is still there. It can help you to change your perception, to expand it, and that is part of spiritual development. Use it well!
This is exactly what the Kundalini yoga mantra by Yogi Bhajan means: Sat nam! Recognize being, that which is! Sat nam Ji! This is an appeal to our soul: Know yourself!

In the meantime I have also started to do a little energy training, as I can manage it in time. my experience is that I always discover in your books or on CDs what I encounter anew in life. A constant companion. For more than 25 years! I am so grateful for that! And also curious to see what else will come. How often have I been surprised and delighted! This is a good example of coincidence. I am writing this newsletter and reporting on my experiences in my spiritual development and that Carlos Castaneda’s books were a good guide for me at the time, and 8 days later I receive this letter from a woman who has been working with my texts and methods for 25 years and who experiences exactly the same thing when using my methods for her personal training. This is exactly what I mean by “spiritual”! The “white marble wall” is a motif from my CD 2 of autogenic training, from psychocybernetics, from the “source of life”.
The pharmaceutical industry is turning the cholesterol screw!
On 12.10.18 we received a message from a reader. He has had regular blood tests since 2006 and has kept the laboratory reports. He has now noticed that there has been a change in the standard values for LDL cholesterol, i.e. the specification up to how many mg/dl a person should still be healthy, or from when he is classified as ill and should receive the dangerous fat-lowering medication.
The normal range for LDL cholesterol in the laboratory report dated 31.10.2006 and up to 06.05.2013 was [lt]150mg/dl. Standard range for LDL cholesterol from 2014 only [lt]115mg/dl.
According to the doctor, the standard ranges were changed by EU regulations. Now that more and more confirmations are being published that cholesterol is not harmful and that it does not depend on the amount of fat you eat, attempts are being made to scare people by lowering the “standard value” again, and doctors are implementing this without criticism. This value was radically lowered for the first time around 1974, to about half of the “good value” up to then. Unfortunately, I no longer have any documents, but I still remember the corresponding newspaper reports very well.
The reversal of prostate disease
And yet another new trick of the pharmaceutical industry! For the last 50 years, men have been told by their doctors that they are now “reaching the critical age” when they should develop prostate cancer. This manifests itself in “problems urinating”. This is a subtle trick. Our bladder in particular reacts very sensitively to any threat. If someone or something threatens us, we hold back urine so that we can fight or flee. And if the threat is really bad, we “wet our pants” in fear, we relieve ourselves so that we can run away more quickly, so the psychological task of self-observation when urinating can easily lead to a blockage and if someone is not feeling so well mentally, for whatever reason, this can eventually lead to problems urinating and when a man goes to the doctor, he is told “Look, I told you so”. And then it’s often not a blood and urine test that follows, but an examination with a probe and a tissue sample. And if you drill a hole in the prostate, it can become really seriously diseased, as the prostate is a miniaturized uterus that enlarges with age as male hormones decrease and female hormones increase. This is completely normal. Older men are then less aggressive and more sensitive, so much for today: prostate cancer causes stagnation and problems with urination. But from today everything is different! Just now, I saw an advertisement for a prostate medication on the news for the first time because, get this, “frequent urination” is now a sure sign of prostate disease. So what now? Pressure and not being able to go or a nervous bladder? Men, don’t be intimidated! Always remember that your psyche is very sensitive and reacts quickly to any kind of psychological pressure and that this pressure is often quickly passed on to the bladder, sometimes like this, sometimes like that.

“Two months ago I asked my son (5 years old) what he feels when he holds his hands over the top of my B-pyramid and his answer was: “A ray of light comes out in all colors”. And when asked what he feels when he holds his hands next to the top, he said “a disk comes out”. I found that very interesting, as he hadn’t seen an animation of how the field builds up. Defense against vaccination
Today a young woman called me, a good friend, who is constantly being put under pressure to vaccinate her 3 younger children. Her colleagues are “afraid for their children” because the three of them have not been vaccinated, and Melanie finally replied the other day, “Your children are all vaccinated. That’s supposed to provide reliable protection against infection. So what are you actually afraid of? My children are healthy and yet you are afraid. Do your vaccinations offer no protection? Why are you doing this to your children?” Since then there has been peace and quiet, and at kindergarten she had to provide medical proof that her little one is healthy and that the girl poses no danger to the other vaccinated children! She asked the doctor, who also pestered her, to give her the slip of paper with all the ingredients of the vaccine dose, but the doctor replied “I can’t give you that. It’s not available!” Melanie responded “And you inject the children with something like that?” End of the discussion. Thank goodness there is no compulsory vaccination in Germany yet, and since the trial about the non-existence of the measles virus, which ended positively for the opponents of vaccination, a new compulsory vaccination has been put on hold for the time being.
