Fluctuations in the energy field of the Horus energy pyramids
This year we had several calls from individual users who had noticed changes in their energy pyramids. The “energy felt different”, or “I can’t feel anything anymore!” These are 2 different problems. In fact, it can happen that we adapt to the force fields of our energy pyramid so much that we hardly feel anything. This is the same effect as with an alarm clock. When the alarm clock (the noise) is new, we pay attention to it and it may disturb us. When we get used to it, we tune it out. When this happens to the energy of our pyramid, we can easily restore our perception with a few small exercises. Stand next to your pyramid, hold both hands over it to the right and left of the top and then start breathing rhythmically. Breathe out deeply, stop briefly, then breathe in deeply, stop again a little, and so on. The deep breath, alternating with short pauses, sharpens our concentration and perception. We become more sensitive. If you then hold your hands a little higher and lower in light, slow, rocking movements, i.e. if you change the distance to the pyramid slightly several times, then the feeling for the energy is immediately there again and you may feel the energy field more strongly than ever before. If we are attentive, we will notice that the energy of our pyramid does not always feel the same. The Horus energy pyramids work with the magnetic field of the earth, and we all have our own body’s force field. Depending on how we are feeling, our force field changes, so we will perceive the energy of our pyramids a little differently on some days. This can already happen during a heavy thunderstorm. But this year in summer there were also shifts in the earth’s magnetic field. So the observations of some users were correct. For us, it was particularly clear when we were in the south of France in our large pyramid complex. The 7 different sizes of energy pyramids reacted differently almost every day. Sometimes some were particularly strong and others could hardly be felt, the next day another one was much stronger where we had felt little the day before. I had the feeling that this 156-metre-long installation worked like a huge musical instrument, like a harp played by the magnetic field vibrations of the cosmic Horus falcon. Yet what we consciously perceive is only a tiny part of a great cosmic play.
Simple tips for a successful life design with psychocybernetics: How we can design our lives more consistently and successfully – an old topic that is still valid!
I have been compiling the following texts since 1986. The suggestions came from seminars for seminar leaders for autogenic training and for positive thinking, as well as from my knowledge of health and Kundalini Yoga. Psychocybernetics, the conscious shaping of our inner experience, is the “upper level of autogenic training”. Now these texts have come back to me and I have revised them a little: if we orient ourselves to these thoughts, we can achieve a lot, avoid or overcome mistakes and make our lives happier. When we are caught up in everyday worries, we easily lose sight of the spiritual laws, and when this happens, we are usually unconsciously drawn into an ever-increasing maelstrom of problems.only when we take our eyes off the hypnotic events of everyday life and look into our soul, into our heart again, does an effect of calming occur. If you want to shape your life successfully, you must always keep an eye on the source of life, your own spiritual energy, which is truly infinite and which we may lose sight of again and again due to boredom. The first thing on this path is thought control. Pay close attention to what is going on in your thoughts! And once you have disciplined your own thoughts, pay attention to what is happening around you! No sooner is a person on the path to personal spiritual freedom than friends, relatives and, quite unexpectedly, other people appear who have nothing else in mind but to distract us. And why? Presumably because they are afraid of getting stuck alone in their everyday problems. The “normal people” can’t stand it when someone takes steps towards freedom. They are afraid of being left alone in their game of confusion. So the “good friends” often become serious obstacles from which we have to detach ourselves. They try to irritate us, to infiltrate us, to convince us that “that’s just the way it is and it’s no use anyway – the whole of life is an effort!” If you are caught up in the lowlands of Maya, the very first thing you should do is practise consistent thought control! Just assume that life is beautiful and everything that leads to it is okay. And everything that contradicts this is a burden. So let’s free ourselves from these burdens and return to paradise, back to the freedom of our own thoughts and feelings! And the first step towards this is mind control. Be successful through psychocybernetics!
Mind control
1. adjust yourself inwardly to the fact that you have a guardian who pays attention to what you think. As long as you think positively, you will not notice anything from your guardian. However, when negative or dubious thoughts creep in, the inner guardian says: “Stop! Watch out, these thoughts are not okay, they are dragging you down!” This may seem a little abstract at first, but we really can install such control programs in our subconscious simply by making a firm commitment to them during the rest phase after autogenic training or in meditation!
2. from now on, be happy about every wrong thought you discover! Rejoice in this new observation. Begin to cleanse yourself internally by imagining that every time you cleanse your body, you also flush away the negative thoughts. When washing your hands, in the shower, on the toilet. When you brush your hair, think: “As I tighten and tidy my hair, my thoughts are also tidied!” Imagine vividly how, for example, all negativity, all disturbances, all tensions flow away from you with the shower water, rush through the siphon and return after a long journey through the dark channels as nutrients for flowers and plants in the meadow! In this way, everything makes sense. “How could the lotus unfold its wonderful blossoms if its seed is not first sunk into the sludge of the ponds? This, my soul, shall be your parable! You were born from the light, you descended into the dark depths of earthly life in order to purify yourself and to rise again to the light, nourished by the knowledge of life!” dha 1986
3. even if we ourselves are very attentive, unexpected disturbances can occur. When this happens, it is very important that we feel our way into the disturbance. Where does the conflict come from? What effects does it have? We will recognize that the disturbance can only have a few causes.

Old burdens from a previous life (our karma) must be worked through and lived out.
Imprints from early childhood (engrams) hinder our success. What did your parents think about what you are trying to achieve? Are you allowed to be successful?
Other people are jealous and want to prevent our success. Or they have a completely different, conservative world view and feel attacked by our activities and successes.

As soon as we are able to classify a disorder or disability correctly, we can detach ourselves emotionally from it and take the right steps to overcome the disorder. Those who become emotionally agitated do not have sufficient distance to act correctly.
4. the recording of all our perceptions, of which our body, soul and spirit are capable, is constantly running! With our attention we select the images, thoughts and feelings that enter our consciousness. We choose which thoughts and images we attach importance to or not. Only the consciously or unconsciously (karmic legacies) selected images are shaped by the cosmic energy. They take shape and actively appear in our lives! Cosmic energy is omnipresent and flows constantly! And if you want to work through your karma, your spiritual burdens, then you have to expect that temporary disturbances will occur. Then please be patient and maintain your fundamentally positive outlook on life despite current and perhaps initially “inexplicable” disturbances. I decide what I focus my attention on. In this way, I decide what becomes the cause. I decide whether I focus my attention on something and from which point of view I look at something. In this way, I decide what I see. Anyone can sow what they want, but they must reap what they have sown! He who sows thistles cannot reap sunflowers!
Health
Even the ancient peoples knew that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. However, the emphasis should be on the fact that a healthy mind keeps the body healthy. It is not the body that makes the mind ill, but a confused mind that burdens the body! The permanent hectic pace of modern life makes it almost impossible to find peace. Torn between thousands of individual tasks, obligations and desires, we easily lose ourselves in our everyday duties. We no longer pay enough attention to our inner voice. We neglect or overtax our bodies. We eat unhealthy things against our better judgment and no longer take the time to properly check, smell and test whether the food we buy is actually good for us or not. If we succeed in interrupting this constant rush, our awareness of the quality of food and of a more conscious and healthier life will grow again. It is not enough to eat muesli or vegan food. Everyone has to develop a sense of what they personally really need! I have already written several reports in recent years that cholesterol, for example, is not a danger, but that on the contrary fat has a calming effect on our hormone balance! You can eat as much fat, butter and oil as you want. Your body will only absorb as much of it as it needs! If the cholesterol fear had a real core, the Eskimos, who primarily eat raw seal fat, would have died out after 3 years.
Salt in food also gives us a certain firmness, and the widely propagated low-salt diet is clearly harmful for a healthy person. A lack of salt in the diet reduces the hydrochloric acid in the stomach and increases the risk of infection. It is important to drink plenty of fluids to cleanse the body. But if you go almost completely without salt, you won’t be able to keep the water you need in your body, and we should develop a private routine for what we can really tolerate, especially when it comes to small, everyday needs. What is good for one person may not be suitable for another. If you sit at a desk a lot, you should prefer light food! Our body knows very well what it needs and tolerates! As soon as our senses calm down, they function better again. We achieve this inner peace through energy training, autogenic training and meditation. When we smell a food very attentively in peace, our inner voice tells us whether we should eat it or not and how much of it we need!
Algae tablets also serve to promote inner peace. Our thyroid gland is assigned to the 5th chakra (throat chakra). According to yoga teachings, it is the center of inner truth. When we are constantly under stress due to the demands of civilization, the thyroid gland is also working at full speed and should be well supplied with iodine. The 5th chakra is active in order to clarify the questions that constantly arise. Algae tablets can help to calm us down. Use iodized salt, but no fluorine! Fluoride salts in food are not absorbed by the body. They damage the stomach and intestinal flora. They do not benefit our teeth, but only the disease industry!
Vitamin supply
We should take about 1 g of vitamin C a day. It can also be more. As the fruit we buy today is all harvested unripe, it hardly contains any vitamins. I resisted this for a long time because I didn’t think it was natural enough, but today I take about 1 g of vitamin C and vitamin B complex a day because there simply isn’t enough in my diet. The official information on vitamin requirements is just enough to prevent acute illness. If we have to do something, we need more vitamins. As a guide, you can check whether the daily dosage of commercially available products contains approx. 100 mg vitamin B6 and 50 mg B1. These quantities come from the American Nobel Prize winner and vitamin researcher Linus Pauling. In addition, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) is often missing in German food supplements. It is very important for the breakdown of harmful substances in the body. My whole family regularly takes such vitamin supplements. B vitamins are nerve food, especially B12. The bad habit of overeating is partly due to the fact that people instinctively keep eating because they lack vitamins and there are too few in their diet. For example, interest in chocolate decreases significantly if you have enough B vitamins. Vitamin A is needed by all people who sit in front of a computer screen because it puts a lot of strain on the eyes. Vitamin E is mainly used to keep cell tissue elastic so that hardening and tissue tears do not occur. Vitamin E also protects us from free radicals, chemical fragments that damage our cells, and older people should take 300-600 mg of vitamin E a day because vitamin E maintains the lubrication of the joints. However, sunflower oil already contains good amounts of vitamin E. So please don’t use it too sparingly!
Cleaning baths
A simple sulphur bath is recommended for cleansing the body. 1 tablespoonful of colloidal sulphur is enough for one bath. A hot sulphur bath draws out harmful substances from the skin and tightens the fatty tissue under the skin. You should not take a shower afterwards, but sweat wrapped in a blanket. It is just as good as an intensive sauna. I recommend a bath once a month for detoxification and to regulate the circulation. Interestingly, a sulphur bath also works wonders for colds and flu, as well as for rheumatic diseases, gout, arthritis and joint pain. It kills infectious agents on the outside of the skin, combats skin infections and poorly healing wounds. In contrast to “modern” chemical remedies with frightening side effects, nothing can happen with a simple sulphur bath except that it smells musty. If you have problems with orange peel skin, or smell unpleasant when sweating, a regular sulphur bath is very good.The spiritual teacher and founder of anthroposophy, founder of the Waldorf schools, Rudolf Steiner, was convinced that the element sulphur plays a major role in the integration and regulation of cosmic forces in our body. I agree with this. Organic sulphur compounds are chemical links between cosmic radiation and our energy body. In the Middle Ages, people were very interested in witchcraft and shamanism. This also involved the effect of certain energies on an organism. Anyone who wanted to escape a mental attack was asked to get into a bath, i.e. into water. The moment the person was submerged, the attacker could no longer perceive them. The energetic connection was broken. The attacking energy fell back on the perpetrator. His attack was suddenly directed against himself. Such baths were particularly effective when sulphurous substances were added to them. The sulphur covered the entire body like a delicate yellowish film, and anyone who went under in such a bath and then emerged was no longer the same. Here we find an interface between ancient magic and contemporary problems.
Find out about “DMSO”, a sulphur-containing solution made from wood (bark), on the Internet. If you rub it into aching joints, the pain often disappears and it turns out that it was not arthritis or arthrosis, but only cramps in the muscles and tendons, e.g. due to overloading or anxiety.
You may have heard of the French town of Ax-les-Thermes in the Pyrenees. Sulphurous hot water has been coming to the surface there for thousands of years. In Roman times, Ax-les-Thermes was famous throughout the empire for its healing properties, especially among retired mercenaries, who nursed their aching bones there. It is still a spa today. Guests even drink the sulphurous water. There is a large shallow pool in the middle of the town that you can climb into.
We can certainly raise the question of whether the Baptist sect is right when they only consider a full bath to be a genuine baptism. Here, too, a person is completely immersed for a moment and their current spiritual connections are severed. From a spiritual point of view, even an intensive shower brings a certain liberation because it disrupts our energetic networks. Not much has changed in terms of social circumstances. Many people attack each other with astonishing violence. Bad thoughts about other people are very fashionable: it’s everyday voodoo. Anyone who feels burdened in this sense would be better off opting out of the tiresome game and taking a calming, liberating sulphur bath from time to time or rubbing themselves completely with DMSO. If you have your own garden or otherwise have the opportunity to get hold of fresh chamomile, you should definitely take a real chamomile bath from time to time. It has a wonderfully refreshing, healing effect on body, soul and spirit, and it also contains sulphur.
On the subject of sulphur, I just remembered that the most important divination sanctuary in ancient Greece was the temple at Delphi. Leaders from all the surrounding countries traveled there to have their prophecies channeled. It is said that at that time there were cracks in the ground in the sanctuary. Sulphurous volcanic vapors entered the shrine through the cracks and put the seers into a trance. Sulphur compounds were therefore used to make contact with the gods, especially Apollo, to whom this temple was dedicated. But it couldn’t simply have been sulphur dioxide. That is poisonous. It must have been special secretions that rose from the depths of the earth. The leading clairvoyant was called Pythia.
Oak bark baths are also recommended for tightening the skin and firming the tissue. It tightens the skin and has a positive effect on many skin diseases. These simple home remedies used to be common everywhere. Today they have quite wrongly gone out of fashion. They have a stimulating and invigorating effect without drying out the skin. If you buy such baths in the pharmacy, you must make sure that there are no chemical additives in them. There are such baths with frighteningly high amounts of painkillers in order to drive away the pain of rheumatics with high doses of painkillers from the outside. This is tantamount to renewed poisoning. Well-off women in Asia used to use black tea for healing, firming baths and to prepare for childbirth, and perhaps still do today. Oak bark with its tannic acid and black tea are good for abdominal washes.
Essential oils
The stress of the big city and the omnipresent traffic dulls our senses more and more. There are so many pollutants in the air that it is quite natural for the majority of people to have a cold for half the year. We protect ourselves from pollutants and smog by stuffing up our noses. Even if our work or private life stinks in a figurative sense, our nose closes. We “can’t smell” certain other people. The sense of smell is associated with the 1st chakra and the earth. Our olfactory memory in particular is a phenomenal device. If we pay a little attention and concentrate on the sense of smell, we will notice that our brain has registered and can remember every chemical substance we have ever smelled! And our memory knows very well whether the substance was in a good or bad context for us.If we close ourselves off and hardly smell properly, then we also restrict our quality of life. This is part of the daily burden of civilization. For this reason, it is important for our openness that we reactivate our sense of smell. This works very well with essential oils. If we no longer have the opportunity to smell fresh earth, clean forest air or wild flowers, then we can at least bring some of the healing powers of nature into our homes through pure essential oils. Using essential oils in the home opens our senses to these natural forces. Pure essential oils are very concentrated active plant substances. They can also be used internally, but should be dosed carefully as some have a corrosive effect. It is best to take 3-4 drops 3 times a day with a little sugar (see Valnet, Aromatherapy). The pharmaceutical industry has been trying to prevent the sale of essential oils for decades, e.g. by issuing regulations that classify genuine essential oils as dangerous pollutants. They must be labeled with warning labels reminiscent of dangerous chemicals, while thousands of synthetic pesticides are sold as “approved drugs.” The above tips together provide a wide range of simple ways to live a healthy life in civilization: breathing, meditation, energy training, conscious nutrition, sufficient vitamins, cleansing baths and essential oils for our senses and for health! At this point I would like to remind you once again of my breathing book. “The Stages of Pranayama!” We can easily intensify our concentration exercises by simply holding our breath. It’s as simple as that. Breathe out deeply, stop briefly, then breathe in slowly and deeply, stop again and then continue breathing. By consciously breathing with small “pauses for thought”, we interrupt our normal breathing routine and the energy begins to flow differently. In this way we can consciously direct the energy from our breathing to a disturbance in our body.
This is how we recognize the causes of illness and solve the problem through psychocybernetics:
1. there are different views on why someone becomes ill and what can be done about it. We believe that ultimately all illnesses and problems have spiritual, psychological or emotional causes. By conscientiously answering the following questions, you can correctly classify and correct any problem or illness. Self-knowledge is the first and most important step on the path to healing and problem solving!
2. the “inheritance” is very rarely based on genetic disorders, but rather on imitations. A small child observes very closely. Especially if the relationship with his parents is good, he wants to be like mom or dad later on. For example, it observes that the mother needs glasses from the age of 25 and complains that her eyes are getting worse. If the little girl later becomes a mother herself, perhaps also at 23, like her mother, then perhaps her eyes will also get worse from 25, but not because of her genetic make-up, but because of the comparable social situation. Mom’s eyes got worse because it became more difficult financially and socially, because she was expecting a second child, because dad became unemployed etc. Presumably the little girl will deliberately look for a man like dad, who is actually okay, but who also becomes unemployed in his mid-20s due to various stimuli, just like her own dad back then. In our lives, a lot happens through imitation of self-chosen role models, not so much because of our “genetic make-up”.
3 A little boy admires his grandpa, who loves to play with him and teaches him lots of things. Grandpa is 64, has time on his hands and is already retired. Grandpa has become quite fat and round and is half bald. The boy grows up, is always slim and sporty, but at 63 he loses his desire to exercise and work and becomes fat like his long-dead grandpa. He wants to be like his granddad back then. That was good, that was fun, that was the right thing to do. So he prefers to retire, not because he has to, but because he unconsciously took his good grandpa as a role model and emulates him.
4. infectious diseases? That’s actually a bad joke! The air we breathe around us is so full of germs, spores, viruses, fungi etc. that we would all have died out long ago if we had no self-defense mechanisms. We breathe in these microbes etc. constantly and everywhere, together with particulate matter and exhaust fumes.
Recently, a critic of vaccination practices drank a glass of water with diphtheria bacilli in front of horrified medical colleagues. Without any harm! When I heard this, I remembered an old colleague from the Hygiene Institute in Oldenburg, where I used to do my internships. The old lab technician told me how during the war they were given a large bowl of duck eggs for health testing and because everyone was hungry, they cracked the eggs into the pan and only kept one for testing. The egg was completely contaminated with diphtheria, but no one got sick! Ducks are virtually immune to all pathogens, but apparently so are humans. And diphtheria bacilli in particular can hardly be killed by normal frying. They only die at around 600º!
5. put the problem or illness into clear words. The formulation is usually the key to the answer: My feet hurt when I walk! Question: Why or where does the person concerned not want to walk? What are they afraid of? Why does he want to stay at home and put his feet up?
6. let us transfer the symptoms of illness to the spiritual level. Let us consider the ambiguity of many illnesses: He is fed up! From a cold, or because his work stinks, or perhaps his wife? His eyes are getting worse! Question: What does the person concerned not want to see?
7 When did the symptoms first occur? The exact time is very important! What important changes occurred at that time? E.g. change of job, marriage, death of a relative, birth of a child, etc. Example: Mom got glasses back then because everything was too much for her, together with the new pregnancy, which was probably also too much for her. So the pregnancy was the trigger. So she needed the glasses because of the social overload! If you are now the same age yourself, you don’t have to drift into the same social stress. Think positively and avoid these imitations!
8. what does the illness prevent you from doing? What can you not do because of it? What do you not want to continue? What one-sidedness or what bad quality, what fears and blockages do you have to get rid of in order to get well? Perhaps your parents were very simple and modest people, and they were pious. And they always preached that it is right and good to simply live poorly and modestly. Despite all good intentions, a person may suffer health problems when he becomes “rich” because his social behavior with his new prosperity contradicts the educational guidelines of his parents. Patterns of upbringing from parents and other important role models are in each of us, and it is worth exploring these patterns in order to become aware of them and overcome them.
9. mentally enter the idea that the problem is solved and you are completely healthy again! How do you feel? What does it do for you? Do you feel free now? Do you really want to get rid of the problem, or are you somehow benefiting from the disabilities? Be absolutely honest with yourself!
10. once everything has been clarified, concentrate fully on solving the problem and you will certainly overcome it! If this does not work, you have made mistakes in your analysis or you are being negatively stimulated by people close to you. In such a case, you should perhaps seek life counseling. The preparatory work you do with these questions will certainly help a lot in clarifying your case! A word about “inheritance”
It is true that many of our characteristics are inherited, but we now know that we have thousands of genes that are inactive, and these are activated or deactivated in part and from time to time by external circumstances. Our life circumstances and our often unconscious programs therefore decide what is activated and what we should do with it. If you understand these connections and recognize the orders that are hidden behind them, you can solve many old problems.
Test: The okay feeling
1. do you feel okay about yourself? If yes, why? If not, how can you make yourself feel okay?
2. do you think that other people find you okay? If yes, why? If not, why not? To what extent does the opinion of others play a role for you and your life?
3. do you think your relationship with other people is okay? If yes, why? If not, what could you do to make it better? What reason do you have for keeping it bad? How much do the opinions of others matter to you?
4. please make yourself aware of the connections! Don’t just leave relationships and behaviors as they are! Please make an analysis for every relationship you have, private, friendly, intimate, business. What do the individual relationships bring you? Is it good the way it is? What needs to change for you to feel really good? What do you gain from this or that friendship? Is it a real friendship or just a boring routine?
Do you tolerate characteristics in your friends that you want to get rid of yourself, but can’t manage to improve, e.g. smoking or poor diet? Then perhaps you should first end the bad old friendships and then sort out your own health and happiness!

Brahm Atma Singh’s ayurvedic Mata Mahani tea
Ayurveda does not mean copying Indian recipes, but rather applying the essence of Ayurvedic teachings to the needs of people in the respective culture. Of course, the three doshas must be taken into account. The energy and lifestyle of people in Western Europe is very different from people in India. The aim of Ayurvedic teaching is to promote the good in people so that they do not lose their connection to the earth and yet rise a little higher through the stimulation that we give them.Ayurveda should not be oriented towards the Western understanding of illness and health in its translations and presentations, otherwise it loses its essence. It should open the mind to new impulses so that your development can continue to progress. During my travels, I was able to develop a close friendship with Master Yogi Bhajan. His teachings of classical Kundalini Yoga and Tantra were the foundation. I gained further healing knowledge from the Indian medicine man Phillip Deere: “You must learn to see the essence of plants, the essence of nature. A master is not someone who has everything the earth has to offer, but a master is someone who can create whatever is needed from the little that is available! Healing is so easy when you have understood the essence of life.” Ayurveda means “knowledge of life”. It is intended to keep people healthy, make them aware and promote their development. Ayurveda serves your relationship with the spiritual world. The Indian saints speak of Akshara, the mysterious vibration behind everything. This vibration contains all the information we need (see Rigveda). In the beginning, the student of Ayurveda will learn many details about health, disease and remedies. If he also practices his yoga conscientiously, he will later perceive the aura of his patient and intuitively recognize which herbal drugs or other preparations with their vibration fit into the faulty patterns of the patient in order to correct these faults. In everyday life, Ayurveda comes into its own in a balanced diet to prevent health problems. Properly understood, Ayurvedic teas are harmonious foods and not remedies. They are intended to stimulate us in a suitable way so that we do not become unbalanced in the first place. Every person has a different constitution (prakriti), which results from the relationship between the 3 doshas within them. Mata Mahani tea is blended according to Ayurvedic principles and fulfills the criteria that the ingredients of its blend are balanced and bring about energy regulation in the human body without imbalances. You can find the health benefits described in aromatherapy and medicinal plant books. When Yogi Bhajan gave me the traditional recipe in 1982, I immediately sensed that it could not be applied uncritically to the constitution of people here in Western Europe. The proportions of the ingredients were inappropriate. I could also immediately sense that the black tea used in traditional yogi tea was heavily contaminated with chemicals. It couldn’t be that either! Yogi Bhajan gave me free rein to adapt the recipe. I went home, got the various spices and very quickly came up with the right solution. The individual spices spoke to me and within an hour I had corrected the ingredients. The black tea had to go. It has a completely different effect on Western people. And at that time I was not in a position to buy uncontaminated tea. But I had to add a European herb, invigorating, activating, refreshing. In my meditative state, it was easy to fill the gap: Rosemary! Then I decided to add the ingredients, originally mixed together as ground spices, finely ground. Why cook everything for an hour just because you have problems getting the ingredients finely ground in India? And so, one afternoon in 1986, my real Mata Mahani tea was born. During the constituent ceremony at which I developed my new Ayurvedic tea for Western Europeans, the image of an impressive middle-aged woman in traditional Indian dress repeatedly came to mind. There was something sublimely ancient Indian about her. Perhaps the vibration of a healer who had initiated the power of these teas and was now giving me her blessing? In any case, this led me not to name the tea after Yogi Bhajan, but to call it “Mata Mahani Tea”, the tea of the great mother!
Mata Mahani tea connects body and soul and has an invigorating, stimulating and balancing effect on our mind and the three doshas. It therefore promotes prakriti, your natural constitution, and can be drunk regularly by everyone, regardless of any imbalance in their doshas. You can drink it pure, not too hot, or, depending on your personal taste, with lemon and honey, chilled for hot days, or with milk and honey. In winter, the mixture is very suitable for mulled wine. In summer, it is refreshing when drunk cold with lemon.
It is finely ground and very productive: 1 teaspoonful is enough for 6 cups of excellent tea! For mulled wine, take 1/2 teaspoonful in a large cup + a tablespoonful of honey. This mulled wine is very good for preventing flu-like infections!

The fat and cholesterol lie – promoter of fear and stressI would like to explain a method of stress and fear that is used to subtly manipulate the masses in Western countries. After the Second World War, the US margarine companies bought two German professors. They published a series of “research results” according to which margarine was good and butter was harmful. It was not until 20 years later that one of the now retired professors published a retraction. Soon after, the cholesterol lie and the anti-fat campaign began. A commission of doctors simply lowered the natural cholesterol level. As a result, 20 – 30 % more people were ill. Really easy. And then it started that cholesterol makes the heart sick, etc. I never believed this nonsense. I like butter, and I also like eating other fats. It’s good for me. My blood values are completely normal. If you want to know how well you are doing, have a doctor do a complete blood analysis with many enzyme values + a urinalysis. Preventive care, costs nothing extra. The normal values are listed today, anyone can understand them. Get a copy and see for yourself if any of the values are really off. If so, there may be a need for action. If not, don’t let any stories scare you!
The endurance test 20022002 A team from the BBC went to the Czech Republic, TV people, a doctor, a guinea pig. The test subject had to eat roast duck or goose three times a day. They are available there at any time of year. The man ate as much as he wanted and could. After a week, his cholesterol levels had dropped significantly and he had lost 2 kg! All right? Please understand me: I’m not trying to persuade you to eat fat ducks or geese every day, it’s about the test and the effect! The BBC experiment disproves the official horror picture show. Better not ask a doctor or pharmacist!
Where are the connections? The scientist Hans Selye defined the processes involved in stress. My son Tobias compiled these research results during his studies. The facts show, among other things, that constant stress (e.g. fear of the end of the world in 2012, or that everything will dry up etc.) leads to a variety of psychosomatic disorders, weight gain, anxiety, frustration etc. Cholesterol is an important antagonist. An important antagonist is cholesterol. When many people are careful not to eat fat, they further increase these stress factors. The body is signaled that it is no longer getting the fat it needs to produce the steroids it needs to fight stress. Put simply, refusing to eat fat increases social stress, the feeling of not being able to defend oneself, of not having the right reserves. Such a broadly orchestrated nutrition policy can therefore keep the population in a permanent state of stress, which is kept going by many other anxiety-provoking factors. This drives people to many nonsensical actions, such as frustration buying, general insecurity, etc. And, of course, it drives them to the doctors in droves because of the many psychosomatic disorders. The ruble rolls. Incidentally, this pathological dietary policy is poison for the quality of life, for performance and an immense loss for companies, whose staff are sick much more often or work worse than they could. For individuals and families, this propaganda leads to a more irritable climate, more social disturbances and tensions, to a daily petty war of all against all, instead of joie de vivre in togetherness.
Consequence: I think that if the German population were to eat more fat again, we could reduce general stress and increase enjoyment of life. Zero-fat products and the fear of fat reduce the quality of life. Relax and then eat what’s good for you! I won’t prescribe a diet for you. Ask your stomach what it would like to have! Free yourself from rules. If you know anything about kinesiology, you can test my words immediately. Then you can quickly find out which foods are good for you and which are not. Let’s leave it at that. If you get bored because your meditations are no longer what they used to be, then you might be thrown back to the normal everyday tasks of doing your job, earning money and surviving. Is that so bad? If this life here is important to you, then please do everything that needs to be done with calm and concentration, and above all with a certain willingness and joy! People often resist their everyday tasks enough to stage difficulties, because they feel stronger in the fear of making a living than in the peace of a secure lifestyle. It doesn’t have to be that way. It’s better to take it easy! And if you get bored with Hatha Yoga or Reiki, you should try the energy training I developed on the basis of Kundalini Yoga! It releases so much power that you can really look for new tasks, and all your previous methods can be played through again on a better level! It will complement each other in a positive way, and it will keep going. Just do it!
Pulses!
I have repeatedly pointed out in my texts that pulses (peas, lentils, beans, chickpeas etc.) are particularly valuable for our diet, especially for the protein supply of vegetarians and vegans. Those who follow a vegan diet must take care to avoid protein deficiency or a lack of essential amino acids. Researchers have now discovered that a regular diet of lentils in particular, instead of just potatoes, pasta and rice, can reduce blood sugar levels by up to 35%. So the ancient Egyptians lived a very healthy life, because their standard diet consisted of lentils, chickpeas and fish from the Nile. Try Nile perch, very tender, very tasty, very healthy. Healthy people are on sick leave
We already know the one old case with cholesterol. In 1974, in line with the anti-cholesterol campaign, a few doctors in Munich got together and halved the enzyme value in the blood, which was considered “healthy” at the time. In one fell swoop, thousands of people who had been healthy yesterday were ill! And so it was possible to supply these people with expensive and dangerous medication. I think a lot of the blood tests myself, because I can read them myself and because most of the values are really correct. Recently, after more than 2 years, I went for a complete analysis. All the values were OK, except for “TSH basal”, which tells you something about how well the thyroid gland is functioning. Over the last few decades, since my training as an MTA at the Bad Mergentheim Metabolism Clinic, the value has been between 0.4 and 4.5 mg/ml normal/healthy. At some point in the last few years, this value was halved to 2.5 mg/ml, and egg on my face, now I’m supposedly ill and “other measures should be ordered immediately!” What a thing! At over 70 years of age, around 40 values are all okay, and this value is arbitrarily lowered after 50 years of research and application in order to produce new sick people. My value of 2.73 mg/ml was in the middle of the range according to previous regulations, and now just above the new limit. One can assume that because sales of the false cholesterol values have fallen, a replacement has been sought. However, I then took algae tablets (kelp 200 mg/day) for six months and then had myself tested again. And after that, my thyroid values also corresponded to the newly introduced “norm”.I recommend such blood and urine analyses to everyone. They are actually reliable and informative. The doctor will give you a copy and you can look it up on the Internet. But we are not safe from such fraudulent measures. Fortunately, I still had my old results with the normal values from the laboratories from 10 years ago to make sure I wasn’t mistaken.
Measles vaccinations are off and out!
Dr. Stefan Lanka, biologist, from the initiative against vaccination “WissenSchafft-plus” has been proven right after 5 years of litigation before the Federal Court of Justice: The doctors and the notorious Robert Koch Institute were unable to provide a single piece of scientific evidence for the existence of measles viruses. On the contrary! The expert appointed by the court himself provided the evidence that there are only tall tales in circulation. He has virtually convicted himself. From now on, every viral disease must be called into question. All virus test procedures today are based on dubious protein reaction tests. There is no real proof for practically all disease viruses. For example, electron micrographs are no longer even attempted! There is no longer a right to compulsory vaccination. No child may be compulsorily vaccinated any more. If a doctor vaccinates your child, that is bodily harm! No child may be excluded from kindergarten or school for “not being vaccinated”! Basically, the entire industry is now liable to prosecution if it continues to sell such vaccine cocktails as “medicine”! The vaccines are known to contain highly toxic substances such as mercury, aluminum salts and formaldehyde. We don’t know exactly how many modern diseases are caused by these dangerous “child protection” vaccines. The only thing we do know is that many cases of autism have apparently occurred directly after vaccinations. Robert de Niro’s son is one of them. De Niro has offered a $100,000 reward to anyone who can scientifically prove to him that vaccination has a benefit! Similarly, Dr. Lanka offered a €100,000 bonus for the detection of a measles virus. A German doctor wanted to earn the money and is now sitting on his estimated €20,000 to €30,000 in legal costs because, thank God, you can’t prove something that doesn’t exist! Parallel to this victory against the useless and dangerous measles vaccinations, there were also reports on arte TV in the spring that so-called polio is also a doctor-pharma fake. I still remember well that I too had to be vaccinated when I started school at the age of 6 in 1952. I can’t say to what extent this affected my development. But one of the vaccinated children in my class developed swellings and died a week later. At the time, nobody questioned whether vaccination was progress. At the time it was said, “There you see what happens when someone has the virus! … The boy was already infected…” It’s just strange, because he was perfectly healthy the weeks before?
The fact that parents are forced to have their children vaccinated or are excluded from school “because they endanger the other children” is absurd! Supposedly, children are vaccinated to protect them from virus infection. If almost all children are vaccinated, what kind of protection is that if a single unvaccinated child immediately puts everyone else at risk? Obviously the vaccination is useless. So what’s the point? Obviously, the toxins in the vaccines are being used to deliberately disrupt the health of our children in order to make them ill and exploit us.
Don’t be intimidated and protect the health of your children and grandchildren from all dangerous and useless vaccinations. There are no useful vaccinations against viral diseases! Viruses are highly specific, i.e. they can only adapt to a single type of host. So how is it possible to grow viruses for humans on chicken embryos in order to kill them and vaccinate them as an “immune substance”? That turns the whole theory of viruses on its head! Absurd!
Plants have intelligence and are sentient beings! dha 19.5.2015 / revised 2018
Since the 1950s, there have been experiments in which researchers have tried to prove whether plants perceive their environment or not. For a spiritual person, this is certain anyway. And actually the consciousness of thinking and recognizing plants is much older. It would fit in with the mindset of the alchemists, who were also searching for “mandragora”, plants that have roots like little men and scream terribly when they are pulled out of the ground. The story was taken up in Harry Potter. And today you can buy a small mandragora in a bottle (ginseng liqueur), or as a plant for your balcony. The Koreans cultivate it en masse and pay thousands of euros for special specimens: ginseng! No wonder mandragora was so hard to come by in the Middle Ages. Korea was not even known and 9000 km away! Ginseng is said to contain an essence that also cleanses our body energetically and thus prolongs our life (saponins, bitter substances). Then there were the European mandrakes, which were finally given the name mandragora in order to have something to hand. Mandrakes contain the alkaloids hyoscyamine and scopolamine, similar to henbane and belladonna. They can therefore be used as a drug plant. The name itself is magical, Mandragora: Man (human) Drago (dragon, instinctive powers) Or (gold) Ora (pray, meditate). A typical alchemist term. In the case of drug plants, the plants also “speak” to people through their drugs. For shamans and witches, they are therefore indispensable aids, if not partners. The brujos (pronounced: brúchos, medicine men) of Central America, for example, speak of the “god Mescalito”, who animates all peyote cacti and “relentlessly leads all people who chew them to self-knowledge”. This is probably why mescaline never became a party drug. The Irish poet James Joyce wrote 120 years ago in one of his plays that “carrots scream when a hare appears and wants to eat them”. So he knew it too. In 1974 I did some research into plant consciousness and found some reports from the USA. Various researchers who were involved in PSI research came to convincing conclusions. Unfortunately, the original texts from libraries have been lost to me over the decades. I will briefly summarize a few reports here. Several researchers (including FBI agent Cleve Baxster) came up with the idea of attaching lie detectors to large plants, such as a rubber tree. The tree reacted happily when its owner came into the room, because he gave it water and fertilizer. Then a researcher came up with the following idea: he asked a colleague to burn a leaf on the rubber tree with a lighter. The tree naturally screamed in pain and horror! The lie detector’s reactions were clear. In the following period, sometimes only the “good owner” or only the “evil destroyer” entered the room. The rubber tree recognized very precisely which person entered the room and its reactions fluctuated between panic and joy. Such experiments have been carried out and confirmed by various parapsychological institutes. One of the reports was called “Do plants feel emotion?”, see also the references in the book “PSI” by Oestrander/Schroeder 1975The researchers are not sure how plants do this, as they have no nerves and no brain in our sense, but there is no doubt that they can perceive their environment in a very differentiated way and also over greater distances. In film reports, it has been repeatedly observed and reported that the tendrils of climbing plants, for example, detach themselves very precisely from a branch on which they have grown upwards at a suitable point and continue to grow in the direction where another branch of another tree is growing within an acceptable range. If their stability does not allow them to reach the other branch, they will form a 2nd and 3rd tendril. The 3 tendrils now twine around each other, reinforcing each other and their reach, and soon the new tree is reached. This method allows you to conquer huge areas. But what kind of perception do they use to “see” the new branch at a distance of perhaps a meter or more? I think we will only find an answer if we allow plants to have an active mind. Plants have an active mental perception! There have also been very few reports on this topic on TV. Anyone who wants to can look into it. The SZ report (see below) is therefore interesting because it takes up an important topic in our understanding of nature and underpins it with new evidence. We cannot ignore the fact that plants also think, have feelings and react to their environment in a differentiated way.
I would like to add another plant example here. We now know that plants communicate with each other through chemical messengers, not only for the purpose of reproduction, in order to coordinate mutual fertilization, but even more so to warn each other: if a tree in the forest is attacked by a flock of small beetles or by colonies of butterfly caterpillars, it tries to produce toxins that make its sap bitter and inedible. It may be that none of this helps, but as soon as things get worse, the tree emits warning pheromones that tell its neighbors that it is infested and what kind of enemies it is. This allows them to start producing defenses before it is too late, and the insect invasion comes to a halt after a while. I would like to add: If there were no such protective mechanisms, the bark beetles, the spider moths or the processionary moths would have wiped out our forests long ago.
This puts the philosophy of vegans and vegetarians in a different light. It is of course desirable that we treat all other living beings with respect and really only take what we need from nature. But obviously living, dying and eating is just the normal course of our lives, and it’s just a question of who we kill to feed ourselves. We can’t get around it. Do we prefer to eat plants because we can’t hear them scream, or animals that can scream on our wavelength? Is a chicken from a chicken farm more ethically valuable than a nice head of cabbage from the field, or does it just cluck louder? Isn’t a sequoia tree with its 1000 years of experience perhaps more valuable than the mayfly “human”? Should we protect the sequoias (and not just the sequoias!) in the same way as the elephants? It’s worth thinking about. I think that if we show respect for all of nature, we are on the right path. Let us also remember that every spirit can decide for itself in which being it can and wants to reincarnate after its death. So one “cow spirit” ends up in the African wilderness with lions, the next in the zoo with lifelong care and the third in dairy farming or as an animal for slaughter. Perhaps my small contribution can inspire you to see everything as a whole. Everything is alive! Even the crystals that we take from the earth and the rock, polish up and enjoy. Horus once said that crystals are “feelings of higher beings”.

Vegan aberrations – coconut oil and palm fat
In the last 5 years, the vegan “movement” has grown considerably, and you might wonder who is involved. Never before has a nutritional trend been adopted and served by the food industry so quickly and across the board. The propaganda for the supposedly healthy coconut oil is huge and almost unchallenged. I remember very well that we hardly had anything to eat after the Second World War and almost all food was only available on “ration coupons” (almost everything was rationed). At that time, coconut oil and coconut fat were sometimes available without ration coupons. My mother did without it “because it was very difficult to digest”. So we already knew 80 years ago that these substances were not good for our diet, and today we also know that the already severely damaged virgin forests in the Philippines, Borneo, Indonesia etc. are being ruthlessly destroyed to create coconut palm plantations. Unfortunately, this is also the only habitat of our primate brothers and sisters, the orangutans (i.e. “forest dwellers”!). The orangutans are another primate race besides us humans, the gorillas, the chimpanzees, etc. I don’t know who came up with this nonsense about “healthy coconut oil”, how “guaranteed to be hard to digest” could now become a supposedly healthy food. But I can imagine that the coconut oil producing industry has jumped on the vegan trend in order to justify its strategy of destroying virgin forests and to increase sales. Criminal strategies are nothing new, it is just unfortunate that here in the West, in Europe and the USA, it is precisely those people who want to contribute something positive to shaping society through their vegan or organic lifestyle who are being abused. People, please switch on your brains! You have to question new trends! And anyone with a sensitive disposition will probably realize on their own that coconut oil and palm fat are substances that are difficult to digest and not really healthy. You must not believe everything that is loudly propagated, you must always question it! That would be a “spiritual way of thinking”. A spiritually minded person must realize when such serious lies are being spread.
