You have probably heard of the human chakras. They are energy centers in our body. They are the active, controlling organs of our astral body. The chakras are connected to internal glands and regulate the growth of the body and our emotions via our hormone balance. In difficult times, people try to strengthen the lower three chakras in particular. We need these three chakras to secure our physical, earthly existence. We need them to survive. However, if we focus too much on the lower three chakras, we become more and more like animals that simply secure their territory, eat, drink and reproduce. All the higher, nobler values that make up our humanity are gradually lost.
Being human only begins with the 4th chakra. The 4th chakra, the solar plexus and the thymus gland are the inner center of the human being. The powers that are expressed in the Anahata chakra are called “selfless love” and “ability to share”. Every mother and father needs it to raise a child in a positive way. Being a mother / father means being able to give something of your own values without knowing whether you will ever get it back. Even a woman like Mother Theresa or a man like Mahatma Ghandi gives constantly with the power of love that comes from the 4th chakra! Of course, all animals that raise their young also need a strongly opened 4th chakra.
Only if we are prepared to allow this power to flow from our midst into the world will we be able to change the world positively and constructively. Those who can no longer give anything out of fear for their existence gradually lose all their values: they lose their inner security, they lose their certainty that it is worth living, they lose their humanity. Chakra meditation
Sit quietly in a place where you will not be disturbed. Your back should be straight. Fix your eyes on any one point. Concentrate completely on this one point. Give yourself the feeling that all tension is flowing into this point. You will become calmer and calmer inside. Close your eyes and continue to breathe deeply, calmly and evenly. Count the seconds. Breathing in and out should take 15-20 seconds together, so that you only breathe about 3-4 times per minute. Give yourself the feeling that you are becoming empty inside. After about 3 minutes, give yourself the feeling that you are absorbing energy as you inhale and consciously directing this energy into a chakra as you exhale. Continue breathing until it becomes warm there. You may also be able to visualize the chakra. If you have a health dictionary, the colourful graphics can help you visualize the chakras.
To increase your energy, end the exercise in the following way:
Inhale deeply, hold your breath, keep your eyes closed and turn your eyeballs inwards and upwards so that you are squinting at your third eye, the point in the middle of your forehead, 2 cm above the root of your nose.
In addition, contract all abdominal muscles tightly: Anus, genitals, crotch muscles, lower abdominal muscles. This is called “Mulabhanda” = “pulling the root ligament together”. In this way you stop the energy from flowing downwards and leaving the body. The life force (Kundalini) is directed upwards and rises through the spine into the head. Hold your breath until you can’t breathe any more! Nothing can happen except that you get hot. If you repeat this exercise every day, you will have a new attitude to life after just a few days! Use this new energy to make your life more beautiful! Concentrate on one chakra at a time until you know and feel all of them well. These exercises are about getting to know yourself and your personal energy better and strengthening it. It makes you healthier, more resilient and more capable of love. Only when we are strong and healthy can we give and receive love properly. By persistently practicing this energy training exercise, we can come to see ourselves and our world with new eyes and actively create a more joyful life. The universe contains a tremendous, overflowing abundance of energy that is just waiting for us to shape it! It is now up to you to consciously take part in it! Only that which works in you can work in your world! It is our task to purify ourselves inwardly, mentally and spiritually in order to prevent the effects of negative energy on our soul. We must learn to realize again that the divine power lies dormant within us. Many people suffer from the fear of losing recognition and love. Yet we carry love within ourselves! We can only receive back the love from our surroundings that we ourselves are prepared to give. It is our inner light that shines back at us: send a smile into the world and it will return to you a thousandfold!

Horus Energypyramid® – the protective amulet – an alchemical creation 2012 – 2022 – now with 6 metals
The Horus Energypyramid® protective amulet was created by me to give us positive energy and ward off disturbances. The gold-plated protective amulet Horus Energypyramid® is an alchemical masterpiece. It uses the power of 2 precious crystals and 6 metals in a very special way. It combines the powers of fire and water as well as the sun and moon.
Horus energy pyramids create subtle force fields that encourage us to reflect on ourselves. In our center lies the power with which we can solve all our tasks. The fire side
The Horus protection amulet combines the magical natural powers of fire and water. One side is an image of the Horus Energy Pyramid®. It rises as a fine relief from the golden plane. Viewed from above, each energy pyramid corresponds to the sacred bagua, the basic 8-cornered shape of the I Ching. This image is a cosmic vibration. It is a crystal structure.
In the protective amulet of Horus, the center of the Energy Pyramid® is crowned by a ruby. Meditate on this wonderful mandala! If you concentrate on the fine relief in the right way, a union with cosmic forces will take place. The Mandala Horus Energypyramid® is a portal, a bagua, through which cosmic forces from higher levels can be transferred directly into your world. Draw strength from the multiverse! The ruby
It is precisely these powers that are expressed in a ruby. That is why I have placed the ruby in the center of the fire side. Ruby and sapphire are two very hard, clear stones. The ruby is the guardian of your soul. It makes you strong and consistent. It protects you from foreign influences that want to divert you from your path. It is like the fire of love, irresistible. The vibration of ruby gives you strength. You will cope better with your tasks. You will be more successful. You will fulfill your tasks on earth more consistently.
Ruby protects the soul from injury. It has a very profound effect. Place the protective amulet with the ruby on your chest and meditate! The ruby stimulates the mind to new thoughts. It unfolds its full effect in the center of the Horus protection amulet. This will give you new impulses. Its planet is Venus, numerology 6, love and creative development, with some influence from Mercury, 5, optimal communication and business ability. Tarot card 6, the lovers. When you carry the water side outwards, its rays flow from you into the surroundings. They spread your message and the energy that comes from your heart, combined with the tremendous power of the fire side. Forces that come from outside are reflected and deflected, just as the power of a stone cannot really hurt water. It is only divided, and calm quickly returns. Sapphire
Blue sapphire is an extraordinary stone that shakes the deepest recesses of your soul. Blue sapphire is a firming element that makes us firm and focused. Water fades so easily, and yet it is unsurpassed in the working of red-hot steel. Blue sapphire gives us strong mental stimulation. Use it for spiritual stimulation and in reincarnation research. It can awaken hidden memories from the primal ground of the soul. Sapphire has a very high vibration. It makes you stronger and supports your ability to concentrate. It is associated with Mercury, numerology 5, which strengthens our communication with other people and our success. Tarot card 5, the Magus, spiritual wisdom and teaching. The whole amulet corresponds not only to card 11, the Magical Power, but also to card 19, the Sun. The 2 happy children in this card are symbolized by the 2 gemstones, red and blue, yin and yang.

The inscriptions
The symbol of the energy pyramid is surrounded by 8 powerful concepts. Look at it carefully. I have decided to write all the terms in English, as my amulet will reach many countries.
At the top is “North”, where the eyelet is attached. There it says “Horus”, guardian of justice. He is the protective god who guards and guides us. For the ancient Egyptians, he was the eye of justice, the eye in the pyramid, which later became the “Holy Spirit”. It also says “Energypyramid®”. It brings new vibrations into the earth’s force field. It unites masculine and feminine forces.
In the West it says ‘Power & Success’. In our hemisphere, wind and rainstorms often come from the west. They bring us fertility and water. They fill us with life, with new energy. This is good feng shui.
In the south is “love & enlightenment”. The sun is highest in the south. When the sun shines, our hearts open. Our readiness for love and light grows. Without love, everything is nothing. Only with love can we conquer the world without destroying it. If we are strong enough inside, we can let go without fear. This is the prerequisite for enlightenment. Those who are afraid cannot reach enlightenment. Those who have experienced enlightenment are beyond fear. And at some point we will all be reunited in love. Love and enlightenment belong to the south.
In the east is “Shelter & Security”, protection, security and safety. The sun rises in the east every morning. Anyone who meditates should turn to the east, in the direction from which the sun’s fertilizing rays fall to earth early in the morning. From there comes safety, protection, the power of life and consciousness.
If you have an Energy Pyramid®, stand next to it in the west for a few minutes every morning, facing east. Hold your hands over the energy pyramid, to the right and left of the top. Turn your gaze to the east, let your energy flow and feel the rays of the sun entering the magnetic field of the earth from the east. At these moments your energy pyramid also has a special vibration. When the sun is rising, you can feel its energy everywhere. This is the mystical power of life! That is why these powerful words belong in the East. The scriptures are applied as a fine relief so that you can feel their power while you meditate. Feel them. Alchemistic symbolism
18.5.99, 18.25 Message from Horus: “Alghimista (the old name for alchemy) is the path that leads out of the ego into the nature of things and connects the soul with God through the activation of the inner healing powers, the unification of nature within us and outside of us, the restoration of the completeness of man, that is true healing!” This power comes into effect in the protective amulet Horus Energypyramid®.
In the symbolism of the alchemists, the circle stands for the spirit that surrounds everything, encompasses everything, from which everything is created. Look at the water side: everything is associated with the spirit. That is why it radiates this incredible power. The fire side contains only 2 circles, the outer ring that surrounds everything and the ruby in the center.
Squares and cubes represent the material world. The fire side contains the large square for the outer pyramid, the small square rotated by 45° for the inner pyramid and the very small square, the head of the energy pyramid, which carries the ruby. The 3 squares represent the 3 levels of earthly existence, the worlds of spirit, soul and matter. All 3 are located in the circle and are subordinate to it. They function under the control of the spirit.
Triangles are the symbols of a purposeful will. Each side of a pyramid is a symbol of the willpower to reach the gods. Count how many different triangles were created by interlocking the 2 pyramids. Concentrated willpower is also the pure spirit. There are 24, cross sum 6, planet Venus, in the tarot card 6, subordinate, all circumscribed by the outer circle, all culminating in the central ruby.
It is a special feature of this mandala that 4 large M are visible here. M is a wave pattern, a symbol of the energy worlds. M stands for the word mother, mama, maman etc., which is used worldwide. M is the symbol of the female elemental force that created everything. M and W correspond to the creative powers of the mother goddess Hathor, the sacred cow, goddess of success. Thus the waves of the eternal waters are reflected in this pure geometry from the other side. This is the alchemical marriage. It is the union of fire and water, the radiant energy that permeates everything and the eternal waters that can absorb everything. Incidentally, the symbol ® is the ancient symbol of the sun god Ra. If you turn the ® 90º to the left, it is the sun chariot of Ra.
All Chymica – the vibrational theory of alchemy
The amulets are made from 6 metals: Zinc, nickel, tin, surrounded by copper, silver and pure gold. The core of the amulet made of 3 metals, namely zinc, nickel and tin, is electroplated three times, first with copper, the Venus metal, then with silver, the moon metal, and finally with gold, the sun metal.
This also ensures that people with a nickel allergy do not suffer any irritation. The vibration of the amulet therefore contains the energy of gold, silver, copper, nickel, zinc and tin, all important trace elements except silver. Its surface is pure gold, the metal of the sun. Underneath is a layer of pure silver, the moon metal. Although silver is not a trace element, its vibration has a germicidal effect on viruses and bacteria. This is an important function in times of great fear of virus infections such as Covid 19. That is why we have added a galvanic layer of silver to our 2021 amulet. It lies directly under the gold. The silver layer has an amazingly good, stabilizing and calming effect on the people who wear the amulet. It is a valuable addition.
Just as everything has come from the sun, including our earth and life, so the circle encloses the pyramid, and so a fine coat of gold and underneath it a 2nd coat of silver, followed by a copper coat surrounds the other 3 metals. The sparkling amulet of Horus thus becomes an image of the sun.

The vibration of the metals used stimulates our body in a positive way.
Nickel is a vital trace element. It is found in our genetic material DNA and RNA. It stabilizes the magnetic spin, the intrinsic rotation of DNA. As early as 1969, Yogi Bhajan pointed out that we always remain healthy if the magnetic spin of our cell nuclei, which contain nickel, remains stable. Magnetic fields are the controlling and regulating systems of life. We also use this in the energy pyramids. If we have too little nickel, the haemoglobin content of our blood, i.e. the oxygen supply to the whole organism, drops, which then affects the brain the most because it consumes the most oxygen. The vibration of nickel stimulates the optimal function of DNA, RNA and blood quality, i.e. oxygen uptake. One may wonder why some people today develop a nickel allergy. It prevents these people from absorbing nickel from the outside via the skin. Until the 1960s, nickel was a status symbol for many people who knew about it, the silver or gold of the little man. Nickel chains were very popular for pocket watches. In 1974, there was still a store in Hamburg Altona that specialized in nickel souvenirs and chains.
Zinc is an essential trace element. It regulates our fertility, the function of the reproductive organs and the immune system. Zinc is an all-rounder. It makes many enzymes and hormones work, which in turn are involved in the metabolism of protein, fat and the processing of carbohydrates. It is assigned to Uranus.
Copper is found in all mucus-forming organs. This is why copper is associated with Venus, because without mucus there is no life, no reproduction, no multiplication. Copper promotes bone growth and makes connective tissue elastic. It is contained in many enzymes that protect us from free radicals. Together with zinc and nickel, we need it for the absorption of iron and for the synthesis of haemoglobin, which in turn ensures our oxygen supply.
Tin is found in the hormone gastrin. It regulates hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Tin is involved in many organic breakdown processes. Without gastrin, we would not be able to live because we would not be able to process freshly ingested food properly. Gastric acid also protects us from infectious agents. Pewter is associated with Mercury.
In 2021, I was inspired to add silver to the amulet. I sensed the helplessness and anxiety of many people because of these virus infection stories. It doesn’t scare me because I know my body can handle it, but what to do about the fear of others? Finally I got the suggestion that you could add a layer of silver to the amulet. We did the experiment. It turned out that the vibration of the moon metal was very good for the people who held it, or rather that silver strengthened the female vibrational energy of the amulet. Without the silver, there was a surplus of masculine energy. Gold has a more masculine vibration.
Since then, the amulet has had 6 metals and not just 5 like the first 9 years. Silver is very popular for jewelry and as a means of payment in the cultures where it is found, e.g. in China or Argentina. Women are strongly attracted to it. Silver strongly conveys the lunar forces, the feminine energy. Here we are now using its vibration as a protective mechanism against viruses and bacterial infections. We can see this as a homeopathic application. In the last 10 years, the colloidal silver method has also become much better known. Anyone who wants to can take an interest in it. I have also tried colloidal silver, but it seems a bit too strenuous for my organism. The vibration of the silver alone is pleasant and my protective amulet is now perfectly balanced. This is probably the end product of the alchymic marriage I mentioned above.
Gold occurs as a trace element in our brain. Our body reads the very sparsely distributed gold atoms from our food. Many people are fascinated by gold and want to have some on their bodies and close to them. Kings often wore a gold crown. A golden band around the head increases our insights into the spiritual worlds. My magical instruments get their high vibration from the gold plating. And when we play around with them, we can absorb traces of gold through our skin into our body, which in turn benefits our brain.
The use
Wear the amulet on a chain or a fine leather strap at about the end of the breastbone or slightly higher, in the middle of the chest. With a leather strap, you can make 2 small knots to the right and left around the strap. This creates a movable circle that can be adjusted in length.
Low position, chain 75 cm, behind the stomach is the solar plexus. It belongs to the 4th chakra. Here it provides strong protection for your center and sends your messages into the world. The solar plexus regulates the functions of our internal organs.
Medium position, chain 65 cm, in the middle of the chest in front of the thymus. It serves our regenerative energy and controls our immune system.
Short position, chain 45 cm, stimulates the thymus and the 5th chakra at the neck, the thyroid gland with the parathyroid glands, the center of higher cognition.
If you carry the pyramid side inwards, your aura will be strongly charged. The wave side shields you from disturbances. As soon as I concentrate on the wave pattern, its waves form a protective bell. The whole environment is reflected in its waves. The wave side reflects the whole world.
If you carry the waves inwards, you immediately feel a strong harmonization because its waves flow through the whole body. This gives us a feeling of warmth and harmony. Sensitive observers perceive both sides at the front as strongly shielding. With the waves on the outside it forms a protective bell, with the pyramid on the outside you get the strong feeling that the wearer is wearing armor.
You can place the amulet in front of you or hang it up and meditate on it. In your pocket, it strengthens the 1st and 2nd chakra. It protects your basic energy and promotes your creativity. In the breast pocket it protects your heart. You can place your amulet in the blue frame in front of you to shield yourself from disturbances and enjoy the sight of it.
For distance Reiki, place it on a photo of the person you want to send energy to. Or print out a photo of the large energy pyramid complex in France from the Internet and place the amulet on it. Feel the powerful energy coming through to you!
The amulet should not be placed in a small energy pyramid A permanently. Only place it inside for 10 minutes at a time, preferably on the western corner of the middle level or in the south-western corner on the base plate. There would be too much metal in model A in the long term. It can be placed in an Energy Pyramid® B for longer. Please test for yourself how long it can stay in your Energy Pyramid®!
To initialize it, hold it for a few minutes with the pyramid side down exactly above the tip in the central, vertical energy flow of the energy pyramid for models A, B or C. Observe what happens! With model C and larger, you can also hang the amulet on the west corner of the inner pyramid for a longer period of time. All amulets are initiated by us in an F model. So you don’t necessarily need your own Energy Pyramid®.
If you own an energy pyramid and initiate your amulet with it, then you are always and everywhere in contact with your Energy Pyramid® when you carry your amulet with you! Then you will not only have the protective and strengthening energy of the amulet at your disposal, but also the energy from your own energy pyramid at home. This is a huge step forward in the use of the energy of the Horus energy pyramids! The shielding effect of the amulet reaches 3 meters and more. If you focus on it from the outside, you can still feel it over 10 meters and more.
Horus Protection Amulet can protect us from many energetic disturbances, and it gives us valuable suggestions. However, it does not replace any necessary medical measures! It is not a cure! It functions more like an open umbrella in the energetic field.

In my experience, the cones and pyramids (i.e. several head pieces of A and B energy pyramids) energize the whole apartment or house, including the water pipes. Incidentally, this also works in the car and on the move, e.g. 2 meditation cones in the right and left pocket of your pants. You very quickly get used to this high-quality mobile energy source and don’t want to do without it.

Horus Energy Pyramids ® will soon be entering their 33rd year, and we have had many wonderful experiences with them! Many thanks to the many people who have placed their trust in us and work with us! I am sure that we have made a decisive contribution to the further development and stabilization of our society. When people come to visit us who have had an energy pyramid for some time, their inner calm and stability are always immediately noticeable, in contrast to the “normal nervous people” who don’t have one.
I was able to develop the energy pyramids after many years of intensive energy training. Energy training, pranayama (breathing and concentration exercises) and the Horus energy pyramids go well together! If you want to perceive the energy of your pyramid optimally, go to it at least once a day, hold both hands over it, breathe deeply and calmly, and draw in this special energy with your deep breathing.
If you work regularly and attentively with your energy pyramid, you will receive much stronger biofeedback. It is also useful to write down your own experiences. Consciously registering the positive experiences reinforces the new, positive effects! And it is definitely important to keep the energy pyramids clean! A few observations have emerged in recent years that perhaps not everyone knows. If you have a model A or B, you should place the 2 half biocapacitor plates in the center so that the intersection where they meet runs from southwest to northeast. Then this creative energy flows best. If you place the 2 half plates differently, from SE to NW, you will dampen the force field.
If you want to place crystals, spheres or a small crystal rod A inside: The best neutral place for an optimal effect, where you can place almost all crystals, is the west corner on the middle level. Crystals with a high metal content such as pyrite or hematite and all meteorites do not belong in an energy pyramid! They cause interference. It is best to place the small crystal rods vertically with a small acrylic disc as a stand.
It has been shown that models A and B have a more intense effect and become stronger if they are placed at least on a small acrylic ring or on an acrylic column and not flat on a table or cupboard. It is worth placing a ring of Ø 10 cm x 5 cm or higher under Model A, and a ring of Ø 20 cm x 10 cm height or more under Model B. It’s the “normal” people who want to get rich. And when they see how well you are doing, they will say “Aha, with these spiritual principles I will soon feel better!”
If, on the other hand, the ruthless stumble over their karma, that is also a lesson. But who wants to know? Many play dumb and think they can escape the law of cause and effect. This is not the case.
The law of cause and effect is absolutely valid. So far, the power of thought has been used more effectively by businessmen than by spiritual forces. That should change. You need not be afraid of a confrontation. You are the essence of the earth! You have a right to actively shape this world!
Use your knowledge to live a truly positive life! Fill your life with wealth, spiritually and materially! If anyone tries to talk you out of it, they are a poor person themselves. Those who reject wealth and abundance suffer the most themselves. They should work through their karma and resolve their old conflicts and burdens. He needs therapy.

Horus emphasizes that it is our right if we want to live on earth in prosperity and wealth. Why? Since the Middle Ages, people influenced by Christianity have emphasized that we should live frugally and modestly. “Ask for nothing for yourself! Give everything to God, i.e. the church”. Such commands are in our genes.
In the last 20 years in particular, we have seen a remarkable restoration of the mainstream Christian churches by politicians, perhaps as a protective measure against the strong Islam. In addition to the church tax, the two major churches now receive around 10 billion euros in German taxpayers’ money for a wide variety of social institutions. The state builds such institutions and hands them over to the church. The state (we with our tax money) pay the salaries for all employees in such “church” institutions. In other words, the state outsources the responsibility for social institutions and schools to the churches so that they can keep order there in their own way. And the state uses this channel for a gigantic transfer of money into church assets. Basically a step back to the Middle Ages.
At the same time, there are many reports on TV calling on the masses to be modest. Horus’ message explains that we all have a right to prosperity and wealth, and that the persistent repetition of modesty formulas amounts to negative programming. Horus goes on to point out that industry professionals have long appropriated our methods of psycho-cybernetics and are using them successfully. Through mass repetition of formulas and animated films in advertising, people are encouraged to develop the health disorders they are led to believe. “It’s so easy to imagine the bad bacteria rumbling around somewhere in the body…” and anyone who is frustrated or unwell quickly develops the symptoms described. It’s the reverse placebo effect, so to speak.
For around 100 years, people with an interest in body, soul and spirit have been defining more and more precisely how we need to put positive and constructive formulations into thoughts, words, images and feelings in order to successfully shape our own lives. This is called “psycho-cybernetics”, the control of our psychological powers for our own well-being and to specifically realize our plans.
These methods have been used by the advertising industry and politics for a long time now to keep people quiet, to manipulate them and to drive them here and there as controllable consumers to consume useless offers. The psychological exploitation of customers is particularly intense in the so-called “social networks”.
Anyone who has been subjected to formulas of modesty, frugality, poverty and illness since childhood, by their own parents who didn’t know any better, who were also programmed in this way, cements their own frugal or sparse life.
However, those who succeed in dissolving these old engrams and who critically, attentively and energetically use the power of positive ideas to become more successful will be proved right by fate!
Horus wants to draw our attention once again to the fact that we should use our inner powers consciously and purposefully in order to shape our earthly existence more successfully according to the laws of psychocybernetics! Psychocybernetics for mind control
- Inwardly adjust to the fact that you have a guardian who pays attention to what you think. As long as you think positively, you won’t notice anything from your guardian. However, if negative or dubious thoughts creep in, the inner guardian says: “Stop! Stop! Watch out, these thoughts are not okay, they are dragging you down!” This may seem abstract, but you really can install such control programs in your subconscious mind simply by making a point of doing so during the rest phase after energy training!

If we succeed in believing in our own strength and in the divine forces that accompany us, then the world is open to us. Simply make a firm resolution now about how you want your life to go in the future! Take a piece of paper and write it down! Make a collage. Pictures help you to concentrate. Make a list of what you want to achieve in the near future. Apply the methods of psychocybernetics consistently. Horus pendulum – Small pendulum teaching
Dear friends!
Our Horus pendulum is made of brass, gold-plated, and its structure makes it very sensitive to the finest changes, thoughts, feelings and energy radiation! It is 33 mm long, has a diameter of 14 mm at the top, weighs 20 g with gold-plated chain, and the chain is 20 cm long!

There are many intelligent explanations of how to use a pendulum correctly and what its various movements mean. In our experience, however, people are not all polarized in the same way. They have different vibrations and therefore react differently.
A pendulum is just a kind of indicator that makes the finest, otherwise invisible vibrations of our fingertips visible and thus expresses the subtle reactions of our soul, our thoughts and feelings.
Our recommendation:
To start, support the arm you want to swing with your elbow on a tabletop, let the pendulum hang freely between your thumb and index finger for about 10 cm on the chain, and then ask yourself “What is GOOD for me?” (correct) the pendulum will begin to swing and show you whether a circle to the left or right means “good”.
Next, ask “What is BAD or negative, wrong for me?” The pendulum will probably describe an opposite circle. Improve the 2 exercises by imagining something good and something bad!
The third exercise is to use your inner attitude to determine the pendulum movement for “neutral” or “irrelevant” “unimportant”. Once you have determined these 3 basic statements, with a little practice you can go into more and more detail and then use the pendulum to find out whether a certain place is good for you, whether food is okay, etc.
To determine such statements, a photo of a person or thing is often enough to make a connection and obtain information. Once you have done a few exercises, you no longer need to support your arm. This is just to help you stay calm at the beginning.
You can also use a pendulum to check the position of your energy pyramid if you are not quite sure about the compass.
Of course, the same applies here as everywhere else: practice makes perfect!
