Simple tips for health and a successful lifestyle with psychocybernetics. How we can shape our lives more consistently and successfully. An old theme that always remains valid!

The realization of truth:

Water flows into a depression and fills it up before it flows any further. This is what the educated person does with the knowledge of truth: Until he reaches full mastery at one stage, he goes no further. Mong Dsi (372 - 289 BC), philosopher from the school of Kung Fu Tse (Confucius)

Dear friends of the Kyborg Institute and the energy pyramids!

I have been compiling the following texts since 1986. The suggestions came from seminars for seminar leaders for autogenic training and for positive thinking, as well as from my knowledge of health and Kundalini Yoga. Psychocybernetics, the conscious shaping of our inner experience, is the “upper level of autogenic training”. Now these texts have come back into my hands and I have revised them a little.

If we focus on these thoughts, we can achieve a lot, avoid or overcome mistakes and make our lives happier.

When we are caught up in everyday worries, we easily lose sight of spiritual laws, and when this happens, we are usually unconsciously drawn into an ever-increasing maelstrom of problems.

Only when we take our eyes off the hypnotic events of everyday life and look back into our soul, into our heart, does a calming effect occur. If you want to shape your life successfully, you must always keep an eye on the source of life, your own spiritual energy, which is truly infinite and which we may lose sight of again and again due to boredom.

The first thing on this path is mind control. Pay close attention to what is going on in your thoughts! And once you have disciplined your own thoughts, pay attention to what is happening around you! No sooner is a person on the path to personal spiritual freedom than friends, relatives and, quite unexpectedly, other people appear who have nothing else in mind but to distract us. And why?

Presumably because they are afraid of getting stuck alone in their everyday problems. The “normal people” can’t stand it when someone takes steps towards freedom. They are afraid of being left alone in their game of confusion. So the “good friends” often become serious obstacles from which we have to detach ourselves. They try to irritate us, to infiltrate us, to convince us that “that’s just the way it is and it’s no use anyway – the whole of life is an effort!”

If you are caught up in the lowlands of Maya, the very first thing you should do is consistently practise mind control! Just assume that life is beautiful and everything that leads to it is okay. And everything that contradicts this is a burden. So let’s free ourselves from the burdens and return to paradise, back to the freedom of our own thoughts and feelings! And the first step towards this is mind control. Be successful through psychocybernetics!

6 good reasons to never get angry again!

  1. I don’t have to get angry about this or that. It is my free decision! I always keep in mind: whatever happens, I brought it on myself! This also applies to anger! In this way, I avoid the inevitability of anger and do not assign blame to anyone, but instead ask why?
  2. I take a step back inside and look at who or what is causing my anger from a distance! If I keep my distance, nothing can rub up against me and I no longer get upset. That way I no longer get drawn into the matter.
  3. If someone gives me cause to be angry, the first thing I do is forgive them for their action and secondly ask what I can learn from it. This keeps my relationship with him free of emotions and unclouded. We talk to each other and contact is maintained because the anger is no longer taken personally. We are ready to get rid of the anger.
  4. However, if I recognize that the other person wants this argument, I have one more reason not to get involved. If I get involved in the anger, then I give him some of my energy through my excitement. So he gets what he wants! This means there is a great danger that he will keep picking fights in order to get my attention and therefore my energy!
  5. I get angry because reality does not match my expectations. I can make an effort to adapt reality to my expectations, but I won’t always succeed. However, it is always possible to dissolve my expectations! When I no longer have false expectations, I am never disappointed, offended, hurt or aggressive again.
  6. If something does annoy me again, I remind myself that the situation will pass in a moment and instead of getting upset, I use the time and energy to get the matter out of the way!

Test: The okay feeling

  1. Do you feel okay about yourself? If yes, why? If not, how can you make yourself feel okay?
  2. Do you think that other people find you okay? If yes, why? If not, why not? To what extent does the opinion of others play a role for you and your life?
  3. Do you think your relationship with other people is okay? If yes, why? If not, what could you do to make it better? What reason do you have for it perhaps remaining bad? Please make yourself aware of the connections! Don’t just leave relationships and behaviors as they are! Please make an analysis of every relationship you have, private, friendly, intimate, business. What do the individual relationships bring you? Is it good the way it is? What needs to change for you to be really well? What does friendship bring you? Is it a real friendship or just a boring routine? Do you tolerate characteristics in your friends that you want to get rid of yourself, but can’t manage to improve, e.g. smoking or eating the wrong foods? Then perhaps you should end the bad old friendships first and then get your own health and happiness in order!

“Everything noble rests hidden in the invisible womb, only your laborious care uncovers it and makes it great, lets it be the source of happy joy in your amazement, enters into your own being as a change-working whisper!” Author unknown

Health

Even the ancient peoples knew that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. However, the emphasis should be on the fact that a healthy mind keeps the body healthy. It is not the body that makes the mind sick, but a confused mind can ruin the body!

The constant hustle and bustle of modern life means that we can hardly relax. Torn between thousands of individual tasks, obligations and desires, we easily lose ourselves in our everyday duties. We no longer pay enough attention to our inner voice. We neglect or overtax our bodies. We eat unhealthy things against our better judgment, no longer take the time to properly check, smell and test whether the food we buy is actually good for us, etc.

If we succeed in interrupting this constant rush, our awareness for the quality of food and for a more conscious and healthier life will grow again. It is not enough to eat muesli or vegan food. Everyone must develop a sense of what they personally really need! Especially in the small, everyday needs, we should develop a simple private routine for what we really tolerate well. What is good for one person may not be suitable for another. If you sit at a desk a lot, you should prefer light food.

Our body knows very well what it needs and tolerates! As soon as our senses calm down, they function better again. We achieve this inner calm through autogenic training and meditation. When we smell a food very attentively in peace, our inner voice tells us whether we should eat it or not and how much we need! Algae tablets and iodized salt also help us achieve inner peace.

Our thyroid gland is assigned to the 5th chakra. According to yoga teachings, it is the center of inner truth. When we are constantly under stress due to the demands of civilization, the thyroid gland is also working at full speed and should be well supplied with iodine. The 5th chakra is active in order to clarify the questions that constantly arise. 2 algae tablets a day can be enough to calm us down.

Thyroid values

Let us also note that the thyroid gland has been on the hit list of the disease industry for about 10 years. The standard values have been drastically reduced, i.e. millions of people who were previously healthy have suddenly been put on sick leave.

In 2017, the value for TSH basal (thyroid value) was reduced from the previous 0.4-4.5 µU/ml to 0.2-2.5 µ U/ml, and so, oh wonder, many people are now classified as ill who were still healthy a few years ago. According to the new limits, thousands of patients now have to be prescribed questionable thyroid medication. That’s what you call stimulating sales. It amounts to damage to the fifth chakra. The ability to intuitively recognize truths is hindered. This serves to create disease and promotes the sale of drugs.

The health of the thyroid gland is of particular importance as it belongs to the fifth chakra. The fifth chakra controls our ability to recognize the truth. It is the center of cognition. So when the fifth chakra is manipulated via the thyroid gland, an attempt is made to ensure that we can no longer see through it. The pharmaceutical industry is therefore deliberately appropriating knowledge from the yoga teachings.

When the Bible says “Jesus looked into people’s hearts”, he used his fifth chakra to recognize the truth, because there is a direct connection from the thyroid gland to the heart, and if the truth is not given, then people get anxiety and fear. This is again desired in this type of treatment.

Blood pressure values

It is similar with blood pressure values. When I was still a student, in 1966/68, values of 90 : 150 were still “normal” for older people aged 60 and over. For a few years now, this has been “sick”, and in order to achieve the now supposedly healthy values of 80 : 120, you have to take a lot of risky medication on a regular basis. High blood pressure is supposedly caused by kidney damage. According to the package insert, these “regulating drugs” cause exactly that, namely kidney damage!

Vitamin supply

It is important to drink plenty of fluids to cleanse the body. We should also consume at least approx. 1 g of vitamin C per day. As the fruit we buy today is all harvested unripe, it contains hardly any vitamins. I resisted this for a long time because I didn’t think it was natural enough, but today I take about 1-2 g or more of vitamin C and vitamin B complex every day because there simply isn’t enough in our food. The public information on vitamin requirements is just enough to avoid becoming acutely ill. If we have to do something, we need more vitamins.

As a guideline, you can check whether the daily dosage of commercially available products contains approx. 50 mg vitamin B1 + 100 mg B6. On this point, I follow the recommendations of the American Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling. In addition, vitamin B3, nicotinamide, is usually missing from German food supplements. It is very important for the breakdown of harmful substances in the body.

The bad habit of eating too much sometimes depends on a person instinctively continuing to eat because they lack vitamins and there are too few in their diet. For example, the interest in chocolate decreases significantly if you have enough B vitamins. Vitamin A is needed by all people who sit in front of a computer screen because it puts a lot of strain on the eyes. Vitamin E is mainly used to keep cell tissue elastic so that no hardening or tissue tears occur. Older people should take 300-600 mg daily because vitamin E maintains the synovial fluid in the joints. The vitamin concentrates are available over the counter. We get them directly from the specialist laboratory trade. You just have to handle them responsibly and use the dosage given above, for example. Vitamin A pills with 5000 i. E. seem sensible to me. They are available from US companies. Vitamin E pure is already contained in many edible oils, e.g. sunflower oil.

Cleaning baths

A simple sulphur bath is recommended for cleansing the body. 1 tablespoonful is enough for one bath. A hot sulphur bath draws harmful substances out of the skin and tightens the fatty tissue under the skin. Afterwards you should not take a shower, but sweat wrapped in a blanket. It’s as good as a sauna. I recommend a bath once a month for detoxification and to regulate the circulation. Interestingly, a sulphur bath also works wonders for colds and flu, as well as for rheumatic diseases, gout, arthritis and joint pain. It kills all infectious agents on the outside of the skin, combats skin infections and poorly healing wounds. In contrast to “modern” chemical remedies with frightening side effects, nothing can happen with a simple sulphur bath except that it smells musty.

The spiritual teacher and founder of anthroposophy, founder of the Waldorf schools, Rudolf Steiner, was convinced that the element sulphur plays a major role in the integration and regulation of cosmic forces in our bodies. I agree with this. Organic sulphur compounds are chemical links between cosmic radiation and our energy body.

In the Middle Ages, people were very interested in witchcraft and shamanism. This also involved the effect of certain energies on an organism. Anyone who wanted to escape a mental attack was asked to immerse themselves in a bath, i.e. in water. The moment the person was submerged, the attacker could no longer perceive them. The energetic connection was broken. The attacking energy fell back on the perpetrator. His attack was suddenly directed against himself. Such baths were particularly effective when sulphurous substances were added to them. The sulphur covered the entire body like a delicate yellowish film, and anyone who went under in such a bath and then emerged was no longer the same. Here we find an interface between ancient magic and contemporary problems.

Find out more on the Internet about “DMSO“, a sulphur-containing solution made from wood (bark). If you rub it into aching joints, the pain often disappears and it turns out that it was not arthritis or arthrosis, but only cramps in the muscles and tendons, e.g. due to overloading or anxiety.

You may have heard of the French town of Ax-les-Thermes in the Pyrenees. Sulphurous hot water has been coming to the surface there for thousands of years. In Roman times, Ax-les-Thermes was famous throughout the empire for its healing properties, especially among retired mercenaries, who nursed their aching bones there. It is still a spa today. Guests even drink the sulphurous water. There is a large shallow pool in the middle of the town that you can climb into.

We can certainly raise the question of whether the Baptist sect is right when they only consider a full bath to be a genuine baptism. Here, too, a person is completely immersed for a moment and their current spiritual connections are severed. From a spiritual point of view, even an intensive shower brings a certain liberation because it disrupts our energetic networks.

Not much has changed in terms of social circumstances. Many people attack each other with astonishing violence. Bad thoughts about other people are very fashionable: it’s everyday voodoo. Anyone who feels burdened in this sense would be better off opting out of the tiresome game and taking a calming, liberating sulphur bath from time to time or having a thin layer of DMSO rubbed into their skin.

If you have your own garden or otherwise have the opportunity to get your hands on fresh chamomile, you should definitely take a real chamomile bath from time to time. It has a wonderfully refreshing, healing effect on body, soul and spirit, and it also contains sulphur. If you can’t get hold of fresh chamomile flowers, buy dried ones from a herbalist. You will need about 50 – 100 grams for a full bath. If you rub the dry flowers together, you can rinse them away when you clean the bath.

And always remember the effect of the amulet in connection with protective measures. Whenever you leave the house, please wear it! It is the perfect addition to your energy pyramid at home.

On the subject of sulphur, I just remembered that the most important divination sanctuary in ancient Greece was the temple at Delphi. Leaders from all the surrounding countries traveled there to have their prophecies channeled. It is said that at that time there were cracks in the ground in the sanctuary. Sulphurous volcanic vapors entered the shrine through the cracks and put the seers into a trance. Sulphur compounds were therefore used to make contact with the gods, especially Apollo, to whom this temple was dedicated. But it couldn’t simply have been sulphur dioxide. That is poisonous. It must have been special secretions that rose from the depths of the earth. The leading clairvoyant was called Pythia.

Oak bark baths are also recommended for tightening the skin and firming the tissue. It tightens the skin and removes impurities as well as skin diseases. These two simple home remedies used to be commonplace everywhere. Today they have quite wrongly gone out of fashion. They have a stimulating and invigorating effect without drying out the skin. If you buy such baths in the pharmacy, you must make sure that there are no chemical additives in them. There are such baths with frighteningly large amounts of painkillers in order to drive away the pain of rheumatics with high doses of painkillers from the outside. This is tantamount to renewed poisoning.

Essential oils

The stress of the big city and the omnipresent traffic dulls our senses more and more. There are so many pollutants in the air that it is quite natural for the majority of people to have a cold for half the year. We protect ourselves from pollutants and smog by stuffing up our noses. Even if our work or private life stinks in a figurative sense, our nose closes.

The sense of smell is associated with the 1st chakra and the earth. Our olfactory memory is a phenomenal device. If we pay attention and concentrate on the sense of smell, we will notice that our brain has registered every chemical substance we have ever smelled! Our memory knows very well whether the substance was in a good or bad context for us! If we close ourselves off and hardly smell properly, then we also limit our ability to live. This is part of the daily burden of civilization. For this reason, it is very important for our openness that we reactivate our sense of smell. This works very well with genuine, pure essential oils. If we no longer have the opportunity to smell fresh earth, clean snow or spring flowers, then we can at least bring some of the healing powers of nature into our homes through pure essential oils. Using essential oils in the home reopens our senses to these natural forces. Pure essential oils are very concentrated active plant substances. They can also be used internally, but should be dosed carefully as some have a corrosive effect. It is best to take 2-3 drops 3 times a day with a little sugar (see Valnet, aromatherapy). Please do not confuse pure essential oils with adulterated fragrance oils!

All of this adds up to a comprehensive range of possibilities for a healthy life in civilization: breathing, meditation, energy training, conscious nutrition, sufficient vitamins, cleansing cures and essential oils for our senses and health!

Brahm Atma Singh’s Ayurvedic Mata Mahani tea

Ayurveda does not mean copying Indian recipes, but rather applying the essence of Ayurvedic teachings to the needs of people in the respective culture. Of course, the three doshas must be taken into account. The energy and lifestyle of people in Western Europe are very different from people in India. Recipes for Ayurvedic teas must take this into account.

The recipes of my teacher Sri Sri Yandaranat contained up to 72 different plant products. At least half of these are unknown in Europe. Depending on the composition and combination, he was able to stimulate each person incredibly precisely in the desired way. A small leaf roll with a tablespoonful of extracts could fill you up for a day, another mixture gave you erotic pleasure, and the next gave you the heat to survive a cold winter’s night in the mountains without a blanket. That was his plant magic.

The aim of Ayurvedic teaching is to promote the good in people so that they do not lose their connection to the earth and yet rise a little higher through the stimulation we give them.

Ayurveda should not be oriented towards the western understanding of illness and health, even in its translations and representations, otherwise it loses its essence. It should open the mind to new impulses so that your development can continue to progress.

During my travels, I was able to develop a close friendship with Master Yogi Bhajan. His teachings of classical Kundalini Yoga and Tantra were the basis for gaining further healing knowledge from the Indian medicine man Phillip Deere and the wandering ascetic Sri Sri Yandaranat: “You must learn to see the essence of plants, the essence of nature. A master is not someone who has everything the earth has to offer, but a master is someone who can create whatever is needed from the little that is available! Healing is so easy when you have understood the essence of life. Sat nam.” Sri Sri Yandaranat

Ayurveda means “knowledge of life”. It is intended to keep people healthy, make them aware and promote their development. Ayurveda serves your relationship with the spiritual world. The Indian saints speak of Akshara, the mysterious vibration behind everything. This vibration contains all the information we need (see Rigveda).

In the beginning, the Ayurveda student will learn many details about health, disease and remedies. If he also practices his yoga conscientiously, he will later perceive the aura of his patient and intuitively recognize which herbal drugs or other preparations with their vibration fit into the faulty patterns of the patient in order to correct these faults. In everyday life, Ayurveda comes into its own in a balanced diet to prevent health problems.

Properly understood, Ayurvedic teas are harmonious foods and not remedies. They are intended to stimulate us in a suitable way so that we do not lose our balance in the first place.

Every person has a different constitution (Prakriti), which results from the relationship of the 3 Doshas in him. These 3 forces determine the nature of a person:

Dosha Vata: Mental agility, creativity, joy, generosity, nerve energy

Dosha Pitta: learning, ambition, concentration, motivation, enthusiasm, energy consumption

Dosha Kapha: stability, trust, contentment, tenderness, metabolism, energy absorption.

The balance of these 3 forces is different for each person. The aim of the Ayurvedic way of life is to ensure inner harmony. My Mata Mahani tea is blended according to Ayurvedic principles and fulfills the criteria that the ingredients of its blend are balanced and bring about an energy regulation in the person without one-sidedness. You can find the health benefits described in aromatherapy and medicinal plant books, e.g. in Valnet’s Aromatherapy!

Mata Mahani tea connects body and soul and has an invigorating, stimulating and balancing effect on our mind and the three doshas. It therefore promotes prakriti, your natural constitution, and can be drunk regularly by everyone, regardless of any imbalance in their doshas.

It can be drunk neat, not too hot, with lemon and honey depending on personal taste, chilled for hot days or with milk and honey. In winter, the mixture is very suitable for mulled wine. It is finely ground and very productive:

1 teaspoonful is enough for 6 cups of excellent tea!

Ingredients: rosemary, clove, ginger, cardamom, coriander, black pepper, cinnamon.

Information from Valnet, aromatherapy:

Rosemary: strengthens the heart, soothes coughs, strengthens the nerves, treats intestinal, biliary and liver complaints, migraines and gout.

Clove: antiseptic for intestinal infections, stomachic, antispasmodic, wound-healing, pain-relieving, strengthens the gums, against paradentosis.

Ginger: promotes healthy digestion, good against intestinal infections and weakness, invigorating, strengthening, antipyretic and against angina.

Cardamom: strengthens the stomach, aids digestion, stimulates the appetite, for fresh breath.

Coriander: against general weakness and digestive problems, soothes the stomach.

Black pepper: stimulating, invigorating, digestive, antiseptic.

Cinnamon: invigorates the heart and respiratory tract, strengthens the stomach, reduces flatulence, good for cramps and menstrual cramps, against intestinal infections, has a restorative effect on the stomach lining.

The cholesterol lie – Scientific confirmations 2012 – 2022

Finally!
I’ve been talking my head off about the cholesterol lie for years. For me, this has primarily been a gut feeling. And current research proves that I can rely on my intuition and my gut.
Now they have finally managed to produce a detailed report on WDR about the origins and consequences of the cholesterol lie!
(WDR Quarks & Kaspers, repeated on Eins-Festival on 4.11.12 Sun. 18.45)
As early as 1956, a US researcher conducted research into the link between high cholesterol and heart attacks. His scientific reports at the time are publicly available. He found no concrete connection! And yet he published his embellished research at the time as if there was a connection! This was eagerly taken up by doctors and the pharmaceutical industry and spread as fact – to this day! With billions in sales for useless and sometimes dangerous drugs.
According to the WDR report, “it has long been known and proven by numerous studies worldwide that there is no connection between cholesterol and fat in food and arteriosclerosis and heart attacks!”
So it has been known in professional circles for a long time, but almost all doctors continue to scare their patients with it and continually prescribe useless and dangerous drugs.
It has even been proven that our body practically decides for itself whether and how much cholesterol it builds up. It has also been proven that the fats contained in butter in particular strengthen our immune system. So my recommendation to eat butter without fear was absolutely right!
Furthermore, fat research has provided lasting proof that some of the health freaks who do a lot of sport and consciously live a healthy life are actually ill. Despite all their efforts to eat very healthy food, they have a fatty liver, and this really does cause cardiovascular problems. We do not yet know why this is the case. On the other hand, large-scale studies have shown that many fat people are perfectly healthy and only some of them have a fatty liver.
Let’s not forget that in most countries fat men and women are seen as strong and rich. In Asia, a big belly in older men is called a chi-belt, i.e. a power belt. Only here in a society corrupted by our western disease industry is fat = sick. This has now been clearly refuted by reputable researchers who are no longer providing the pharmaceutical industry and doctors with a template for ongoing exploitation!
The history of health with and without fat must therefore be completely rewritten. Everything we have been served up in the last 70 years has been a pack of lies. The report also did not fail to point out (as I have always done) that margarine is largely difficult to digest and has no health benefits, unlike butter. Butter contains many valuable substances, steroids, which are normally intended to ensure the growth of children, i.e. calves. The milk from which butter is made is, after all, baby cow food! These anabolic products also have a positive effect on our bodies.

It has also been researched and proven that the supposedly high-quality and particularly expensive vegetable oils from Italy and Spain in particular are often enough blended with inferior oils, while the cheap edible oils from sunflowers and rapeseed in discount stores are really pure and of high quality. If someone tries to buy “the best oil” for their health, for expensive money, then they fall for the advertising and run a high risk of getting adulterated oils that are not worth the money. If you know anything about kinesiology, you should test your oils and other foods conscientiously at home. Your body does not lie!

If the fear of cholesterol had a real core, the Eskimos, who primarily eat raw seal fat, would have died out after 3 years.
In my reports in recent years, I have also pointed out that fear of and lack of good fats, e.g. butter or sunflower oil, can lead to increased stress, cramps, etc. This has also been confirmed in detail. This was also confirmed in detail. People who have a deficiency of these fats can develop rheumatism more easily and their rheumatism is more painful than if they are well supplied with butter and oil! Every rheumatism sufferer should bear this in mind. Perhaps a good supply of these fats can even curb or prevent your rheumatism.
My old recommendation: Listen to your stomach! Eat what you feel like eating! Anyone who has been practising energy training, yoga etc. for years should be really good at sensing and satisfying their own needs.

The fat and cholesterol lie – promoter of anxiety and stress 2014

I would now like to explain a method of stress and fear that is used to subtly manipulate the masses in Western countries. After the Second World War, the US margarine companies bought two German professors. They published a series of “research results” according to which margarine was good and butter was harmful. It was not until 20 years later that one of the now retired professors published a retraction. Soon after, the cholesterol lie and the anti-fat campaign began. A commission of doctors simply lowered the natural cholesterol “normal value”. As a result, 20 – 30 % more people were ill. Really easy. And then it started that cholesterol makes the heart sick, etc. I never believed that nonsense. I like butter, and I also like eating other fats. It’s good for me. My blood values are completely normal.
If you want to know how well you are doing, have a doctor do a complete blood analysis with many enzyme values + a urinalysis, as a precaution, it costs nothing extra. The normal values are available today, anyone can understand that. Get a copy and see for yourself if any of the values are really off. If so, there may be a need for action. If not, don’t let any stories scare you! You can find more details on the Internet.

The pharmaceutical industry is turning the cholesterol screw!

On 12.10.18 we received a message from a reader. He has had regular blood tests since 2006 and has kept the laboratory reports. He has now noticed that there has been a change in the standard values for LDL cholesterol, i.e. the specification up to how many mg/dl a person should still be healthy, or from when he is classified as ill and should receive the dangerous fat-lowering medication.

The normal range for LDL cholesterol in the laboratory report dated 31.10.2006 and up to 06.05.2013 was <150mg/dl. Standard range for LDL cholesterol from 2014 only <115mg/dl.

According to the doctor, the standard ranges were changed by EU regulations. Now that more and more confirmations are being published that cholesterol is not harmful and that it does not depend on the amount of fat you eat, attempts are being made to frighten people by lowering the “standard value” again, and doctors are implementing this uncritically.

This value was radically reduced for the first time in around 1974, to around half of the “good value” that had existed until then. Unfortunately, I no longer have any documents, but I still remember the corresponding newspaper reports very well.

My own cholesterol values have been measured regularly since 1996. They are good and stable, precisely because I like to eat a lot of butter, fats and cooking oil!

I have just received a message from a reader. In her blood test from 1991, the standard value for cholesterol was still given as 140 – 240 mg/dl. In 1996, this value was already reduced to 200 mg/dl and thousands of people were declared ill as a result. Between 1996 and 2018, my values were between 191 and 170 mg/dl in 9 measurements over 22 years, so according to the table they were “healthy”, and the values even tend to decrease with age! My “diet” consists of eating butter and cooking oil every day.
As reported in Newsletter No. 8/2018, the medically defined limit was then only 150 mg/dl until 2013 and was lowered to a maximum of 115 mg/dl in 2014.

The 2002 endurance test

In 2002 a team from the BBC went to the Czech Republic, TV people, a doctor, a guinea pig. The test subject had to eat roast duck or goose three times a day. They are available there all year round. The man ate as much fatty roast meat with thick sauces as he wanted and could. After a week, his cholesterol levels had dropped significantly and he had lost 2 kg! All right?
Please understand me: I’m not trying to persuade you to eat fat roast duck or goose every day, it’s about the test and the effect! The BBC experiment disproves the official horror picture show. Better not ask a doctor or pharmacist!

Where are the connections?

The scientist Hans Selye defined the processes involved in stress. My son Tobias compiled these research results during his studies.

Please also readthe article Stress, psychosomatics and cholesterol” by Tobias Alke, 2014

The facts show, among other things, that constant stress (e.g. fear of the end of the world in 2012, or that everything will dry up, etc.) etc. leads to a variety of psychosomatic disorders, weight gain, anxiety, frustration, etc. An important antagonist is cholesterol. When many people are careful not to eat fat, they increase the stress factors even more. This signals to the body that it is no longer getting the fat it needs to produce the steroids it needs to fight stress.
Put simply, refusing to eat fat increases social stress, the feeling of not being able to defend oneself, of not having the right reserves. Such a broadly orchestrated food policy can therefore keep the population in a state of constant stress, which is kept going by many other fear-inducing factors. This drives people to many nonsensical actions, such as frustration buying, general insecurity, etc. And, of course, it drives them to the doctors in droves because of the many psychosomatic disorders. The rouble, or rather the euro these days, is rolling. Incidentally, this pathological nutritional policy is poison for the quality of life, for performance and an immense loss for companies, whose staff are sick much more often or work less well than they could. For individuals and families, this propaganda leads to a more irritable climate, more social disturbances, tensions, daily petty warfare between all against all, instead of joie de vivre in togetherness.

Consequence: I think that if the German population were to eat more fat again, we could reduce the general stress and increase joie de vivre. And it is certainly no coincidence that the Ukraine crisis has also cut us off from the very inexpensive and pure Russian sunflower oil! Zero-fat products and the fear of fat reduce the quality of life. Relax, unwind and then eat what is good for you!

I won’t prescribe a diet for you. Ask your stomach what it would like! Free yourself from rules.
If you know anything about kinesiology, you can test my words immediately. Then you can also quickly test which foods are good for you and which are not. Let’s leave it at that. If you get bored because your meditations are no longer what they used to be, then you might be thrown back to the normal everyday tasks of going about your work, earning money and surviving. Is that so bad? If this life here is important to you, then please do everything that needs to be done with calm and concentration, and above all with a certain willingness and joy! People often resist their everyday tasks enough to stage difficulties because they feel stronger in the fear of making a living than in the peace of a secure lifestyle. This does not have to be the case. It’s better to start well now!
And if you get bored with Hatha Yoga or Reiki, you should try the energy training I developed on the basis of Kundalini Yoga! It releases so much power that you can really look for new tasks, and all your previous methods can be used on a higher level! It will complement each other in a positive way, and it will keep going. Just do it!

And another old trick of the pharmaceutical industry! For 50 years men have been told by their doctors that they are now “reaching the critical age” when they should get prostate cancer. This manifests itself in “problems urinating”. This is a subtle trick. Our bladder in particular reacts very sensitively to any threat. If someone or something threatens us, we hold back urine so that we can fight or flee. And if the threat is really bad, we “wet our pants in fear” and relieve ourselves so that we can run away more quickly.
The psychological task of self-observation when urinating can therefore easily lead to a stagnation and if someone is not feeling so well psychologically, for whatever reason, this can eventually lead to problems urinating, and when a man then goes to the doctor, it’s “Look, I told you so”. And then it’s often not a blood and urine test (enzyme levels, PSA) that follows, but an examination with a probe and a tissue sample. And if you drill a hole in the prostate, it can become really seriously diseased.
The prostate is a miniaturized uterus that enlarges with age as male hormones decrease and female hormones increase. This is completely normal. Older men are then less aggressive and more sensitive.
So much for today: prostate cancer causes stagnation and problems with urination. But from today everything is different! Just now I saw an advertisement for a prostate medication on the news for the first time because, get this, “frequent urination” is now a sure sign of prostate disease.
So what now? Pressure and not being able to do more or a nervous bladder? Men, don’t be intimidated! Always remember that your psyche is very sensitive and reacts quickly to any kind of psychological pressure and that this pressure is often quickly passed on to the bladder, sometimes like this, sometimes like that.

The best and safest remedy against prostate diseases is a good relationship with a woman and regular sex, even at an advanced age. If a man feels accepted and receives positive feedback from a woman, then all is right with the world. It is the same with abdominal diseases in women; a healthy sexual relationship is the best prerequisite for preventing these diseases from occurring in the first place.

Salt

Salt in food gives us a certain tautness, and the widely propagated low-salt diet is clearly harmful for a healthy person. A lack of salt in the diet reduces the hydrochloric acid in the stomach and increases the risk of infection. It is important to drink plenty of fluids to cleanse the body. But if you go almost completely without salt, you will not be able to retain the water you need in your body.

It is precisely in the small, everyday needs that we should develop a private routine for what we really tolerate well. What is good for one person may not be suitable for another. If you sit at a desk a lot, you should prefer light food! Our body knows very well what it needs and tolerates!

As soon as our senses calm down, they function better again. We achieve this inner calm through energy training, autogenic training and meditation. When we smell a food very attentively in peace, our inner voice tells us whether we should eat it or not and how much we need!

Fluoride salts in food are not absorbed by the body. They damage the stomach and intestinal flora. They do not benefit our teeth, but only the disease industry!

Pulses
Another one of my favorite topics was mentioned in a TV health show this week: If you want to live a vegetarian lifestyle, you should make sure you get enough vegetable protein on a regular basis. The best way to get this is from pulses, i.e. peas, beans and lentils. If you don’t eat them because they can cause flatulence, you are only harming yourself. If you exercise regularly or do energy training, you can eat pulses without getting flatulence. But when I regularly see lean, anemic people among our visitors who are vegetarians or vegans, who try to do everything right but look pale right down to their aura, then I know that I’m looking at someone who lacks good protein.
All ancient peoples had their vegetable combinations, which were simple and suited them, and there were always some pulses involved. Egypt – lentils and chickpeas, Middle East – chickpeas and beans, India – beans, Asia – soy and mung beans, Indians – kidney beans etc. Well then, bon appétit!

How to recognize the causes of illness and solve the problem

There are different views on why someone becomes ill and what can be done about it. We believe that ultimately all illnesses and problems have spiritual, psychological or emotional causes. By conscientiously answering the following questions, you can correctly classify and correct any problem or illness.

Self-knowledge is the first and most important step on the path to healing and problem solving!

  1. You need the honest willingness to recognize the cause, otherwise no type of treatment will lead to success! Learn to master the principle of recognition! Do not pay attention to superficial causes such as “heredity” or “infection”.
  2. Put the problem or illness into clear words. The formulation is usually the key to the answer: My feet hurt when I walk! Question: Why or where does the person concerned not want to walk? What are they afraid of?
  3. Transfer the symptoms of the disease to the spiritual level. Consider the ambiguity of many illnesses: He’s fed up! From a cold, or because his work stinks, or perhaps his wife? His eyes are getting worse! Question: What does the person concerned not want to see? What is he or she overloaded with?
  4. When did the symptoms first occur? The exact time is important! What important changes occurred at that time? E.g. change of job, marriage, death of a relative, birth of a child, etc.
  5. What does the illness prevent you from doing? What can you not do because of it? What should or do you not want to continue doing? What one-sidedness or disturbing characteristic would you have to get rid of in order to get well?
  6. Mentally enter into the idea that the problem is solved and you are completely healthy again! How do you feel? What does it do for you? Do you really want to eliminate the problem or are you still benefiting from the disabilities?
  7. Once everything has been clarified, please concentrate fully on solving the problem and you will surely overcome it! If it doesn’t work, you have made mistakes in your analysis. In such a case, you should perhaps seek advice. The preliminary work you do with this questionnaire will certainly help a great deal in clarifying your issue!

Affirmation: From now on and for all time, I am filled with strength and security!

Expert opinion on the tax deductibility of seminar fees

The Kyborg Institute and similar training courses offer professional and personal qualifications: seminars, courses, lectures, training courses, individual training, consultations, therapy, specialist literature and training CDs. For this reason, our seminars are tax-deductible.

In the past few years we have been too busy with other tasks, so that we have not had time for seminars. But now it is foreseeable that we will be able to do so again, so here is some tax information on the tax deductibility of seminar fees. This is not legal advice, as the §§ could change!

Deductibility of seminar fees:

  1. a) As business expenses if participation in the seminar was arranged by your company (§4 para. 4 EStG = general clause). The seminar must therefore have an actual or economic connection with your work in the company. It is up to the entrepreneur to determine the business reason for the seminar. Any entrepreneur or self-employed person can therefore attend a seminar with or without employees and deduct the costs in full, including accommodation and meals. A letter from your boss asking you to attend a suitable seminar so that you can better fulfill your position can therefore serve as proof to the tax office. It is also possible to deduct this as an anticipated business expense if you acquire new vocational training and actually carry out the desired activity after completing the training. This requires you to declare your training costs and your income in your annual income tax return if you are self-employed, e.g. as a seminar leader. In the case of commercial activities, e.g. the distribution of books and CDs, you must register with the trade office. The diploma and diploma thesis as a seminar leader is proof of complete training. All subsequent seminars can therefore also be deducted as work-related costs.
  2. b) Income-related expenses can be claimed if the seminar is important for acquiring, securing and maintaining your professional income (§9 EStG = general clause). These income-related expenses are training costs and the situation is always given if the taxpayer incurs these expenses in order to deepen or refresh his knowledge and skills in his profession. If the seminar serves to improve your dealings with customers as a customer service representative, for example, or to prepare you for promotion to head of department, then this is clearly the case. The same applies if, for example, you are an older employee trying to maintain your position by using our seminars to cope better with stress and secure your livelihood. If this involves a change of occupation, this constitutes income-related expenses in accordance with A 103 para. 1 sentence 5 EStG. The tax authorities have spoken out in favor of a broad interpretation of the term “further training” and consider it necessary to encourage employees to strive to improve their professional performance through further training for tax purposes (BStB1.1963, III.298). Further training costs can also be incurred before taking up a new job if the connection is clear (A22 para.6, p.6 LStR).
  3. c) Special expenses: Expenses for vocational training and for further training in a profession that is not practiced are still deductible as special expenses in the amount of approx. 1200,-€/year. Vocational training is always given if it is objectively recognizable that a profession can be exercised later on the basis of the seminar, e.g. if you are trained as a “seminar leader for AT and PK” and later work as an employee in geriatric care. However, if you become self-employed, situation a) applies.
  1. Kyborg Counseling: One day of counseling, situation analysis, training and therapy with individual support is enough to fundamentally change your life! In just a few hours of concentrated work, years of your life will be worked through! It will be a full day in which you will clear the air of all ambiguities! Become aware of problems, clarify causes, use reserves, recognize opportunities, redefine goals, live and act successfully.

Few plan to fail, but many fail to plan! Success is not an accident, it is the result of a certain mindset! Similarly, difficulties are not misfortune, but the result of old, often long-standing, negative programming or the result of inadequate planning and foresight.

With the analytical methods I have developed, it is possible to achieve significant results in a very short time. On the basis of a holistic view of things and with an unerring sense of reality and fiction that I have developed with the help of Asian training methods, amazing successes are possible. The only thing you need to bring with you is the willingness to create clarity in your life now! And this pays off everywhere, at work, financially and privately.

What is the situation at your workplace? How are the conditions in your company? How well is your relationship working? How is your health and performance? How is your self-confidence? What needs to change and by what methods? Who can you really rely on in your environment? What outdated ideas do you need to let go of? What should your future look like?

If you want to have these and other crucial questions answered because you are perhaps planning a personal or professional change or if you want to overcome any difficulties, then come to a counseling session! So that you really know where you stand with yourself! Time required for an individual counseling session 1-2 hours, a counseling day with 4 to 5 hours. A regression to work through your whole life with all the essential motives takes 5 days. Appointments by arrangement.

Seminars: From time to time we organize one-day, inexpensive introductory seminars on the following topics:

  1. Autogenic training, breathing and concentration techniques
  2. Energy training
  3. Numerology Number magic, symbolism and tarot\
  4. Plasma massage
  5. Chakra healing,
  6. Channeling with Horus,
  7. About how the energy pyramids work

Human energy radiation 2008

Over the past 20 years, Dr. Kiontke and various other scientists have discovered that we humans emit more energy than we absorb through our food. This excess energy must come from somewhere. We radiate heat for approx. 7500 kcal, but only eat for approx. 2500 kcal daily. And we also keep our life processes going. Where does the rest come from?

And let us note that, according to the latest research, our planet Earth also radiates more heat than comes to us from the sun every day! It is again the hermetic law “as in the great, so in the small!”

Dr. Kiontke says that we absorb the excess energy as radiation, i.e. directly from cosmic radiation, which comes primarily from the sun. I don’t know whether this is true. It is still unclear how the biochemical molecules of DNA, RNA and other building blocks in our cells create their own magnetic fields and where they get the energy to emit mitotic radiation each time they divide. Since cell division is continuous, we are constantly emitting energy!

I think perhaps the radiation that passes through us plays a role, Kiontke may be right about that, but primarily we probably also generate energy through breathing, and in a different way than scientists still think today.

We breathe in prana, which is still not recognized by science today, and when we use the energy pyramids, we radiate much more than other people. Our aura expands.

In pendulum experiments, we have repeatedly been able to prove that the auras of 10 people who regularly do energy training have a radius of 3 m or more. Normal people usually have an aura of 40 cm, sick people even less, people in love much more. They radiate just like yogis because they have great energy.

After this report on the energy research of Dr. Kiontke and colleagues, I feel reinforced that our energy pyramids create a subtle energy field in which it is easier for us to “digest” and use prana and the environmental radiation, and therein lies their success.

On the other hand, this report on environmental radiation suggests that we are very well able to adapt to changes in environmental radiation. The fluctuations in environmental radiation, especially those caused by sunspots, are already severe and influence our growth, nutrition, reproduction, etc.

So we will also be able to digest the radiation we generate from mobile phones, electrical appliances, satellites etc. We will adapt whether we like it or not. We will adapt whether we want to or not. The fear of this radiation should therefore be reduced. We should rather look to protective mechanisms such as the energy pyramids!

Unfortunately, the Süddeutsche Zeitung deleted this report after a week. It was probably too progressive.

In the past, I have repeatedly reported in my seminars that the sunspots have a 9.6 J cycle, this is how it was researched 50 years ago, today we may know it more precisely, and perhaps the cycles are not so precise. Scientists like to have exact data, but nature is alive, it is not “exact” in its complexity, it is constantly changing and thus creates its own diversity.

In the sixties, many scientists talked about different cycles, 7 years, 9.4 / 9.6 / 9.7 / 9.8, 11.2 years, and so on. Presumably their measurements were inaccurate and too few. Today we have satellites up there and the data that is now being communicated is in favor of an 11-year cycle, but it is not accurate. This could argue for a cycle of 7 + 3½ = 10.5.

The sunspots provide this mass of radiation, which we apparently absorb in large quantities, and which at least constantly influences us. Horus once said that “we are all controlled by the mother radiation of the sun”, and that particularly strong impulses come upon us approximately every 144 years. And the energy pyramids help us to optimize this energy absorption, while primitive radiation such as our electrosmog hinders the absorption.

In one respect, Dr. Kiontke’s reports are definitely wrong and far too superficial. It is correct when he says that in the band from 0 – 100 hz there are many vibrations that are bad for us, that disturb or harm us, but this must be very finely differentiated, and it changes depending on our constitution. I once tested this out with a good friend, naturopath and dowser.

For me as a yogi, vibrations of 10-12 Hz, which are good for others, were already far too annoying and exhausting. They upset me. Magnetic fields of 1-3 Hz had an invigorating effect on me. Above 5 Hz it became exhausting, but 12 Hz was briefly refreshing, then annoying, 17 Hz was good, 21 Hz was good, everything in between was exhausting, and so it went on until 50 Hz (our 220 V power grid) – that’s not good for us, but not so bad if you’re healthy. 55 Hz was really bad and 60 Hz would be much better for us! So you have to differentiate very finely. But nobody is going to change the whole technology these days to switch our alternating current from 50 to 60 Hz.

Fluctuations in the energy field of the Horus energy pyramids 2006 and 2021

In some years we receive calls from individual users who have noticed changes in their energy pyramids. The “energy felt different”, or “I can’t feel anything anymore!” These are 2 different problems. In fact, it can happen that we adapt to the force fields of our energy pyramid so much that we hardly feel anything. This is the same effect as with an alarm clock. When the alarm clock (the noise) is new, we pay attention to it and it may disturb us. When we get used to it, we tune it out. It is seemingly gone.

When this happens to the energy of our pyramid, we can easily restore our perception with a few small exercises. Stand next to your pyramid, hold both hands over it to the right and left of the top, and then start breathing rhythmically. Breathe out deeply, stop briefly, then breathe in deeply, stop again a little, and so on. The deep breath, alternating with short pauses, sharpens our concentration and perception. We become more sensitive.

If you then hold your hands a little higher and lower in light, slow, rocking movements, i.e. if you change the distance between your hands and the pyramid slightly several times, then the feeling for the energy is immediately there again and you may feel the energy field more strongly than ever before.

The other effect reported to us is of course also true. If we pay attention, we will notice that the energy of our pyramid does not always feel the same. The Horus energy pyramids work with the magnetic field of the earth, and we all have our own body’s force field. Depending on how we are feeling, our force field changes, so we will perceive the energy of our pyramids slightly differently on some days.

In addition, the earth’s magnetic field is also constantly changing. This can happen during a major thunderstorm. But this year in summer there were also shifts in the earth’s magnetic field. So the observations of some users were correct.

It was particularly clear to us when we were in the south of France in our large pyramid complex. The 7 different sizes of energy pyramids reacted differently almost every day. Sometimes some were particularly strong and others could hardly be felt, the next day another one was much stronger where we had felt little the day before. I had the feeling that this 156-metre-long installation functioned like a giant musical instrument, like a harp played by the magnetic field vibrations of the cosmic Horus falcon. Yet what we consciously perceive is only a tiny part of a great cosmic play.

This brings us to the end of our Newsletter 28 in August 2022. We wish you all a good time, good health and much success, as well as love and light on all your paths, joy in your hearts and God’s blessing!
