Sensitivity, shielding from disruptive influences and the private little temple
If you study the messages in our books and newsletters carefully, and perhaps also practise yoga or energy training, then your sensitive abilities will increase. You will develop a fine sense for the energy that is in things. You will feel it, sense what is good for you or not. We can feel the intentions that someone puts into a gift, whether it is neutral, really just an attention, influencing, or whatever. If you set up a private little temple for yourself and make sure that this place is set up entirely according to your own feelings and only in a positive sense, then you will always experience empowerment in this place and be inaccessible to negative thoughts from others. Every energy pyramid creates a “liberated zone” of pure energy around itself. These are magical instruments. They are small temples. If, for example, you climb into a C-model with a height of 180 cm, you are no longer completely in this world, but “removed from the world”. Dark thought forces from others only penetrate us as long as we still have a resonance with them. Free yourself from the old resonance through new thought patterns. By applying these principles, you will become a new person. If you should ever feel somehow bothered, there are still a few ways to avoid such temporary disturbances. Every spiritual contact also has something to do with your own energy state. If your vibration changes, someone else can no longer access it so easily. There are many simple ways to change your own vibration:
As long as we have food in our stomachs, we are not really mentally responsive.
When we drink alcohol, our vibration changes immediately.
When someone takes us in their arms and comforts us, we are safe in their aura.
When we have sex, we are not available until a few hours after the orgasm. There is a superimposition of the aura of the 2 people.
If we have a necklace as a talisman, charge it in our temple or in an energy pyramid and only put it on when we want to shield ourselves, it works very well.
The Horus energy pyramid protection amulet (since 2012) is particularly good protection.
Do a few minutes of fire breathing from energy training. This helps immediately.
Go to a completely unfamiliar place, fresh air, a walk in the forest, a few kilometers away from home.
From energy training: Press with both thumbs on the right and left side of the head on the temples (pump, press rhythmically). It should be unpleasant, but not painful. This triggers stimuli to the brain stem that suppress the foreign impulses. Our instincts are activated. “The animal in us” knows how to protect itself very well. The person who has such problems is the cultivated, trained intellectual, not the natural person.
We can use consecrated water to draw the symbol of man on every windowsill and door. In this way, we seal the openings of our home against spirits and negative forces of all kinds. The symbol of man is the 5-pointed star, incorrectly referred to as the devil’s star. What is meant is the drawing of a 5-pointed star, superimposed with the figure of a person standing in it, legs slightly apart and arms outstretched to either side. A drawing by Leonardo da Vinci. You have to draw the symbol in one stroke, starting from the top center to the bottom left. From the bottom left to the center right, horizontally to the center left, from there to the bottom right and from there back to the seat at the top. It must be drawn in one continuous line and then close at the top coming from the bottom right. No gaps! Consecrated water: Place a small glass bowl with water and a pinch of salt in full sun for 2-3 hours on a sunny day, perhaps you can put a rock crystal in it and/or add a few drops of an essential oil. It is best to place the bowl outside on the windowsill so that the water can also catch the UV light. It is particularly good if you do this before a full moon. Then you can capture the sun’s energy during the day, preferably from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, and the full moonlight the following night.
If you ever feel massively bothered, for whatever reason, draw a circle on the floor with the consecrated water and sit in it. Make sure that the circle is closed. It works immediately.
Depending on your needs and interests, place gemstones that you have charged in an energy pyramid in a circle around your bed or around your private temple, or climb into your energy pyramid C and larger. Minimum 4 stones, preferably one stone Ø 25 – 30 mm every 20 cm.
Each runic sign holds great power. Please refer to the table in my numerology book for the type of power. Runes are particularly suitable for Germans (Germanic peoples, northern peoples). There is a lot of nonsense about runes. It is best to use my table in the numerology book.
If you feel more drawn to another tradition, use the sacred names of the other gods. The stronger and more conscious you become, the less such influences play a role.
Yogi Bhajan, master of Kundalini Yoga and White Tantra, has said: “Sometimes we try to run the lives of others out of our feelings. Wherever there is love or devotion for someone, you should strengthen that person so that he can lead his own life. If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to know something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it! You are what you relate to: If you relate to infinity, then you are infinite! But if you limit yourself, then you are limited!” When someone wanted a mantra against all the turmoil of this time, Yogi Bhajan said: “Keep up!” Keep yourself upright! Remain steadfast! Keep your chin up!

I would like to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your heart newsletters with the channelings from Horus. I always enjoy reading them several times, especially when the outside world is going crazy. Reading your messages is an immersion into the divine truth. I was just about ready to get vaccinated due to brainwashing from friends and the “environment”. – No, I don’t want that.
The pyramid shields me as far as possible from negative external influences … and the falcons also live in my neighborhood on the high banks of the Elbe. Sometimes a falcon has landed right next to me on a low tree and recently it flew directly low above me when I went shopping in the residential area. Dear Ilse, thank you very much for your email! We are always happy to receive confirmation. And your encounters with the falcons also show that you are on the right track. As far as the vaccination stories are concerned, we now see things differently, in a more differentiated way. The vaccinations from Biontec with mRNA are harmless and our body can neutralize the substance in a short time, so basically they are completely useless. That’s why you have to be vaccinated a second time, and the body will neutralize it after 2 months at the latest. But you get your vaccination certificate and you reassure the authorities and neurotic relatives. You just have to insist to the doctor that you only want Biontec. If you decide to get vaccinated, you will make all your friends and relatives happy. The insiders all know that the vaccinations are useless, it’s all about the money. If you still have a B model in the house, any disruption caused by the vaccination should be overcome very quickly, as Horus assured me 25 years ago. Model B protects us on the astral plane! You just shouldn’t be vaccinated with the other brands because they contain protein residues = harmful substances and should not have been approved. One of the vaccines is no longer approved. You want to give your relatives an energy pyramid as a gift, but they don’t want it. You shouldn’t push the family. They have to want it themselves. And if this is not the case, gross mistakes are often made when setting up the pyramid and bad energy arises. Horus once said that when an energy pyramid is set up, at least one person must be there to look after it and take responsibility, otherwise there will be disruptions later on. Best regards Harald

Covid 19 – Vaccinations with mRNA vaccines
Over the last few months, we have been asked again and again how these vaccinations work, how risky they are, etc. We managed to speak to a research scientist and here is a factually correct and understandable report. The bottom line in my words: these vaccinations are not dangerous, rather short-lived and useless. Our body can, as already channeled by Horus, quickly break down these substances. It is a gigantic money grab and scaremongering. Damage is only caused if waste products from the manufacturing process remain in the injected sample, which is not the case with Biontec. See above in my comments.
Fundamentals of the function of mRNA in our cells
In the nuclei of our cells, DNA serves as a memory. All information is stored within the DNA, so in principle the DNA is a kind of archive of the cell. Part of the DNA is needed as a blueprint for cell products (= proteins). If a certain product is needed, the part of the DNA on which the information for this product is stored is copied and transported from the cell nucleus to the “factories” of the cells. This copy is called messenger RNA (mRNA). Our cells can use this blueprint to build the required product. Compared to highly stable DNA, mRNA, or RNA in general, is a very fragile, short-lived molecule that is quickly broken down by our body. For vaccinations it is important to mention that our body can synthesize RNA from DNA (via the so-called RNA polymerase), but on the other hand it is not possible to synthesize DNA again from RNA, as our body does not have the necessary enzymes for this. Integration of the vaccination into our DNA is therefore impossible, just as coronaviruses cannot integrate into our genome.
Corona virus in general
Viruses essentially consist of nothing more than a viral envelope with certain structures on its surface and the genetic information packaged in the viral envelope. A striking surface structure of coronaviruses is the so-called spike protein. This serves as a “door opener” to gain access to our cells. Our cells do not readily take up the viruses; rather, you could say that our cells “confuse” the viruses with other substances in our body that are similar in the structure of the spike protein, so in principle a virus is a kind of Trojan horse. If a coronavirus gains access, it injects the genetic information into our cells, where it in turn serves as a blueprint for further coronaviruses.
Vaccination with mRNA technology
The approved vaccines from Biontec and Moderna utilize the principle of the effect of mRNA in our body. The administered vaccine essentially consists of mRNA, which is packaged in lipid droplets (lipids = fats). When injected into the muscle, our cells take up the lipid droplets and the mRNA is released within the cells. This mRNA blueprint exclusively contains information for the coronavirus spike protein, which is assembled into finished products by our “cell factories”. As these products are also perceived by our cells as foreign bodies, the cell reacts by transporting these proteins to its cell surface. There they are “presented” to the immune system, which is then able to form highly specific antibodies after some time (~2-3 weeks). A major difference between vaccination and infection is that vaccination does not lead to replication. Infection with a virus always leads to replication of viruses in the body, whereas vaccinations are not able to do this.
Differentiation between mRNA technology and “classic” dead vaccines
Inactivated vaccines are inactivated coronaviruses that are administered directly. Our immune system recognizes the structures on the surface of the individual viruses and forms antibodies against them. In contrast, vaccination with Biontec/Moderna only replicates the spike protein and presents it to the immune system. This results in the following advantages. The spike protein is the reason why coronaviruses can infect us. Focusing on just this one structure of the virus during vaccination allows our body to produce significantly more specific, highly effective antibodies. With inactivated vaccines, however, antibodies are formed against all possible structures on the surface of the virus. Due to evolution, the surface of the virus is constantly changing, making our already formed antibodies less effective. However, changes in the important spike protein almost always lead to weaker binding of the coronavirus to our cells, which is why we can speak of a relatively constant region for the spike protein. Antibodies that recognize these structures therefore remain effective even if all other structures change. Nevertheless, there are also a few so-called escape mutations, which culminate in the emergence of new variants (“alpha; delta”). However, studies have shown that the Biontech and Moderna vaccines are also highly effective against these variants, albeit somewhat less effective than against the original variant. Less effective means that mild symptoms may occur in the event of infection. The vaccines continue to provide very reliable protection against death and severe cases. Horus predictions for severe weather disasters and man-made virus epidemics in 2008

The end of “natural science” – the creation of a new world – thought processes
Over the last few weeks, I have had several opportunities to watch “scientists” in their “research process” or opinion-forming. This is also known as brainstorming. All the people involved thought about how a certain process could be explained and how one might be able to measure something. Of course, I’ve taken part in such meetings before and I thought it was okay. I took part. But this time it was completely different. For one thing, I had no say in these circles and for another, because of my reading of “Yogavasistha”, I was more than ever just an astral observer and not a participant. What these scientists were doing was not really “researching” a phenomenon, thinking about how to measure it and “make it visible”. With the special perception I had in those moments, it looked completely different.
The whole existing world is really (truly) a “thought of God”, a thought construction, as the old masters have been describing and reporting for thousands of years. Obviously, “beings” who are incarnated here today as humans have been shaping the cosmic energy currents according to their ideas (preconceptions) for eons, and it has taken eons for such small, fine, fragile constructs as the living beings here on earth to emerge from the cosmic currents. So you see, everything that exists here was created from the thoughts of cosmic beings! This is certainly nothing new. It has been reported often enough. But these words are necessary to make my current observation of these scientists visible. So this material world exists in the way that others or we ourselves in other incarnations have thought of it long before. This “carpet of the Norns” (Germanic mythology) is woven by us and thus forms the phenomena of samsara (material world).
During their brainstorming session, these scientists thought they were discussing a new aspect, a “secret of nature”, and they were thinking about how they could get to it with their measuring instruments in order to measure it and “prove” it in their usual way. However, in my perception stimulated by the texts of Yogavasistha, I could energetically perceive the energy flows, the auras of these men, the consequences of their statements, the changes in their brains. What they were discussing did not even exist on a spiritual level! It wasn’t nebulous because they didn’t understand it yet, it didn’t even exist yet! Consequently, there can be no devices that measure something that does not yet exist. Nevertheless, the meeting of these men was constructive in their sense. Something was tentatively emerging. I would say that they have no idea about mental training or mental concentration, otherwise it would go faster. They really believe in their way of thinking, and you can see it that way. But it has nothing to do with the overarching, cosmic reality! So, these “scientists” were in the process of “inventing”, “developing”, or to be more precise, “creating” something new, which they thought must exist, through the nature of their ideas, their thoughts! At that moment it became clear to me how much this material world is an illusion. It became clear that this supposed natural science only creates its own imaginary worlds and the associated devices in order to prove with these material products that there are supposedly natural laws behind them. None of this is true! Absolutely nothing!
The laws formulated by natural science are only valid as long as enough people believe in them, who have been persuaded that this is the case and who therefore maintain this mental construct through their inner conviction. In reality, it could be completely different, and it certainly was different in the past. In this respect, natural science cannot make any binding statements about events in eras long past. It can only do so from its own perspective, and this was only invented perhaps 200 years ago by Newton (new-ton, a new tone, sound), among others. It was later reinforced by Einstein. Perhaps Einstein was the reincarnation of Peter (which also means “stone”). Just as Peter and his associates nailed up the liberal spirit that still breathes from the sayings of Jesus, right up to the Inquisition and the crucifixion and colonial campaigns, Einstein nailed up the path to the quantum worlds of the universe. This world is real. But it is not real in the sense that it would actually correspond to the laws of natural scientists, but it is merely an entity created by large amounts of mental energy that appears to us in the form we persistently imagine it to be. So, only to the extent that we participate in it does this world have real meaning for us.
And when one of us begins to observe this world with different, high-quality thoughts, the realities shift. He gets other perceptions, he recognizes other aspects of this cosmic energy bubble in which we find ourselves and of which we are very much a part – at least spiritually. Scientists have therefore not only created the devices with which they determine, prove and research these laws of nature, but they have also created the conditions so that the devices they invent afterwards respond and show something, which is then sold to other, less educated people as “truth” or wisdom.
After these events of the past weeks, I am even more certain than ever that under these conditions in the Middle Ages or even earlier, completely different phenomena were valid, events occurred or phenomena took place that functioned differently than is usual today (usual = what everyone has practiced together long enough, namely a certain opinion or idea). The use of measuring devices therefore has no significance at all in the spiritual view of the universe, because they are merely devices to fool the followers of the scientist sect into believing that what we do and achieve with other methods also has a place in the universe. We live today in a world largely dominated by scientists. We can see the results of this way of thinking in the increasing destruction of the world. But this means nothing more than that scientists are reaching certain limits with their methods. They are trying to expand certain lines of thought, which lead to tensions, to disturbances that destroy parts of nature. Think for yourself about what is going wrong today, even though we have more energy and resources at our disposal than ever before! The aim of natural scientists is to break everything down into ever smaller parts, to “explore” them and supposedly learn to understand the universe from these individual parts. What happens when I break a house down into its smallest components? Dust, dirt. What happens when I break down an animal into its smallest components? Some water, some mineral ash, some gas. Whenever I break something big down into smaller and smaller units, it becomes increasingly useless.
Only the successful combination of countless different individual parts (atoms, molecules, crystals, minerals) can lead to a living being, a house or a planet. It is completely normal that a mindset that is incapable of grasping the big picture breaks everything down, and that in the course of the destruction into meaningless parts, the society that uses this method also disintegrates, that the region controlled by this society and the nature living in it (Western Europe) suffers increasing environmental destruction. As on a small scale, in the laboratory, so on a large scale, in our environment. You can’t draw a bow at will, at some point it will break. Of course, I can imagine making a bow out of very elastic material that doesn’t break. No problem! But then the bow no longer fulfills its purpose. The tension for the arrow does not build up to a maximum limit, but the bow stretches further and further and you can no longer shoot the intended arrow. And if you avoid the point where the bow is overstretched, the super-elastic bow has less tension than a stiffer bow. You understand? That is precisely the problem with natural science. You have overstretched the arch in some places and now it breaks. If you make it more elastic, it will fail. So there’s no getting around the fact that you have to come up with something new.
The problems we are currently experiencing are, as always in these transitional phases, based on the fact that the masters of the old methods, the “high priests” of the respective technology, do not want to give up their power to new people. They hold the power over other people, over the respective cultural epoch, in their hands, and they would rather perish with it than let go of this power. We can now see this in practice in our ailing social security system and in our misguided understanding of what illness supposedly is. The scientists I have been able to observe are in the process of creating new phenomena and suitable devices on the platform they have created for themselves. It remains to be seen whether they will succeed in reshaping the already existing thought construction expressed in this material world according to their ideas and adapting it to their wishes. Whether the people who live in this world or even this world itself, our planet Earth, in this cosmic world, whether they can adapt all this is more than questionable with their methods. Consequently, something will break, people, nature, the laws, the inventors and their system. The more a system, a way of thinking is exhausted, the greater the effort required to develop something further, and efficiency plummets. You can hear that in the way these white coat priests speak.
Normal thinkers often no longer understand what it is all about, and so science in each individual faculty becomes a sect that fights among itself, as the Christian sects did in the Middle Ages and to some extent still do today. So if the old masters, who stood above these things, are right that this world is a thought of God and always appears in the form in which we all imagine it together, then each of us also has an influence on this world of appearances. To what extent the thoughts of other beings can convince, bend and control me in order to play along on their level and in their world of belief remains to be seen. In a way, we have to go one step further. Horus once said to me that it is most accurate when we speak of “facet worlds”, that there are obviously an infinite number of facets to reality. So what these scientists do is that a group of like-minded beings get together, who then use the power of their thoughts to try to change and influence this world according to their own ideas. The scientists, too, can only be a current example.
The sect “Catholic Church” or the sect “psychiatrists” or all other ancient groups, e.g. the priestly caste of magicians in ancient Persia, each had their epochs, their influences, their successes, until they were replaced by other developments. The only thing that has endured and has been reported again and again over the millennia by individual wise people is precisely this observation by Yogavasistha, which I have just been able to participate in once again. However, if it is as I describe it here, then it is certain that any kind of grouping in which several people agree on the nature of a perception and agree to look at and use a certain thing in a certain way, that such a grouping is already in the process of changing the world. How much a new group, starting from a single new thought, can influence and change the world depends on how much “mind-power” was initiated at the beginning and how attractive this thought is to find the support of other people who join and support it. In plain language, this means that we are very capable of changing our world according to our ideas, reshaping it and expanding it in a direction that may not have existed before. Creative thoughts are possible! And they don’t have to die because others have something against them, but they can be encouraged in a suitable way. Then they will continue to grow into a perhaps completely new system of looking at the world, which will, however, always be based on the insights of the old masters.
Anyone who has spent time in Nirvikalpa Samadhi may have certain problems afterwards communicating this to a normal thinker of the current cultural epoch because they lack the senses for it, but there is no doubt about the real content of this knowledge. Theoretically, this has been clear to me for a long time, but for me the energetic astral perception of what we call the “consciousness process of scientists” has raised my own knowledge to a new level. Perhaps I should rather call it a consolidation of my own understanding of the world. Horus once said that a decade ago, in 1989, I succeeded in moving to a cosmic level that the gods call the “meadow of the cosmic child”. On this cosmic playground there are a number of different entities, and whoever is granted access to this level can, if he is strong enough, if he has enough personal clarity and strength, choose something and take it with him to earth as a thought. Here he can try to put this thought into form and use it. He can offer this thought to other people, and if they like it, it will grow. The thought receives support. The thought becomes a common cause, a new force, perhaps a new “law of nature”. However, I rather believe that a new inherent aspect is added to the so-called laws of nature, made visible, so to speak, or brought out of the primordial ground. Of course, it may be that another, older aspect no longer works and is lost. The whole of nature, life itself, the thoughts of God are in a constant state of flux.
If people succeed in bringing new aspects to bear, if we manage to end this line in good time, i.e. before a certain line is exhausted to its bitter, inglorious end, and enter a new track, i.e. if the transition between two epochs is smooth, then humanity will suffer little and have great opportunities for a new prosperity at a higher level.
The more the old rulers cling to their prerogatives, the more they fight new ways and want to keep the old ones in power by force, the more the system slides into the abyss and drags down all those who do not have the strength to escape the old system and tread new paths. This is never about fighting the old system. The old system is fully established and has all the means of power it needs to function. It cannot be thrown out of the saddle using its own methods. The more we get involved with the established system, the more energy we lose. We should only use the parts of the old system that are available to everyone (developed for this purpose), so to speak, but always be careful whether the parts of the system we use are useful or harmful. If we want to arrange our lives and thus our world of perception in such a way that we are comfortable on earth, then we must detach ourselves from the old system.
The only way that promises success is to focus all available energy and concentration on your own new goal! If enough mindpower is applied, then miracles begin to work, some known “laws” or phenomena are overridden, measured values change and new phenomena, new possibilities, new worlds emerge. We have been working on this for many years with energy training and the energy pyramids. Sat nam.
Letter to a student – Energy training versus Qi Gong
Jonas had studied energy training with me for 7 years and had now been with a Chinese Qi Gong master for a few weeks and was very enthusiastic. He passed on his new knowledge to us at a weekend seminar. I repeated these exercises 2 days later.
Hello Jonas, yesterday morning I did a lot of ET and some Qi Gong and, above all, I went back to our practice session on Sunday morning. You gave us an intensive explanation of what you have learned from Master Han’s Qi Gong so far. After all this, I must say that my enthusiasm for qigong has been considerably reduced, i.e. “normalized”. Of course I am not a master in this discipline, but my experiences with energy training = Kundalini Yoga give me a deep insight into what is happening, where it comes from and where it can or should lead. First of all – it really trains many qualities that can help a person to manage their everyday life more successfully, in the sense that the whole of life is a struggle and you have to assert yourself. But that’s as far as it goes. Spiritual development is not required, and what the master reported about the Chinese emperor ultimately applies to all such masters. The Chinese have used it in their eternal disputes to distinguish themselves, to varying degrees “seriously” or “destructively” depending on the nature of the individual. If you make this art the maxim of your life, you will naturally become more assertive on the one hand, but on the other hand you will automatically attract the attention of other profile neurotics who will want to rub up against you. The risk of regular “elimination battles” is pre-programmed.
That would suit you well, of course – your frequent car accidents, your past as a crusader, your fighting potential. Besides, the Master is of course right that you should always go to the source – and that’s what I’ve just done, to Kundalini Yoga, which, like all other such techniques, came from South India, just like Bodhidharma. I went to the followers of Bodhidharma and not to the Chinese. I also needed a different kick at that time, because Yogi Bhajan couldn’t give me everything I needed for my development, and I received this instruction from Roshi Tetsuo Nagaya, a Japanese ZEN monk. If I had followed in his footsteps, I would probably be sitting as a hermit in a ZEN monastery in Japan or somewhere else, without a family etc. Instead, my KY only took on the right, new quality after that, and it then went purposefully and with giant steps towards enlightenment with all the wonderful events and insights that followed. I will describe this in detail in my autobiography.
In passing, I also experienced such things that you can use these powers to defend yourself or to knock someone off their feet at a distance of 10 meters with a push, to make them forget their own intentions and do something, I used my Chi to get my car out of a river weighing around 1 ton etc.. But these had never been the goals worth striving for. They were just side effects. During those years of training I was contacted several times by a group of highly evolved people (the 8 of Ashonka?) who watched me all those years and occasionally tested or examined me. It was essentially a question of whether I would stay clean or misuse these powers – in which case they would probably have been taken away from me again. Master Han definitely comes from a tradition of fishermen who lived on a big river, and they have come a long way. Only if I do these exercises – then I might learn to fish (I already can), but the all-encompassing world view would be lost to me. Some stand and fish, and if we do it right, the fish will come to us on their own when we need them! So, I don’t want to be arrogant, because I still have enough to do with my inadequacies, subliminal programs and obstructions from some other people.
As for ET, I suspect you will be able to use it quite differently now after these new experiences with Qi Gong and you will now bring a new quality to it. My ET program 13th week actually replaces the whole Qi Gong, if you do it right. I may no longer be able to give you the power I once had with it, but that’s probably not necessary. You have enough power yourself, more than I do. You just have to get to know it better and structure it and then use it with a constantly growing awareness, and it will come all by itself if you now do ET anew and supplement it with the new experiences from Qi Gong. From this point of view, I have to ask myself whether this course in Asia is necessary at all – it doesn’t have to be – but it will be very interesting and you can of course learn a lot again! So please don’t feel obliged to go, nor disappointed if you don’t pass this “entrance exam”. By the way, I find it questionable to answer such an exam weeks or months later. It’s just a trick to keep people loyal to you. It sucks attention and your chi! You’re in a useless holding pattern for weeks or even months. And finally, after my training yesterday, I’m sure Han is very clever and is telling you what everyone knows, that many Chinese like to help themselves to others, but don’t reveal their own real secrets to strangers – he doesn’t, does he? After all, he is Chinese himself! So watch out to what extent he tries to program you with his energy kicks and what is supposed to come out of it. He’s looking for capable people, of course, every master does that. But his son won’t let any real competition near his family. Well, that’s my experience. You just have to know what you want. I don’t want to discourage you in any way, but I wanted to share these experiences with you.
After the first Qi Gong course with you, I had direct contact with Han and his son the following night, primarily with him. We eyed each other, they left each other alone, but it didn’t really suit him that someone came to visit him like that without being asked. He didn’t know that yet. He had probably never had anything to do with Kundalini yogis, at least not here in Europe. Think about everything calmly and, above all, let the new ET session work well. Never shower after the ET! Only an hour or so later. Sequence: first sport / running, shower, 2nd ET, 3rd Qi Gong / then change it, 1st sport, shower, 2nd Qi Gong, 3rd ET! See what comes out of it, be sure to make notes for a later book about everything. Now try to feel every week how the various ET exercises affect you, make notes on this too, collect the material! Feel deep inside yourself to see if you really want to go to Asia! I felt resistance right from the start – but I don’t know the exact cause – maybe you are supposed to be reprogrammed there and brought into line, like Matthias in the Philippines, or maybe you are supposed to absorb the spirit of a deceased master? Who knows, it all seems possible to me. Nevertheless, that doesn’t decide whether you should go or not. When I once felt a particularly strong urge to travel from France to Hamburg for tantra, I had already developed asthma four weeks beforehand and it got worse and worse. I went anyway, via Holland, to visit friends, and in the end, the night before, I had the worst asthma I’d ever had in my life at a friend’s house in Stade – I thought I wouldn’t survive the night. I was completely doped up with the asthma medication ephedrine – no effect – and then I found out in passing that this tantra session was to take place in the hall of the Masonic Lodge in HH because “no other hall was available” (what nonsense!) That night I did the Cortico-Thalamic break for the first time, a very special mental training. After that, this asthma crisis collapsed. I pretended to my friends that I still had extreme asthma and let them go. It turned out to be a bad weekend, the worst tantra they had ever experienced, and Yogi Bhajan was pretty sick and exhausted. Wasted energy! Probably caused by the foreign forces in the masonic lodge. That doesn’t have to be meant in a negative way, but it is certainly a foreign energy and quite different from the fresh new energy of the current Kundalini Yoga according to Yogi Bhajan. V. recently found a photo on the internet of YB wearing a large Masonic ring – with the $ sign and the pyramid with the 3rd eye! Well, then they have captured him too! I’m glad I stayed away from that weekend! So my suggestion would be: keep learning whatever you think is good, and if you think my explanations are good, then prioritize the tradition of KY = ET. In any case, YB was okay as a teacher. It was always important to me not to stand out too much and to follow my inner path consistently! You can find everything else in my writings and CDs. The direct area of influence is always oval, not circular. This is caused by the Earth’s magnetic field currents. The oval force fields are always aligned from southwest to northeast in the Curry grid, the diagonal magnetic field grid of the earth. If a Horus ring is added to models A to F, the energy connection to the G model increases the radii of action by a factor of two to three, depending on the local energy conditions.
