If we succeed in activating the spiritual powers of our soul, it is easy to remember previous lives on earth in other cultures. The awareness of rebirth reminds us of our connection with other cultures. This knowledge alone can solve many current problems. Those who know about these connections no longer have any connection to primitive thoughts and feelings. Who could think and act in a racist way if he is aware that he himself has often been incarnated in other countries and races in other lives? Today, Europe faces the challenge of surviving the epidemic propaganda economically. Certain forces are in the process of restructuring the whole of human society. And I would like to say that only the hidden spiritual disposition is a constant that keeps emerging and can help us survive this crisis. We must pool our abilities to solve the tasks ahead together. We are only seemingly separate from each other. The current problems are not of a national nature. They are problems between mentally retarded people whose consciousness is still stuck in the Middle Ages or in the past world wars and the active, new people with a New Consciousness who are ready to prepare for a future without nationalistic thinking. We are the ones who shape our lives and our future, and the more personal consciousness and personal power we have at our disposal, the more we can shape and change this world according to our positive thoughts. In short: nothing is so bad that it doesn’t have something good! You just have to recognize it. Think positively and act constructively in the awareness of the omnipresence of cosmic consciousness!

The 3rd eye

There has been much discussion about the 3rd eye. Yet it is a completely normal part of our history and even of our own nature. In a 1997 TV film about the Berlin Charité, the famous hospital of Dr. Sauerbruch, a collection of human deformities was shown, which were collected in the basement in jars of alcohol, including at least a dozen with a frontal eye! Another dozen corresponded almost 100% to the images of “astronauts” as collected by Erich von Däniken worldwide as rock and temple inscriptions. In recent years, these petroglyphs have also been shown in some Terra-X TV films. People no longer want to keep it quiet. We must therefore assume that medical scientists today have countless pieces of evidence about other characteristics of human nature, just as countless pieces of evidence from previous generations are kept under lock and key in the libraries of the Vatican. It seems that the ruling priestly caste destroys or conceals everything that could disturb the ruling ideological system. It is not enough to say that these are just malformations that are in the cellar. If these human abberations are partly identical with images on rock faces in Asia and Peru, of which it is said in India as well as in Tibet and Peru that the gods came from the stars and looked exactly the same, then we must ask ourselves whether the human genome still contains isolated fragments of extraterrestrial genetic material, whether there have been crosses between “gods” and human women, as is even written in the Bible, whose genes sometimes break through and then lead to malformations that are not viable. The tuatara has a 3rd eye

The tuatara from New Zealand, which looks like a lizard, is one of the five main groups of reptiles still living today. In biology, it occupies the rank of its own special order and is thus on an equal footing with the orders of turtles, crocodiles and pangolins. It is often referred to as a living fossil. The only survivors of an ancient group of reptiles are recorded under the name beakheads (Rhynchocephalia). The heyday of the beakheads was in the Triassic and Jurassic periods, around 170 million years ago and around the same time as the first turtles appeared. Long before the age of the giant dinosaurs, beakheads developed into a remarkable variety of shapes, as evidenced by the fossils found around the world. The largest reached a length of 1.5 – 1.8 meters. When the upswing in the development of dinosaurs began after the Jurassic period, the number of beak heads decreased at the same time. However, while the dinosaurs later became completely extinct, a member of the Rhynchocephalia survived the Tertiary period unchanged and survived into our time, where it found an isolated refuge in New Zealand. Strangely enough, we know of no fossils of it from the entire intervening period, so that the discovery of a living witness to the Mesozoic was a sensation. One animal was kept in the Berlin Zoo for more than 50 years. The following text is a short summary from Knaur’s “Tierreich in Farben” 1955: “The so-called third eye or parietal organ on the forehead of the tuatara has attracted the special attention of anatomists. However, it is not a peculiarity (sic!) that only occurs in the order of beaked lizards or even only in the tuatara, but is also found in various representatives of lizards, such as our slow worm. In younger specimens of the Tuatera, the parietal eye can even be recognized from the outside by a transparent horny scale located above it; on the bony roof of the skull, its position can be noticed by a corresponding depression. This peculiar organ, which is obviously strongly regressed, shows traces of a lens and a retina, but no longer has an iris; it is connected to a pituitary gland, which corresponds to the pineal gland of higher vertebrates. With age, the skin over the parietal eye thickens in such a way that light can certainly no longer be perceived from the outside; on the other hand, the sensitivity of the frontal eye to light has been demonstrated in real lizards. A large number of publications have been written about this strange feature. We are still far from knowing everything about the Tuatera’s way of life.” Those who learn to use their 3rd eye gain PSI abilities. The Tuatera are said to be very difficult to catch. Perhaps they can use a certain clairvoyance or precognition.

A lamb deformed by genetic damage

I would like to draw your attention to another photo. It shows the frontal eye of a lamb. This is called an atavism. An error in the hereditary program has revived an ancient hereditary program that had long been discarded. We owe this publication to an alternative environmental protection group from the USA and not to scientists. The scientists are trying to suppress such evidence. (Photo in “Environment”, St. Louis, No. 10, 1973, illustrated in Holger Strohm’s book “Friedlich in die Katastrophe”, Verlag 2001, 1999) About 170 million years ago there must have been many more such animals and even humans. It was the age of the Cyclops. They did not have normal eyes like we do. The knowledge of this prehistoric age is still expressed in the fairy tale of the one-eyed, two-eyed and three-eyed animals. Odysseus also encounters 2 Cyclopes on his travels The last creatures of this species, which were physically much larger than us, the giants of history, were around 3-3.5 m tall and are estimated to have been wiped out around 15,000 to 10,000 BC or they died out because their age had expired. This is probably the real background to the Odysseus stories. It is possible that the Bigfoot and Yeti are also part of this. They could be crossbreeds with two-eyes (us), whereby the size was still inherited, but the frontal eye was no longer.

Current research and applications for the 3rd eye

During my research I found out that the 3rd eye still has a function in all animals and humans. We just don’t know exactly what it is. The hard UV-A radiation passes through the top of our skull and stimulates the pineal gland. Apparently, certain growth factors are activated and regulated in this way. Over the past 100 years, the average height of people in Western Europe has risen from around 160 cm in 1850 to 175 cm today. There may be a connection between the partial disappearance of the ozone layer and the increase in human height. The ozone layer has since regenerated and no one knows whether it was really the fault of humans or the solar wind. In any case, the most important thing for me is that we should definitely pay attention to energy training and 3rd eye training, because here we have the opportunity to learn more about our own nature. Perhaps we are on the right track to reactivating the divine abilities of our cosmic origins, as the yogis have told us for thousands of years. Everything I have experienced over the past 45 years with the help of Kundalini Yoga and energy training speaks for this. A large part of my extraordinary experiences and observations can be found in my autobiography, which has not yet been published. You will have to decide for yourself whether this information will be relevant to your life. Unfortunately, very few researchers are willing to cooperate with spiritual people. Spirituality and science together could open up completely new horizons for humanity. However, scientists are also faced with the problem that open-minded researchers are suppressed by the established philistines. It’s all about power games and not really about progress in knowledge. Just decide for yourself how much and how intensively you want to use the knowledge I offer. It really can help you to live a completely new, better life. And every person who redesigns their life positively and successfully also contributes to improving the development of humanity as a whole.

Let me repeat the words of Horus once again: “You have a right to be well! So make yourself comfortable on earth and enjoy your existence!” Or his statement “I am a good God who loves people!” What a difference from that vengeful God Jehovah in the Old Testament!

Live consciously!

Wir können auf 45 erfolgreiche Jahre zurückblicken. Ich kenne mich und meine früheren Leben heute recht genau. Durch die Anwendung alter asiatischer Trainingsverfahren und mit Hilfe der von mir entwickelten Trainings- und Therapieverfahren kenne ich nicht nur dieses, sondern auch viele meiner früheren Leben. Im Laufe der Jahre wurde mir klar, wie wenig wir alle doch über uns selbst wissen! Immer wieder geriet ich an Goethes Faust, der viele elementare Fragen und Gefühle in wenigen treffenden Worten festgehalten hat: “…und weiß doch nur, daß wir nichts wissen können, das will mir schier das Herz verbrennen! Drum habe ich mich, weil nichts geblieben, schließlich der Magie verschrieben.” Augenscheinlich ging es Goethe und seinem Faust ebenso wie mir. Es ist logisch, daß ein Mensch erst innerhalb der Gesellschaft nach Antworten und Lösungen sucht. Aber wenn er den Dingen auf den Grund gehen will, dann wird er schnell an die Grenzen dieser gesellschaftlichen Auffassung gelangen. Haben Sie sich schon einmal gefragt, wie diese Welt entstanden ist? Woher kommen wir und wohin führt unser Weg? Was sind unsere Aufgaben hier in dieser Welt? Schon als Kind war ich fasziniert von Naturphänomenen. Die Macht des Sturmes, die strahlende Sonne, glitzernder Schnee, tosender Regen, atemberaubende Stille im dichten Nebel. Eigentlich sind wir doch alle davon betroffen, nur die Erwachsenen haben kaum noch einen Sinn dafür. Sie sind befangen in ihren täglichen Pflichten und ihr Blick für die geheimnisvollen Kräfte der Natur ist getrübt. Wenn wir uns besinnen, dann werden wir gewisse Momente in unserem Leben entdecken, die richtungsweisend waren für uns und unser Leben. Da unsere Tage ausgefüllt sind mit vielen Pflichten und Aufgaben, neigen wir dazu, diese erhebenden und richtungsweisenden Momente wieder zu vergessen. Aus diesem Grund sind Rückführungen so wertvoll. Viele Ereignisse, aus denen wir etwas lernen können, gehen im Alltagsstress verloren. Wir scheinen die Richtung zu verlieren. Alles kommt uns immer träger und trüber vor. Das Leben kann zur Last werden, zur Qual. In solchen Krisen entsteht ein innerer Konflikt zwischen der scheinbar zwingenden Macht der Gegenwart und unseren geheimen Bedürfnissen. Die Bedürfnisse werden immer mehr verdrängt, die äußeren Verhältnisse überwältigen uns. Doch die wahre Bestimmung eines Menschen läßt sich nicht verdrängen, zumindest nicht auf Dauer! Wenn die Last der äußeren Verhältnisse überhand nimmt, dann haben wir uns eigentlich schon in den Kleinigkeiten des Alltags verheddert. In solchen Momenten werden wir krank oder depressiv. Wir schalten ab. Wir entziehen uns dem Alltag, unsere innere Kraft wird auf ein Minimum reduziert. Letztlich bedeutet Krankheit, daß wir uns dem Alltagsstress verweigern. Wir wenden uns innerlich wieder der notwendigen Entwicklung zu. In einer Krankheit arbeiten wir innerlich an uns selbst, mit dem Ziel, erlittene Störungen und Fehler auszugleichen und die Zukunft besser zu gestalten. Gerade aus solchen Krisen heraus erwächst dann der Drang, endlich reinen Tisch zu machen, die Verhältnisse zu klären und neu zu beginnen, mit neuem Mut, neuen Ideen und neuer Vitalität! Das sind die Momente, wenn Menschen eine Lebensberatung suchen oder eine Rückführung anstreben, um die verwirrende Resignation zu vertreiben. Sie müssen die eigene Mitte wiederfinden. Eine Rückführung kann die Zusammenhänge klären, sie trennt die Spreu vom Weizen und zeigt uns, worauf es wirklich ankommt! Das Verblüffende dabei ist, daß wir in dem außergewöhnlichen Zustand der Rückbesinnung auch die Werte der verschiedenen Erfahrungen in unserem Leben relativieren. Das, was uns schlecht erscheint, ist oft eine wichtige Lektion. Was uns so gut erscheint, ist vielleicht belanglos. Die Relativität der Dinge zeigt sich in der Rückführung. Wer bereit ist, sich selbst ins Gesicht zu schauen, wer seine Angst und seine Probleme überwinden möchte, sollte seine früheren Leben erforschen. Leider sind Rückführungen sehr zeitaufwendig, so daß ich mich 2003 entschlossen habe, keine mehr anzubieten. Doch mit Hilfe von intensivem Energytraining können Sie nach und nach selbst zu diesen Einsichten kommen, vor allem mit Übungen zu den höheren Chakras. Von besonderer Bedeutung und Erhabenheit ist der Moment, wenn ein Teilnehmer sich an seine eigene Zeugung erinnert, an seinen Wiedereintritt in den Körper. Das Erlebnis der Inkarnation, der Inbesitznahme einer lebenden Zelle ist so ergreifend, daß hinterher kein Zweifel mehr daran besteht, daß unser Geist und unser Bewußtsein unvergänglich und unsterblich sind. Zuerst ergreift der Geist, der sich neu inkarnieren möchte, eine Samenzelle, die ihm geeignet erscheint und führt diese dann zur reifen Eizelle, die ihn willkommen heißt. Dann ergießt sich das Erbgut aus dem Spermium in die Eizelle und diese Zelle schottet sich ab gegen alle weiteren Einflüsse, und die Zellteilung beginnt. Wer sich in dieser Form mit seinem Leben und seinem Dasein auseinandergesetzt hat, der wird alles im Leben mit anderen Augen betrachten. Das Leben endet nie. Es wechselt nur seine Form, die Erscheinung, den Körper. Das Leben kann so wundervoll sein, wenn wir nur bereit sind, stillzuhalten, zu verweilen und bewußt wahrzunehmen! Das gerade ist ja bewußtes Leben: Bereit zu sein für die Fülle des Augenblicks, ganz bewußt da sein und ganz bewußt wahrnehmen und leben! Wenn es uns gelingt, unser Bewußtsein zu erweitern, dann bedeutet das, wir erweitern unseren wahrnehmbaren Horizont. Wir nehmen einfach mehr wahr, wenn wir wirklich dazu bereit sind! Ich möchte keine Rückführungen mehr als Therapie durchzuführen. Doch meine Erfahrungen und die meiner Klienten der vergangenen Jahrzehnte sind von großer Bedeutung für zukünftige Entwicklungsprogramme der Menschheit. Oft habe ich es erlebt, daß Menschen anfänglich zögerten, eine Rückführung zu machen. Sie hatten Angst, sich selbst und ihr bisheriges Leben in Frage zu stellen. Sie hatten Furcht, sich selbst, ihren Partner und alle erarbeiteten Werte zu verlieren. Hinterher wußten sie, daß das nicht stimmt. Das Einzige, was sie verloren hatten, war die Angst vor der Veränderung. Wir bringen uns immer wieder ganz von selbst in Krisen. In dem Moment, wo wir diese Krisen durchschauen, ist der Weg frei zu einem neuen, erfüllten und glücklichen Leben. Aller äußere Zwang wird plötzlich belanglos, wenn wir uns innerlich selbst wiedergefunden haben.Als Kinder nehmen wir mit großer Selbstverständlichkeit am Leben teil. Je mehr wir durch die Schule, das Elternhaus und den Beruf mit Aufgaben eingedeckt werden, desto mehr verlieren wir uns in den gesellschaftlichen Forderungen. Wir nehmen am irdischen Leben teil und lernen all die Dinge, die es für einen heranwachsenden Menschen zu lernen gibt. Mit etwa 28 Jahren (4 x 7) kommt eine Zeit, wo wir innerlich Bilanz machen. Wir beginnen den roten Faden zu suchen, den wir aus den Augen verloren haben. Mir ging es genauso. Mit 29 war ich ziemlich frustriert. Schließlich traten einige unerwartete Ereignisse ein, die mein ganzes Leben verändern sollten. Es waren sogenannte “außersinnliche Wahrnehmungen”. Auf der Suche nach einer Erklärung und nach einer Möglichkeit, mit diesen Dingen fertig zu werden, besuchte ich einen Kurs für Kundalini Yoga. Innerhalb einer Woche lernte ich ein paar grundlegende Übungen, die mir viel Kraft gaben. Mein Interesse war geweckt. Von nun an trainierte ich jeden Tag und begann zusätzlich, alles über Esoterik und Grenzwissenschaften zu lesen, was ich finden konnte. Damals gab es sehr wenige neue esoterische Schriften, dafür umso mehr alte Texte in der Uni-Bibliothek Hamburg. Das war wieder einer dieser „Zufälle“, die mich in meiner Ausbildung förderten. Einige alte Professoren hatten der Uni ihre umfangreichen Bibliotheken vererbt, und solche Bestände wurden kritiklos übernommen, und darunter waren eben auch viele alte Schriften über Okkultismus etc. Das war wohl ihre private Unterhaltung nach Feierabend gewesen. Sehr schnell entdeckte ich, daß wir Kräfte in uns tragen, die niemand in der Schule lernt. Unser normales Schulwissen beschränkt sich nur auf einen kleinen Teil des Lebens. Viele wesentliche Dinge über die geistigen Fähigkeiten des Menschen, über unseren Ursprung und über unsere Möglichkeiten müssen wir uns selbst erarbeiten. Mit etwas Geduld und Disziplin können wir lernen, die geistigen Welten zu erforschen. Dann werden wir irgendwann erkennen, daß wir aus den jenseitigen Welten gekommen sind. Wir sind Kinder des Lichts, hineingeboren in einen biologischen Körper. Natürlich haben wir einen Grund gehabt für die Geburt in einem menschlichen Körper. Es ist das irdische Leben, das uns fasziniert. Es ist die Welt der Gefühle, der Emotionen. Und natürlich haben wir ein Ziel und eine Aufgabe! Nur wer bereit ist, sich mit den Lehren der eingeweihten, spirituellen Menschen zu befassen, wird den Schlüssel zu seinen eigenen Aufgaben und Zielen finden. Die Antwort auf alle Fragen finden wir nur mit unserem Herzen in uns selbst! Es gilt, die Ursachen der aktuellen Probleme zu begreifen und nach Lösungen zu suchen. Wir müssen neue Mittel und Wege finden, um die sozialen Schwierigkeiten zu überwinden. Unser gegenwärtiges politisches System ist ebenso überholt wie vor 30 Jahren das Ostblocksystem. Das müssen wir berücksichtigen, wenn wir unsere Zukunft planen. Beide Systeme scheitern an zu viel Bürokratie, die den aktiven Menschen die Luft zum Atmen nimmt und das Leben verwaltet, anstatt es zu entfalten. Das politische System und die Pharmaindustrie vergeuden immer mehr volkswirtschaftliche Werte. Durch Vorschriften und Gesetze wird uns das Leben selbst unerträglich gemacht. Aus diesem Grund ist in der Bevölkerung so wenig Bereitschaft da, aktiv zu arbeiten. Die Mehrzahl der Menschen ist müde geworden, weil sie ihre ureigensten Interessen nicht mehr erfüllen können, weil zu viel von ihrer Hände Arbeit vom staatlichen System vergeudet wird, ohne daß es ihnen wieder zugutekäme. Das ist jetzt mit der Covid-Virus-Show noch krasser deutlich geworden. Es gilt, das Leben zu entfalten, anstatt es zu verwalten! Wir sollten die bedenklichen Verhältnisse zur Kenntnis nehmen, ohne uns groß darüber aufzuregen. Anstatt sich aufzuregen, nutzen Sie bitte Ihre Kräfte von jetzt an für die bewußtere Gestaltung des eigenen Lebens. Wir sind es unseren Kindern schuldig, daß wir ihnen eine Welt hinterlassen, in der es sich zu leben lohnt! Die Bereitschaft, an sich selbst zu arbeiten, ist die Grundlage für ein erfülltes Leben. Es gilt, das eigene Leben ganz bewußt neu zu gestalten. Das geht jedoch nur, wenn wir die elementaren Gesetze der Natur begreifen. Es geht nur, wenn Sie die Prinzipien begreifen, nach denen Ihr eigenes Leben abläuft und funktioniert! Nur wenn Sie diese Zusammenhänge verstehen, werden Sie allen Schwierigkeiten zum Trotz erfolgreich und glücklich leben können. Die Naturgesetze sind für jeden von uns gleich. Egal, ob wir König sind oder Bettelmann. Was der Einzelne daraus macht, ist verschieden. Je nachdem, was wir aus unserem Leben machen, wird es zu einer Tragödie oder zu einer erfolgreichen Komödie. Machen Sie aus Ihrem Leben eine beschwingte Erfolgsstory!

Hello Mr. R.,

You would like to reinforce your A or B model with a Horus ring and an acrylic column. To do this, you need 2 acrylic disks Ø 25 cm, each with 2 grooves and a hole. The adjoining tubes have a diameter of 15 cm. If you want to place the Horus ring (HR) under an A model, you do not necessarily need the upper disk, you could also place the A model directly on the HR. With a B model, it would be better to use a second, upper acrylic disc for stability. However, the acrylic material stores the pyramid energy and thus acts like an amplifier. If you do not want to place another tube on top of the HR, but only a pyramid A or B, then you can also place a disc with a diameter of 25 cm and only one groove on top.

Kar-Ma means kar (action) – ma (mother), i.e. Karma “mother (the cause) of actions”. Your actions have causes and become causes through your actions and also through your omissions. Karma therefore functions as the sum of our actions. Depending on how much good and bad we enact, the vibrations of our soul and spirit arise from this, and this is the framework for our ability to act in life. “Do not do to others what you do not want them to do to you, what do you want?” It is the law of cause and effect (UWG – law of cause and effect). If we bear this in mind, we can do a lot of good and avoid a lot of disruption and damage later on.

Dharma means to carry, hold, maintain, in Hindi also religion. Dharma is the basis of positive social behavior, ethics, morals and responsibility. Dharma maintains social order. Read my book The Ethics of the New Man! Yoga means “to put oneself under the yoke”, i.e. to take on a discipline. Simply put, dharma yoga is an originally religious way of living and acting that improves your own karma by working through old mistakes and helps to create positive social conditions. In this respect, my whole life is karma yoga and dharma yoga. Through the way I practice Kundalini Yoga, my energy training becomes Karma and Dharma Yoga. This became possible because I incorporated Inana Yoga (analytical thinking) and Dhyana Yoga (deep meditation as in ZEN) into Energy Training (ET). This is how the different disciplines intertwine. Or to put it simply: I always live and act in the awareness of the omnipresence of Cosmic Consciousness (God). Sat Nam!

Horus: “Certain circles have largely exhausted the possibilities of modern science. In the field of biochemistry and microbiology, it has been recognized that symptoms of viral diseases can be simulated. They are simply disturbances in the protein balance. New diseases are artificially constructed, you are told all kinds of nonsense and you play along! (That was a prediction 12 years before the publication of Corona!) This is another one of your tests. You have been kept stupid and brought up stupid. Can you now see out of the web of pseudo-scientific illusions and recognize the truth? If all doctors disappeared from one day to the next today, a very small number of you would be dead by the end of the month, and 99% of you would suddenly be healthy and living better! Modern medicine makes you ill, it keeps you dependent on addictive drugs, it denies you healing, it exploits you! It can’t get any worse than this. (See above pdf “Don’t be afraid of viruses”) You used to know that the enemy was abroad, somewhere in your neighborhood. Today the enemy is in the middle of your own country, has offices in every street and walks around in white coats. Of course, even the young doctors, bent out of shape by their studies, are not really aware of this. But it’s their fault that they don’t develop. And they will pay the price at some point through their karma. It’s one thing to be trained in a system as a young person. It’s another to be prepared to question and explore life. And we should be able to expect doctors to take an interest in how life works and not just instill fear in their patients of unknown, newly invented diseases. Where is the oath of Hippocrates, who wanted to help people against charlatans? How can you allow yourselves to become salesmen for bad medicine and tax collectors for the pharmaceutical industry? If you succeeded in wiping out the entire modern pharmaceutical industry overnight, you would have hundreds of billions of euros in surplus at your disposal just one day later to meet all your needs and to eradicate all the damage caused by the pharmaceutical industry. Your health and performance would immediately increase radically. You are in a war against corrupt people who will do anything for money and keep the chemical war against the human race going at a high level. Put aside the fear that you are being poisoned by your own food! Your bodies have long since become accustomed to all the chemicals in it. On the other hand, the tolerance control is at a useful level. You can eat most of what is produced for you without hesitation. Your body adapts. You suffer much more from emotional disturbances as a result of your anxiety than from the chemicals in the food. (This is the same problem as with electrosmog.) You suffer much more from your fears than from the environment. If you want to live relatively free of electrosmog, you should simply move to the countryside or the mountains. They should put an energy pyramid in their house and be done with it. Nothing more is necessary. If you are still reasonably flexible with your energy, you can live anywhere and you will adapt. You will somehow be able to cope with what you produce. Of course it will change you, but life is constantly changing. Is that a bad thing? So is your life, and so is ours. All beings in this creation are constantly in a flow, but you can decide which flow you want to be in, which direction you want your flow to go. Much of what is going on in your society today is in need of revision. It could be done better. The greatest obstacle is the fear with which you are humiliated, with which you are kept small. Overcome these fears and believe more than ever in the positive power in your hearts and minds! The energy pyramids shield you from many disturbances and bring you to a higher vibrational level. Use these positive suggestions! Overcome the many small and large fears that circulate in the esoteric scene! Believe more than ever in your own constructive possibilities!”

Just because the sky turns red doesn’t mean it’s going to collapse!

My comment: Horus is right, in recent years more and more dark stories have spread in the esoteric scene, which only create fear or insecurity, but contain no spiritual benefits. Why is that? Originally, there were a few sensitive people who were striving for spiritual development, who were looking for the mystical in nature, who wanted to get closer to the gods. Over the last 30 years, esotericism with all its varieties and methods has developed into a mass movement. It is inevitable that many people who have no aptitude for spirituality are nevertheless interested in it. And why not? Everyone is welcome to try! Only if he does not succeed in overcoming his personal blockages and problems, then old problems can be nourished in the occupation with esotericism and mysticism instead of progress being achieved. Where the sensitive person senses and perhaps also finds the mystery in nature, the fears of an untalented person can be heightened. When a simple person opens his eyes a little wider, he first recognizes how many negative forces are at work in our society, and he becomes afraid of the future. The dark forces seem to be overpowering! If a spiritually inclined person makes the same observation, he will of course also recognize the many grievances, but he will ask himself whether and where there can be a solution! And if you look deep enough into yourself, you will always come across your own divine origin, the power from which your own life originated! The earth did not perish in 2012, and neither did our culture. Nor did UFOs come from Sirius or the Pleiades to save us! And chemtrails do not exist. This technology was shelved back in 1966 because it could not destroy enough people. Not effective enough. You can read about it in one of Hans Magnus Enzensberger’s yearbooks (out of print). The “chemtrails” are simply dirty exhaust fumes from aircraft engines and the dust acts as a condensation nucleus, drawing water out of the atmosphere and thus creating the contrails. They can change the weather en masse, but they don’t poison us. So it would be good if you stopped participating in fear-inducing thoughts yourself! If you get on such a trip, you can also use the mass media. It can also make you feel sick. After all, you set out to make the world, or at least your own life, a little better, didn’t you? And that’s perfectly okay! But what about now? If so many different things scare you, then you should finally do something about it instead of running around spreading these fears!

The path to spiritual awareness can of course be a long one. That’s why it’s the right thing to do. It is the question of your own origin and of a fulfilled life. Both are legitimate and both are possible. Even the longest path begins with the first step! That is common knowledge.

And the 1st step should be: Let there be peace! Namely in your soul and in your consciousness! How can you achieve this?

Trust that there are divine forces that created you and this universe and that want to preserve it. Why create all this and then destroy it? Is God that stupid?

These divine powers lie deep within you! So get in touch with them! Others have already done this and succeeded, so why not you too?

Trust that your life has a purpose and you have a meaningful task to improve something, e.g. your own courage to face life! And if you make progress with it and can share your own success with others, then you have already gained a great deal!

Your life is beautiful if you want it to be! And if all esotericists today talked as much about the positive things in life as they have been talking about terrible things for a few years now, this world would quickly look a little better again! Covid 19 has grown on this breeding ground of fear. It is the response of the disease industry to the growing power of spiritual people, the whole esoteric scene.

How can you achieve this inner peace?

Peace has something to do with your own tangible and usable energy. Read my book on The Stages of Pranayama and work intensively with it. You can combine it with any other methods you may already know! Try out all the exercises and then work regularly with Chapter 8: Energy Regulation.

To end disturbing, unsettling thoughts of all kinds, use the classic Kundalini Yoga mantra meditation: Sat nam! Recite Sat nam aloud or in your mind until everything else comes to rest. Sat nam means

a) “recognize being, that which is” (Sanskrit), i.e. your own existence!

b) “7 names” (modern Hindi), this is to remind you of your 7 main chakras, the centers of your life energy.

Meditate on the original power of the universe, “the Brahman”, the inexpressible, recite – preferably before falling asleep – the formula “My I is Brahman!” – until you fall asleep or until your perceptions and thoughts fall silent.

What happens in the process? Many people have problems with their upbringing, mindset, demands and obligations, blockages and wrong goals. These are all consequences of our socialization and our karma. This can lead to a weak, unassertive ego, but also to an exaggerated ego. Through this special meditation on the original Brahman, you will reconnect with the primal force from which we all emerged! When you awaken later, some of your problems and disturbing thoughts will have dissolved. No matter what the eternal Brahman arranges for you, it will always be better than all the inherited faults that hinder you! This Brahman meditation will bring you very close to your God, whoever he may be. It will make you thoughtful. Brahman meditation brings you inner peace, and from inner peace comes the new strength to successfully complete your life’s work! Remember: the word fear comes from the Latin “angu”, meaning narrowness. Don’t be afraid of your fears! Overcome them by breathing fire regularly! Sat nam!
