Newsletter 10 is a new beginning. Rudolf Steiner has pointed out that mythological traditions since the time of the ancient Babylonians tell us that zero is not actually a number, but zero signifies a cycle, a development that began at 1 and ended at 9. 10 therefore means that one cycle of development has been completed and now a new one begins. In the Tarot, the 1 is the young magician who is beginning to go through his magical development. The Hermit, the 9, is the conclusion of his confrontation with the various forces that determine our development, and it is his introduction to the magical worlds. Consequently, the 10 is the “wheel of life”. The first cycle has come full circle, and those who have successfully used these first 9 stages are promoted from the Wheel of Life to the next higher stage. Now the student is given magical power on the path of light. How well he does this depends on how well he has done his homework. This is why the Magical Power (Arcanum 11) is followed by “the Hanged Man” (12). In the sign of the Hanged Man, we have to shed outdated patterns. This means that we must shed karmic entanglements, free ourselves from engrams, from misconceptions, from old painful experiences. We have to settle old debts, otherwise we cannot use the new magical power, and those who work diligently and attentively on their development will go through the great cycle of the 22 arcana several times in their lives, at increasing levels. At the beginning it is the ignorant fool who has no idea and does nothing for his development until he decides to enter the magical path (1), and at the end, after he has successfully gone through the whole game of life, up to card 21, the universe, the fool stands as card 22 for the spiritual magician who now knows everything, understands everything, and he asks himself “Was that all?”. And perhaps he will start the whole development again on a higher level.For the use of the tarot, I definitely recommend the cards of Aleister Crowley. He was a real magus, and those who know how to read his cards can make great progress on their spiritual path of development.

The distribution of the Horus energy pyramids.
It took 5 years from the first C-model to regular production, from 1990 to 1995. Numerous C-models were built first. They were used to create “liberated zones” of positive energy. As a result, more and more people became aware of the new energy source. From the very beginning, it was this new vibration that aroused people’s curiosity and attracted them, and as soon as I had correctly assembled the first C model, I could feel and see how its energy spread in waves throughout the environment. And, depending on their sensitivity, all the people realized that there had been a clear change in the Earth’s magnetic field.When a C model was set up in a region, in the following weeks individual interested people from that region came forward and asked about my seminars. They hadn’t even seen the energy pyramid yet, but somehow they found their way to us, inspired by the vibration, and we often heard statements like “I had an impulse to visit a friend. There was a magazine there, 1 year old. I noticed the advertisement for the Kyborg Institute, and now I would like more information about your energy training and the energy pyramids!” That’s how word of mouth works. It is always the charisma, the vibration that attracts us, that leads us on sometimes adventurous paths to our goal, and at the same time more and more B-models were sold and set up. Business people and members of the healing professions in particular showed an interest in the force field of the B-model to improve the energy climate in their business premises. This paved the way for the introduction of the A-models. It’s funny, the development of the smallest models took the longest. For 4 years I couldn’t find a manufacturer who would make the A models for me at good prices. The argument of the technical workshops was, “The way it looks, it’s an art object, and art has its price!” (So completely overpriced!) It wasn’t until spring 1995 that I got a suitable offer, and from then on everything became easier. What most people need is the gentle, harmonious vibration of the A model, and that is exactly what was being hindered by disruptive influences. There are many different energy currents on earth and in every society. Through every great spirit that unfolds and through the many people who join its thoughts and motives, a new current is created, a new force field.these currents unfold, overlap, change with the characteristics of their participants. In this way, the thoughts of an individual become currents that lead to the formation of groups, associations and groupings. As soon as the new groupings achieve a certain significance, the established groups and religions begin to defend themselves. Conflicts arise between the representatives of the old churches and their orders (groups) and the new forces. This is usually less about “the word of God”, the spiritual message, and more about safeguarding the established system with its material advantages. we can say that the new forces are closer to the divine messages. Their forces are more original, fresher. They are experiencing a renewal of spirit. This frightens the old established representatives of God on earth. The traces of their original representatives of God on earth are lost in the centuries, and they themselves are mostly only administrators of an original spiritual heritage. They are executors, but only a few carry the original divine messages in their hearts.Horus once said that the majority of Christian priests are merely tax collectors for Rome. And in fact, the Catholic Church is the largest multinational corporation with hundreds of billions in property, and they all work and earn tax free! So the churches are above the interests of the state. And as you can see from the thousands of cases of abuse of children and young nuns, they are also above the law and need not fear prosecution.
In 1988, I learned from a social education worker who was active in parish work that the Catholic sect priests had already set their sights on me. Shortly after my books were published, they were already on the “black list” of writings forbidden to Catholics, and some priests in the region warned against my seminars, but there were also other believers. One young priest took part in my energy training himself and was enthusiastic. He sent 3 of his nuns to me for autogenic training to improve their work with difficult children in kindergarten. As a punishment, he was reported to his bishop by an old parishioner and transferred to a tiny village of old people on the French border.Despite such adversities, people’s interest in energy training and the energy pyramids increased.The 3 energy pyramids A, B and C complement each other very well and people obviously like to make a choice between these 3 different vibrations. Nevertheless, I was not yet satisfied with the spread of these positive energy sources. That was probably also down to ourselves. We ourselves had to adapt and change! Our own engrams were hindering our success. I would like to insert a channel message from Horus here.

You have to make your spiritual work known and you have to do it with power! Too many idiots praise themselves as masters, you are consecrated beings, proclaim the truth! We are here for all people. So see now the chance to open new ways of communicating with other people. You seek connection with the masses. We welcome that. So stand up and make your ideas known. The pyramids are just the beginning. We want to show you new ways of dealing with energy. (From 1998 onwards, a whole range of other spiritual devices were gradually added!)Kundalini is not the danger, but your small-minded spirit that is unable to shake off the patterns of education. The world is not hostile, it is the eternally yesterday people. You have no chance of solving the problem if you are afraid. You have to focus on the energy that lies within you.”
What is Horus trying to tell us? In the early-mid 90s, interest in esotericism and spirituality was on the rise. On the one hand, there were people who had acquired valuable knowledge from various good teachers and some of whom had had genuine spiritual experiences. On the other hand, numerous other people recognized esotericism as a market opportunity and touted their apparent experiences. It was the great age of the charlatans, the false masters, and the fear of competition from the established churches and the health industry hovered over everything, both camps completely unscrupulous in securing their sinecures and interests. The awakening of Kundalini was presented as a threat to life by both Christian priests and psychiatrists. What an unholy alliance! Horus wants to encourage us with his words that real spiritual people must overcome the barriers of education and that we have the right to spread the real spiritual contents. It is also the right of spiritual people to accept fees and donations for their services of care, special training, etc. It is the right of spiritual people to accept fees and donations. It is an age-old principle of the churches to demand “Ask for nothing for yourself! Give everything to God and the church!” Fittingly, the principles of the health industry: “Only official doctors can heal!” Even alternative practitioners are only tolerated. I have just reread the “Messages from the Light”. As soon as I read a few lines, I am overcome with a special feeling of connection with the divine beings Horus, Junow and Jupither. The energy of these beings is still present through their messages, and when we read some of them, we can connect with them, and I would like to take this opportunity to pick out a few messages.
“My body is light energy. It envelops the earth.”
According to Egyptian mythology, Horus was a protective god who ensured justice on earth. I think this is clearly expressed in our project. Horus has given us the energy pyramids for our protection and thus ensures a higher level of justice. We are no longer at the mercy of social grievances. According to mythological tradition, Horus was the son of the highest pair of gods, Isis and Osiris. On the question of whether Horus was a god, he explained: “If a being is very far above you in its development, then it is right to call it a god. But I too, like all other living beings, serve the great cosmic plan that brought everything into being. “We should therefore reconsider our narrow-minded Christian attitude before we criticize other religions. We are not the only ones who know everything better, but every honest religion has its justification. Anyone who really tries to understand the deeper content will find the divine truth in all religions. The one almighty God, the one universal divine consciousness, lives in everything and in each of us, including Horus. And “religio” simply means “recollection”.
Message from Horus from March 1993: “The energy pyramid symbolizes the nature of man, consisting of an earthly part, open to the cosmos, and a divine part that encloses everything. The axis signifies the work of the eternal spirit on earth. The spirit is constantly flowing. Consciousness lives in all of you. We have created you. You are part of the divine omnipotence. Live consciously! For many thousands of years, people have found ways and means to make their lives easier. The Pyramid of Cheops at Giza is a monument to human greatness. In an adventurous way, the Egyptians succeeded in invoking the power of the gods. Great teachers and priests shaped human thoughts. They formed unified streams of thought. The bundled streams of thought were powerful enough to reach God the Most High. In this way, the high priests became the voice of God on earth. Between 5000 and 4000 years ago, there were direct connections between the priests, the pharaohs and God. Later, God broke the connection in order to encourage people to think for themselves again. Under God’s constant guidance, even the priests had become lazy in their thinking. The earth was not created to impose useless work on God, but to form human beings. Higher tasks await all those who talk to God, live and solve their earthly destinies successfully and independently without coming under the thumb of earthly constraints. One should consciously sort out the senses, their perception, the inner impulses and ultimately the thoughts in order to consciously implement them together. Around the year 1400, what we call modern times began. The gods made their presence felt once again. People like Hildegard von Bingen and Galileo were messengers of the modern age. Alchemists tried out ways of immersion, but the time was not yet ripe. It would take another 600 years to finally integrate the spirit of the Almighty back into earthly life. The stupidity of the mind is frightening. It imagines it can interpret the world. Yet it is only a small cog in the wheel. The world cannot be controlled, any more than a grain of sand can turn and turn the course of the stars. The world itself is subject to eternal change. We are all living parts of it, yes, in it and not on it! Living in a world is greater than just feeling planetary about something. (Planetary means “in one plane!”)Great minds have always emphasized living in it. Our energy pyramid is an expression of ancient forces. The miracles in Atlantis were brought about in this way. Can you feel this energy? Can you follow this vibration? When I read this again I feel that Horus and the other higher spirit beings have obviously been touching, awakening and mentoring people for thousands of years. It is an ancient, timeless vibration that is being spread again and again so that reborn people can build on it, so that they can find the connection to the positive insights and realizations from their previous lives on earth: This timeless divine vibration and its inherent message was, is and will always be there. Only we ourselves experience this succession of short earthly lives. We are born, awaken, live for a short time and die. It reminds me of the flickering of a light that flickers on and off.
Horus: Life itself is given a new chance!
The present time is reactionary. This means that anti-life principles are denaturing natural vibrations. Chemicals, electric fields, biological toxins and nuclear accidents have a very serious effect on life itself. (While I was channeling these lines, 4 nuclear accidents occurred in the Biblis nuclear power plant, in Chernobyl, in a French nuclear submarine and in a French reactor in the Rhone Valley. He was indeed the mediator between God and man, unlike Chephren, who only copied him. We have refined and dynamized the magnetic effect on living beings. The same happened with the Mayan pyramids. These objects change the power of the earth. They are now bringing forth the new technology. That’s okay, but the spirit of God is missing in the matter of your works! You must not deny God! There is only One, no matter how you pray to Him. God is in each of you. You decide how you like to live with Him or against Him, so the pyramid of Cheops has created the preconditions for your ascent into space! We have called you. Now this vibration must be refined. Without this work you will destroy yourselves! This happens in very different ways. The energy pyramid is a way to a finer sense of natural things. Such a pyramid perforates hardened structures. People become more open and friendly again. It is possible to approach new people who previously seemed unreachable. This extraordinary double pyramid collects energy from the cosmos, selectively from deep space. The background radiation itself is selected and manifested. It must be sturdily built as it attracts children. Children feel the subtle vibrations. The energy pyramid collects cosmic power and radiates it at the level of the inner pyramid surface, i.e. approximately in the middle. The energy flows into us and can have a positive influence on our lives. An energy pyramid 180 cm high has a radius of approx. 60 km or more, depending on the nature of the landscape. The geological composition plays a role here. Just 2000 of these pyramids distributed around the world would have a positive impact on the whole world. The effects can be seen in the way people think, in their feelings and their sense of nature and the law of life. Everyone who understands these words should buy a pyramid and help to remedy the worldwide deficit in vital energy and spiritual awareness.

The change in vision causes light to begin to flow through you. Normally you breathe in light and breathe out darkness, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Light is inherent in all things. We are light, give light and remain light. You are a being of light. Darkness comes from the darkness of your soul. It can only be overcome with the right mindset, the right breathing and a lot of patience. We have been working on the perfection of the human spirit for many eons. Humans are made of light, but are attracted to darkness. Darkness should be transfigured and not take over. Light shines into the night, not the other way around. Life must feel itself, find itself, accept itself in order to experience a justification for its existence. Otherwise HE will take it back, the great spirit who created everything.
21.6.93 Horus: Live consciously here on earth. That is the great message. It is worthwhile for everyone involved. Give yourself a chance now! Be sure, it is worth it. I am a good God, you often live into the day. That does you no good. You must always see yourselves in the big picture. That is much better for your souls. Life on earth is a tremendous stimulus for your spirit. Afterwards you are on a new level of contemplation. That is what matters.”
13.7.93 Horus: Make an effort! Live in a world of new perspective with awareness of life instead of death! (We should concern ourselves more with a conscious life and all its possibilities and not constantly with death, destructive news, crime, thrillers etc.)
Horus 15.8.93: Learn to see everything in everything, for this is the truth that takes you beyond everything that has ever moved your heart before. The truth rests within each of us. Give yourself the chance now to uncover it in yourself. You can do it. Reveal the light in your heart. Give others the chance to learn from you. They are waiting for happiness from above, but it rests in their midst. What more do you want? Do not give up! Live consciously now. Ask yourself: what do I have to do, what is my task, my goal? As long as that is not clear, just do something. Anything is fine, but always make sure you keep moving. Be certain that at some point the moment will come when you suddenly know what your mission in life is. Then it will suddenly become clear what you have to do. Everything lies spread out before you like a mirror in the sun and you recognize your true nature. This is what has always needed to be said so that you finally understand what life means. Use these old, timeless channel messages to meditate on. Pick out individual passages that speak to you or that you do not understand. Recite the words in your mind and pay attention to the feelings that develop in your soul. Use these thoughts and feelings for your further development, for the unfolding of your personality and for a new, clear consciousness!
Pole shift and the consequences

Thin magma flows inside the earth are shifting. The core mantle of iron, nickel and chromium is also magnetic and interacts with the Earth’s external magnetic field. To what extent does this affect the positioning of the pyramids and how they stand now? Horus told us in 1996 that they should be aligned in such a way that “at the time of installation one side faces north” and then we should leave them as they are, not checking and correcting them every day, because there are always small fluctuations in the magnetic field of 2 – 6 degrees, and the correctly aligned energy pyramids anchor themselves in the natural magnetic field and then very quickly build up their positive, protective force field.
Nature and karma
In Brazil, a dam burst in the spring. Huge quantities of contaminated overburden sludge were released from an ore mine. Over 100 people were killed. Large parts of the miners’ camp were destroyed. There was much lamentation in the mass media. Shortly before, a team from a German TÜV association had certified that everything was good and safe for this mining company, and this incident made me spontaneously think of the movie “The Emerald Forest”. It shows, among other things, how the jungle and the habitat of the Indians is being destroyed as part of a large dam project. Finally, the Indians call on the rain frogs for help, and the rain gods listen to the frogs. It begins to rain at an inopportune time, and it rains more and more. A flood rises and destroys the almost completed dam. The movie is based on a true story. Years later, information emerged that “it was all just fantasy.” When spiritual connections penetrate the mass media, attempts are later made to discredit them.

The combination of the gold-plated ring with 2 + 4 crystal balls builds up a special energy, normally a Ring of Fire has a golden stand in the center and a 7th larger crystal ball. Agnès has removed the large sphere and replaced it with her amulet. This has created a new, very intense protective field against the negative forces that previously harassed her, an eternal battle between the children of light and the forces of darkness.
Question from Daniel I.: the energy of the pyramid is divided into spirit energy at the top and bio-body energy at the bottom, can another person who has my bio-pattern consciously drain the energy and thus harm me?
Answer from Harald: No! Your real biopattern can only have a woman with whom you have had sex without a condom. She “knows you very well” because she has absorbed your sperm, but still “no!” (Since the studies by Kinsey and Masters in the 1960s, it has been known that during sex some of the sperm penetrate the woman’s body and are apparently assimilated. In the Yoga Sutras it says that after sex “a woman carries the image of the man within her”, i.e. somehow integrates his genome.) People who are involved with you can drain energy from you and subliminally you notice this and react to it. So you get into resonance. The other person doesn’t have to know your entire biopattern, but rather some of your mental and emotional patterns.
Reply to another letter:Hello Daniel, there is a spiritual hierarchy, whereby the position of a group (e.g. the angels) does not necessarily say anything about its significance, because actually all beings are equally necessary for the function of the greater whole. Nevertheless, a development also takes place between the individual groups. Elemental spirits, who originally animate the whole of nature, especially the mineral kingdom, become angels at the next higher level, who animate and look after certain groups of plants and animals, right up to humans. Some of them become our guardian angels, and the more they develop energetically, the more they grow into the world of the archangels. They in turn look after whole nations of us humans, whole regions, and above them are the Elohim, the spirits of light and fire. The planetary gods, as you call them, are in reality Elohim, higher beings of light, who take care of our ascent to higher levels. When you talk about a spiritual father, it’s one of those things. “God the Father” comes from the Christian corner and is quite limited. The spirit itself is unlimited. The gods all have their functions and tasks. If you want to refer to the highest power of all, it is better to speak of the “Universal Consciousness”, for the Hindus “the Brahman” (as opposed to God Brahma; Brahma corresponds roughly to God the Father), or the “Ain Soph” for the ancient Jews, the “inexpressible”, which really encompasses and contains everything.When an energy pyramid is erected, many small beings of light gather in its surroundings (devas) and animate the pyramid force field, so to speak. If you take the pyramid away after a few weeks, the energy remains for about 14 days, after which it becomes weaker and the small devas get lost.

Dear Mr. Alke, I have had my Pyramid A for some time now and would just like to tell you a little about what has happened in the meantime. Answer from Tobias: The body only absorbs what it needs and can cope with. Nature supplies everything in surplus. Take, for example, the seed heads of plants of different species, only a fraction is used directly, everything else returns to the natural cycle. If our potential to use these energies increases, we can learn to use larger amounts of energy as we mature, and there is always a balance within the human being. If a person is carrying far too much energy (emotionally pent-up energy, for example), the energy pyramid helps them to redirect this energy in a sensible way. In the best case, the excess energy is directed towards constructive goals and thus also promotes holistic progress in the environment.
Answer from Harald:According to the method of Mr. Bovis we determine the energy of a place or a thing, e.g. a remedy or food. The determination is made with a rod or pendulum. Values below 6,000 Bovis units are considered weak, from 6,500 to 8,500 as normal / healthy, everything from 8,500 upwards as strong and constructive. Values above 10,000 are considered uplifting, healing, spiritually “inspiring”. Such high values can be found in nature at ancient “holy places” and at such places that people have supplemented and enclosed with temples. Particularly high values can be found in Chartre Cathedral, as well as in some Hindu, Inca, Mayan and Aztec temples. Basically, then, all ancient civilizations had their methods for identifying particularly strong places or for increasing the bio-active magnetic field energy of these places through special construction measures. We also do this in a very elegant, simple way.
Our Horus energy pyramids therefore create sacred places with a particularly high, very well-tolerated magnetic field energy. You can find a table of measured values in my books, e.g. in “Pyramid Man”, as well as in our current brochure. The values depend on the specific location and they also fluctuate with the earth’s magnetic field. In any case, the energy pyramids stabilize the natural fluctuations well. Magnetic field mats do not belong in, under or close to an energy pyramid. I would recommend a distance of 1 m. Magnetic field mats that are powered by electricity are questionable. I would not use such things.
The path of Yogananda does not have much to do with Kundalini Yoga. It is a spiritual philosophy and can be described as a mixture of Inana Yoga and Dhyana Yoga. Devas or orbs – clairvoyance

Conventional scientists usually have preconceived ideas in their heads, for example that humans are the crown of creation because we have our differentiated language, can calculate and have our technical culture, but we now know that the little capuchin monkeys, for example, have quite sophisticated tools, that they widen depressions in the rock and use them as mortars for breaking up extremely hard nuts, etc. Now one signal of superiority was the lack of computing power. A few researchers have put this misconception to rest. Even tiny bees can learn to calculate, although they don’t even have a brain, just two tiny ganglion nodes. Thus, alongside all the traditional arrogance, we experience exciting moments of expanding consciousness. An old chimpanzee lady in a Japanese zoo is the absolute top performer when it comes to playing memory games. She is better and faster than all humans who have taken the same test. On a screen with 10 x 10 white fields, 20 unsorted numbers appear for 1/10 of a second. The test subject has to click on the numbers that flash up briefly in the correct order. The monkey is much better and faster than any human who has tried. And it makes no mistakes!

A few words about nutrition
There are lots of very different reports and recommendations on this topic. I would like to add a few suggestions. I have previously reported that convinced vegans and vegetarians often seem so thin, pale and anemic to me. I assume that this is due to a lack of essential amino acids, a deficiency or one-sidedness in the protein supply, and anyone who wants to live a convinced vegan life must pay attention to their stomach! These essential amino acids are mainly found in beans, peas and lentils, i.e. in all seeds of legumes and papilionaceous plants. The consumption of bean seeds is much more common in America than in Germany. This can be seen from the large number of photos on the Internet. If you search for “Fotos Bohnen” (German), you will immediately see lots of photos of green beans and dishes. If you search for “picture beans”, lots of photos of bean seeds and dishes come up. There are over 700 types of beans worldwide. Bean seeds vary greatly in their protein content. You should therefore test different types of beans to see how they agree with you, whether you feel satisfied after eating them, and you should eat at least 3 types of legume seeds in alternation or mixed together. There are far fewer varieties of lentils and peas, but even here there are big differences in taste, digestibility and ingredients. And as for soy as a source of protein, it’s quite useful, but I’m not convinced by tofu etc.. In any case, after eating (?) soy products there is no joy in my stomach, no satisfaction, and I like to look for new varieties, preferably in jars or cans, so I don’t have to spend hours soaking beans and cooking them. If you want to make it yourself, it’s best to cook it in a pressure cooker. I have also noticed that the typical small white beans that we use for canned soups do not seem to have the optimal composition. I certainly don’t get the optimum feeling of satisfaction after eating them. There are slightly larger white beans in jars from Spain and France, which make me feel much more satisfied, and the red kidney beans also seem to have a better content. This also applies to the giant white beans at the Greek restaurant.
Yogi Bhajan used to recommend that we regularly eat the small green mung beans, the red kidney beans and the “picture beans” (as they are called in Indian) together. These picture beans are light beige with red-brown pictorial patterns (I have never seen these seeds in Germany). All 3 together contain all the proteins we need. Later I learned from an Indian genetics researcher that an extract can be obtained from the real picture-beans to optimize cell division. In other words, they promote healthy cell growth. And of all things, these healer beans are not to be found in our country! According to Yogi Bhajan’s recommendations, we should also eat a small chopped onion and at least one large clove of garlic raw every day. Researchers refer to the oils from onions and garlic as “biocatalysts” because they set many biochemical processes in motion. Kazakhstan has the largest number of people who are over 120 years old, and some are said to be as old as 148! And the Kazakhs eat a lot of garlic – it is once again a German “eating disorder” that garlic supposedly smells so “unpleasant”. By persuading an entire people that garlic smells “unpleasant”, you are also creating an eating disorder. People adhere to a social rule that can make them ill. Don’t forget: Garlic drives away “vampires”, negative mental influences. People who regularly eat a lot of garlic are mentally stronger and healthier overall. Another recommendation from YB was celery and simple zucchinis, which are beneficial for people with allergies. At one of the tantra camps with Yogi Bhajan, I met a young woman who had had severe allergies for years, especially skin diseases. The doctors couldn’t help her. YB took one look at the woman and said to her, “Eat zucchini!” And she asked back, “Yes, and what else?” “Nothing but zucchini, and some garlic, some onions!” When we met she had been on her zucchini diet for 2 years. She had smooth, healthy skin and was completely healthy, balanced and not at all “unbalanced”. She obviously had no protein deficiency either. This was certainly a special case that should not be generalized. But if anyone has allergies, they should give the zucchini diet a try!
We should not be surprised that many more beans are eaten in the USA and Mexico than here. The Indians used to put 2-3 seeds each of beans, corn and pumpkins and/or cucumbers in a hole. The corn grew up, the beans climbed up the corn, and the pumpkin covered the ground against weeds and drought, against too much sun. They also ate everything together. And that was a good thing, because maize lacks an essential amino acid that is found in the seeds of pumpkins and beans. In the course of the colonization of the states, the ancient healing knowledge of the Indians was despised and only maize was planted, with high yields, but one-sided. This led to epidemics in the mid-19th century, especially among the poor people in the southern states, who ate almost exclusively cheap corn porridge, until the cause of the plague was finally recognized. The cure was beans. The “plague” was an acute malnutrition in which an amino acid was missing. I got the story from a Hopi medicine man I met in 1977. And the red kidney beans are not called that because they have a kidney shape like almost all beans, but because they are healthy for the function of our kidneys! During the epidemic in the USA, people had massive problems with their skin (scabs) and kidneys. All you had to do was optimize your diet and everything would be fine. So if you want to eat healthily, you should first and foremost listen to your senses and your gut. Our nose may not be as good as that of a wild animal, cat or dog, but it’s pretty good! However, our nose is controlled by our psyche, our engrams and our feelings. Depending on how we were brought up, we perceive certain smells as good and positive, or as bad and unpleasant, and when we are stressed or annoyed in our lives, our psyche selects smells very differently than when we are well. Our engrams decide whether we smell something, what we smell and how it is evaluated. Our psyche can simply block out certain perceptions, just as it can suggest non-existent odors as a warning. if you want to try new foods, first test how they smell. If this is positive, try some of it. See how a cat reacts when you put some food in front of it. If it doesn’t like it, it will starve rather than eat it. Smelling belongs to the 1st chakra, the preservation of existence, and tasting belongs to the 2nd chakra, creativity and reproduction. Let your senses decide what is good for you.
In 1985, I was on a tour of Germany promoting my seminars. I came across an organic food store. The owner was out and about and his wife was preparing dinner. She simply chopped various vegetables for herself and her 2 small children (and for me) into large pieces with the peel on, without spices, and cooked them. Potatoes, carrots, a fennel bulb, celery, Jerusalem artichokes etc. At first it seemed a bit unkind, too lazy for a more sophisticated dish? But when it was ready and I tasted it and saw how enthusiastically the children picked out specific pieces, I felt that this simple cooking method was able to bring out the special ingredients and the children knew exactly what was good for them! I still like to cook with lots of spices (e.g. herbes de Provence) and also spicy Asian food, but the very simple style, just steamed, a pinch of salt and some pepper also has something going for it, especially when we want to try out new vegetables or herbs. Our sensory perception, smell and taste, is the most important tool for a healthy diet, and when we cook I often collect the cooking water from the vegetables and potatoes, add a few spices, salt and a little dash of oil, and I have a wonderfully rich broth. When cooking, the best ingredients often go into the water and we pour them away. You shouldn’t peel carrots, potatoes etc. either, just cut out the bad bits. The crops are all cleaned today. Most of the vitamins and minerals are under the skin. And the peel releases useful waste products. We have enough nutrients anyway. If you want to know whether substances are good for you, listen to your stomach. It can tell you what you need!
Let’s return to the nose. It can tell us whether there are positive or negative substances in the air we breathe. But not only that. It can happen that you perceive some kind of odor that definitely cannot be there, e.g. the smell of smoldering wood, a fire, cigarettes or feces. Sometimes a couple of people argue because one person clearly smells it and is bothered by it, and another person close by smells nothing of it! When we are bothered by bad energy, by phantoms, the souls of the deceased, or when we are mentally attacked, we often do not have the concrete senses to perceive the foreign, negative energy. Then our subconscious simulates a bad smell to warn us, to alert us. The strong bad smell is therefore a signal. And if you can follow it up, you may even find the source of this bad energy.
Example: You’re sitting comfortably on the sofa, everything is fine, and suddenly you have a strong whiff of cigarette smoke in your nose. But there’s no smoking in your home and your wife says she doesn’t smell anything, you’re crazy! Who is smoking typical for? Maybe your exhausting mother-in-law, who doesn’t like you anyway? She’s been smoking a pack a day for 50 years. And shortly afterwards the phone rings and it’s “dear mother”, so the special signaling effect of smells that shouldn’t even be there is a topic with countless variations. Once we have understood this, our horizons expand once again. We can give ourselves a sign for a mostly negative telepathic contact. In other words, we can send ourselves a warning. That’s what I call expanding our consciousness! There are also a lot of general sayings that relate to smell. “That guy stinks!” “I can’t smell him!” When there are problems in a relationship, the woman often says that she “can’t smell” her partner and insinuates that he doesn’t wash himself thoroughly, which is where the cosmetics industry comes in. It is constantly on the hunt for new, supposedly great fragrances for men and women. Artificial fragrances are intended to cover up people’s actual psychological states, which are expressed in the pheromones that we all exude. We deceive ourselves and potential partners when we use a lot of strong deodorants and so on. We use strong-smelling shampoos and deodorants to cover up our own exhalations of stress, fear and frustration – pheromones (messenger attractants) are big business. When you walk through the cosmetics or shampoo department, you automatically get the “chemical club”. What a relief when you can go for a walk in the fresh air instead!
In this sense, always be attentive and conscious, and enjoy your being here on earth!
